H. P. Gas — non delivery of gas refill

I am a hp domestic cooking gas consumer (Consumer no. 411615) registered with the sri ramalingeswara enterprises, hp gas distributors, keesara, telangana. I am much grieved at the unfair way of supplying/delivering the domestic cooking gas refill to me at 14-b1-350, n. F. C. Nagar, telangana-501301. For the last one year i am facing severe harassment from the sri ramalingeswara enterprises, keesarsa, t. S. Because i never pay to the delivery boy for my hp gas refill more than the printed receipt.
On an average i book my hp gas refill after 2 months. My hp gas refill booking for the last one year (Booked - delivered) is: 14.4.2017 - 29.4.2017; 21.6.2017 -26.6.2017; 2.9.2017 - 10.9.2017; 1.11.2017- 11.11.2017; 3.1.2018 - 9.1.2018; 20.2.2018 -27.2.2018; 23.4.2018 – undelivered till date… 6.5.2018.
This record shows that the sri ramalingeswara entetrprises, keesara usually does not supply my cooking gas refill in normal delivery limit i. E. 48 hours. Besides, what is very distressing to me is that the hp gas refill delivery van of the sri ramalingeswara enterprises would make 2-3 rounds in my locality; would unload the gas refill to the other consumers but won’t supply my gas refill. It makes me think of only discremination against me.
For instance, in the latest case, i booked my hp gas refill through the hp anytime national hotline [protected]@[protected] on 23.4.2018 at 6:31 pm. Accordingly i have been given booking no.515161, cash memo no.1050750, rs.716.00, authentication code 1860. But the sri ramalingeswara enterprises has so far not delivered my cooking gas refill till date even after 13 days of the booking. Myself and my whole family including my children are in great distress because of the endless waiting for the cooking gas refill to be delivered to us. Further, it is important to bring to the knowledge of the executive body of this portal for the protection of consumers’ rights that the hp gas refill delivery van of the sri ramalingeswara enterprises has made 3 gas refill delivery rounds in my locality during these 13 days passing in front of my house. You can imagine my plight to know that i’ve made several calls to the sri ramalingeswara enterprises at [protected]: first on 2.5.2018 at 2:03 pm; then on 5.5.2018 at 10:54 am, 10:58 am, 1:01 pm. First of all they do not receive any phone call, and if they do so they attend roughly and disconnect in the middle so that the consumer at last is convinced that it’s useless to call at the sri ramalingeswara enterprises, keesara.
It was so harassing to me when the sri ramalineswara enterprises official asked me to send him the sms of gas refill booking! I was stunned and perturbed because these details should be well placed the sri ramalingeswara hp gas distributor! Anyway i twice forwarded that sms as demanded by the sri ramalingeswara enterprise @[protected] on 2.5.2018 at 2:06 pm. But even after that the sri ramalingeswara enterprises hp gas, keesara has not delivered my gas refill because of which my entire family is in deep distress for the obvious reasons.
Actually, upon delivery of the hp gas refill to me the sri ramalingeswara enterprises delivery boy vehemently demands from us 10-20 rupees extra and usually goes rude in his ways which i have been firmly protesting for the last one year.in fact, exactly one year back i had lodged a complaint against the sri ramalingeswara enterprises in this very context at this consumers’ forum portal: complaint no.:17019069 dt. 25.4.2017 against booking no.517791 dt.14.4.2017. Consequently, mr jagan mohan reddy, the proprietor of the sri ramalingeswara enterprises, keesara had courteously assured me of 1) timely delivery of the hp gas refill; 2) decent professional behavior of the delivery boy; 3) weighing of the gas refill by the delivery boy before delivery to me. But nothing has improved over one year. It is rather very disgusting to mention here that the sri ramalingeswara enterprises is neither supplying my gas refill in time limit nor the agency delivery boy ever weighs the gas refill before delivery.
It is my earnest request to the executive council or officers of this portal to take the strict action and award an exemplary punishment to this erring hp gas agency as it is a well known fact that in the hyderabad region the gas refill delivery boys adamantly demand extra money upon delivery of the gas refill. For the last five days my family is without cooking gas. By submitting this petition at this portal i am expecting due justice at the earliest and hope my family shall be liberated from undeserving suffering. - dr. S. S. Rajput
