Worst service I ever received in my travels in all aspect. First of all, bus was not standing on arrival point, in rain also they asked me to walk about an half km to reach "their" destination. Then total level of language of communication and understanding was third class, very bad towards women. They are not respective at all. Never I feel I'm your customer, who has paid money to travel and experience your service. they are literally harassing mentally, e. g. I asked one of the employees to ask if someone is smoking in the running bus he was not ready to check and resolve the issue and for your information smoking in public places is still not allowed and personally I have allergy with the smoke but it seems your travel agency allows smoking in running bus and in public places and dont care about your passengers. Overall service is very much in critical condition. Even I reached to complaint portaly through website contact number, they were also rude to tell that they don't know about such complaint number. That was totally wrong to not giving the freedom of expression. Kindly look into it. Was this information helpful? |
