Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University — Wrong name written in degree

Hello today i received my degree from trinity institute of professional studies and i found my name was written wrong in hindi. They tell me to provide challan of rupees 500 and submit it in ip university. But this is not fault you have to correct it without any challan. I am working student i don't have enough time to come to ip university for this correction. you have to take steps from your side. Because this is not student fault its university fault. I didn't accept such kind of mistakes from guru gobind singh indraprastha university .
