Guwahati Rms (Crc) — pan card dispatched but not delivered nor any updates

I applied my pan card through utiitsl website at the first week of june and it has been processed and got an sms that it has been dispatched on 19/06/2019. After that, there is no updates of any movements of the item nor it is delivered. The only update it displayed on the postal tracking site is item bagged to guwahati rms (Crc). I need my pan card very much now so it needs to be delivered as soon as possible.
