I am writing to raise a complaint regarding bus booking. I was looking for a bus from Dwarka to Ahemdabad. I booked a bus from the red bus app. I have selected Dwarka, but I don't know how it got selected as Dwarka circle, Nashik. I don't know why the app loaded another location. It automatically changed the boarding location. Kindly find the attached Bus ticket below.

I was surprised by looking at the location as Dwarka Circle, Nashik. We got to know that the location is near Maharashtra. I immediately canceled the ticket after knowing the wrong location. When I canceled the ticket, we only got a refund of 850 rs only. The total amount was 5670 rs. This is not done. We want the full amount refunded. We have not done any mistakes on our end. Looking forward to your cooperation.
Refund message as follows :
Your ticket from Nashik to Ahmedabad on[protected] through Gujarat travels has been successfully canceled. We are processing a refund of ₹ 850.50 back to you.
Kindly look into the matter and refund back the full amount and confirm.
