Gujarat Travels — wrong seat allocation while online booking

I was traveling from baroda to pune. I have booked seat no. K but wrongly system allocated last corner seat. I have called to baroda office and ahmadabad office, but i have harassment from its staff during journey. A very bad experience. Not comfortable to travel. I request them to allocate my seat but they not allocated my seat. Then i requested to change my seat their staff replied when next station comes, we will arrange. But no seat allocated by them.
