Gujarat Travels — Refund not received

I have booked my seat from Jaipur to sumerpur but as the bus was stuck at Delhi as informed by Bus driver/conductor and bus will be reach by office at 1 - 2 pm and 5 hour delay from the departure time from Jaipur. I request to the driver/conductor to refund my amount. They confirmed they have cancelled my ticket and I will get my refund but still refund not received. Kindly request you to pls do the needful.
