I am ravi yadav ipu cet roll no. 9610000 participated in online counselling and paid fee 40000 after getting college but i am not satisfied with that. So i withdraw my admission on 12 aug 2019. But up to today i did not get my money refunded. So sir kindly tell me what to do for that. Hope for a positive reply soon.

I would be indebted if my predicament is taken care of. Please do consider my request and fasten the refund process for god sake

With reference to above subject my son Chirag Kantiwal (Cet roll no 9604562) has taken admission in Maharaja Agrasen Institute of management and seat was allotted to him 2nd spot counselling on16th august 2019 under OBC quota.

As per attached notification “Last notified date of admission” has been mentioned as 31st July’19 whereas in my case the admission happened on 16th Aug &. withdrawal was done on 19th Aug’19

Payment made details are as under:

1- RS. 40, 000/- DT. 26.7.2019 by online payment from SBI bank ref. no.QHMP[protected]
2- RS. 61, 900/- DT 16.08.2019 by pay order ICICI in favors of (MAHARAJA AGRASEN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT)
3- RS . 5, 000/- DT 16.08.2019 by pay order ICICI in favors of (Registrar GGSIPU)

Maharaja Agrasen has refunded the amount after deducting 50% stating that the date mentioned in the notification is wrong & they have deducted accordingly.

In view of the above shared details we would request you to please refund the amount taking into consideration that we have formally applied for withdrawal within 5 days.

An University fee of Rs.40000/- was paid on 27.07.2019 vide transaction ID 19101955 for admission of my Nephew Mr. ARPAN GUPTA (Roll No./ Application No.[protected]. He opted to withdraw and submitted request vide your withdrawal slip dated 03.08.2019.

I have sent several mail, reminders and twice my nephew Arpan Gupta Visited University Office. No response of communication from So called IT university nor there is any action for refund of fee.

I find that here is a crowd of 1000s of sufferers like me when one visit university office.

I trust your intervention thru helpline column or personal level will certainly help to get an early refund of fee paid.

I applied for duplicate marksheets at 21st of august i was told by the person who was collecting chalans that it will take about 15 days. I went to university after 15 days i wasn't given any answers i was told come back in two days. I went there a week later i was told come back next week. My mother called them on phone asking what's the problem i was tell me your roll number and i'll make sure you will never get your thing done. I have a call recording of this if required.

I am writing with a heavy heart and utter disappointment that the refund of my daughter’s admission widhdrawal under jee main appl. No.[protected] on 14th of august 2019 (11.30 pm). For rs 40.000/- as per below mail has not been sent to us.
We have tried over phone but nobody picks up., sent e – mails also copying your good selves also but till date nothing has been done from the concerned department.
My daughter personally went to the institution and met the p. A. Of dr. Nitin malik joint registrar admission branch but was sent back saying that mr. Nitin malik is not available...

This is uttellrly shocking and disappointing that even after ipu's repeated claims of it's refund policy it has been delaying the process and I alm unsure if I will at all get the refund. I withdrew my seat on 26th of July and it has been more than a month since then. I was planning on posting it somewhere else but I thought it would be more fruitful if I dont judge on the basis of my emotion...the counseling registration form had it written on it that the 40, 000 will be refunded. This issue should be addressed at once and i hope my plea would be answered. I would be indebted if my predicament is taken care of. Please do consider my request

The original admit card were missing by me. I already searched everywhere but i didn't find anywhere.

I am radhika sharma, my cet roll no. Is 9518824 (Bba). I am trying to withdraw the part academic fee (My admission) since 13th august but till now the website is showing either the period of withdrawal is over or not started at yet. And i called on the ipu helpline number but no one is responding. I am confused at this point that we've to withdraw the fee or the college will withdraw.

I m nikki mittal roll no. 9517692 bba. I m trying to withdraw my admission but its showing withdrawl time is over or yet not started and i have paid part academic fees rs 40000 already. I want to refund it. And helpline no. Ha not answered. I'm trying from 13 august they have sent me otp but its not showing where to use the otp. Today is last day for withdrawl upto 11.50. Even i have called representative colleges and alloted college they said they have no idea regarding the procedure.

