Staff are nonsense and behaves very rudely with customer. Pick up from starting point always 3 hours late. Drink and driving usual for this travels. Changing seat without informing customers. Gujarat Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 08, 2022 Updated by Mihirdesai Management marked my complaint as ressolved without even talking to me. Such a nonsense travels management never seen in past. Very rough driving throughout the night. Support staff full drunk and sleeping in between the way of walking route. Not a safe travel to use gujarat travels.