It is 9:54 and i am trying to fill withdrawal of my fees since 6 pm on the website but it is saying withdrawal over or not started but when i visited college today and on the official notice of ip it states withdrawal can be filled till 11:50 pm 14/08/2019. Today is the last date to claim 100% withdrawal amount. So i request you to either open the withdrawal window or extent the same till the window is open for withdrawal. As from my side i am doing this before time. Please help us with the same.

My name is komal and i am diploma holder in computer science engineers. I gave an exam of LE-B TECH (128), Roll no : 1281465 and I also got 580 rank in ipu but accidentally wrong college selected (Delhi institute of technology and management in Sonipat) but I do not want take admission in this college because this college is so far from my home.

Because yesterday I went Bharti Vidyapeeth college but no any person help to me and no one correctly resolve of my problem.

I registered my son for bba in your university, after second counselling fairfield college called me & invite me for admission in bba for my son in 97200 rupees, i recorded their cal, when we reach there for admission they demanded me rs 125000 otherwise refused for admission, please register my complaint against them for harrassment & misbehavior. I couldn't fill ipu application form for btech. Though after seeing cutoff i'm finding myself eligible. I request you to please give us a last to fill application form as without it we won't even be able to participate in "spot counselling" too. And there are many students out there who are eligible for the admission but missed the chance to fill form. Please consider this request and give us a last chance.

Sir, i ask u to plz extend last date of ipu counseling as mcc counseling result of round 2 will come on 15 july and ur last date is 12 july, so sir it would be better to have the last date after 15 july so that students can choose their best colleges as per their priority, sir i[censored] agree with this plz upload notice at ur main site

Dear Sir,
We have to draw your kind attention that my son Rohan Sachdeva took admission in Bachelor of Dental Surgery in Offline Counselling on 6th July 2019 in ESI Dental College, New Delhi.
In MCC mop up round, my son was selected in Maluand Azad Institute of Dental Science on results declared on 21st August 2018. We took admission in MAIDS on 21st August 2018.
Subsequently, we had withdrawn the admission of my son Rohan Sachdeva on 23rd August 2018. I am enclosing herewith application for withdrawal of admission in BDS for your ready reference acknowledged by Admission Branch of IP University, Sector 16 Dwarka, New Delhi
It is almost 10 months has passed from the date of our application for withdrawal, we are still waiting for refund of fee deposited at the time of admission as per refund policy of the IP University.
It is very strange that The Registrar Office of IP University is not taking any action to refund the money.
I would appreciate if you can review and refund the money without any further delay.
Your early reply would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, i am 2012-16 batch pass out. I went to the main campus to get my transcripts. Admin officers here are very lazy and waste everyones time. First day, i reached at 3:45 and these people told me that theres no point because office will close by 4. Second day, i reached early. These people told me that i need to get signature from the director of my college. This is not mentioned anywhere. When asked “since when is this happening” they said its been two days and “humein circular lagane mein bhi toh time lagta hai na madam”.
Third day, i went to my college (Kashmeri gate) to get a vague signature and then came back to university. They took the 5000 money and said it will take 25 days. After 25 days they dont send this by post. We need to get it from university. I went there exam reception at 12:45 told me to go to examination block, 12:55 reached, the guys told me come after 2 as they have their lunch. Came back at 2:15 the guy said “sir ni aaye” wait karo. Then 2:30 he told me to put the transcripts in the envelope on my own. What kind of a stupid system is that. Paying 5000 and getting this. Really?

I was student of guru nanak college of education.. Batch 2016 but now they are denying to give me back my security deposit and saying the same to almost every student.. They are saying we have not got any notice from indraprastha university to give back security deposit kindly help they have already exploited us a lot.. And the contact of that college is [protected] kindly help us.
