I’ve purchased a refrigerator Ref. HRF622SS Stainless steel 570 ltrs from Vijay Sales Sadhu Vaswani Road Pune. But on unpacking and comparing with the photo as shown on Haiers web site I found 3 shelf’s are missing.

      I Purchased a New BMR (Bottom Mounted Refrigerator) Appliance of HAEIR company from SADANA ELECRONICS, Lucknow.
      From day 1 there was a problem in refrigerator it does not work properly the fan inside was touching the ice while opening and closing door because the refrigerator was making ice in down compartment and due to ice fan not working which results in electronic damage ans the upper compartment doesn't work in the warranty period engineer visits from. The company but was not able to fix same I went to abroad and after returning same issue started i complaint in haeir again and they charged money for the repairingbsame fan as it was out of warranty so I pay for replacing it with new one, again after some time same thing, So I try to Speak to. Customer care and take the AMC for the fridge for 3 years because otherwise i have to pay for parts each time, as per the refrigerator have manufacturing defect same problem arise again in this year 2019 and 2020 each and every including heater, PCB, fan motor everything was replaced but still gave issues I contacted ASM Mr. GAURAV and His Colleague Mr. Tyagi from Haeir and ask them. To please look into this and solve the issue or replace as this refrigerator have problem since I purchased in 2015 But they denied for replacement.

      I request to please help me in this either by replacing that with some other model or return the money.

        I purchase the fridge on 15-Aug-2018 after about 2 years of working it stopped cooling, I filed complaint (Number: HI[protected]) on 13-july-2021 and it is still not working, even after many attempts they are not able to resolve the problem with my fridge. I have even taken AMC(AMC Number HI[protected]) for 3 years.

        Now I am going file a complaint in Consumer court.

          I had purchase your company a/c having, trust that haier company products are trouble free, and good in performance. But after purchase and after installation after one month i facing problem regarding water droplets comes in side frequently. I complaint to your customer care number . After complaint, one call comes from your aligarh service centre after one or two days. And they assure me that they send the technician . But no one comes . After two or three days again one call receive, he assure to come but he dont. Again i complaint to customer care . And again after two days call comes, and they assure me to come and finally he comes . After checking he says that your ac filter get dusted, that's why the water comes . I shocked that within three months the filter get dusted in spite the air purifier also use nonstop in my office.. But as your technician says i believe on him . After cleaning the filter he says that now ac is ok .When i check i found that the swap flap not working properly . Firstly your technician says that it is working as it works now. But when i not accept it he pulled out flap and refit it, now the problem increases more and the flap not properly shut. He fit and refit many times but the condition goes worst . Latter he says that i will change the swap motor . And he leave the place. Without informing how much time it takes to replace. I say that i have no problem in my swap flap, why u pulled out .He had no answer. Now the question who will take out the responsibility of it in future. Also my problem for which i lodge the complaint, the problem as it is . I whats app to your technician regarding this also. Kindly reply as soon as possible.

            We registered a complaint for our washing machine long time back. Technician came after 7 days and told us that some part was missing. Than he came back with the part after another 7 days and fixed it. Though the machine was under warranty he took 590 rs as a service charge. Soon after he left, washing machine was not working properly again and same problem occurred. Now we are trying to contact them for last 5 days but no one is picking up the call nor anyone responding to our problem. We are using Haier products for a long time now and this is a very bad response from Haier to a loyal customer. Very disappointed with the service and i think ill never buy any Haier product from today.

              Refrigerator

              We have purchased double door haier refrigerator (Model HRB3654PMG) on 30th May 2020 from M/s Amutha & Co, Tambaram, Chennai 600045.

              We have noticed crack in the freezer door and we are finding it difficult to handle the same. Is it possible to replace the bottom door only? How many days it will take for replacement and what is the cost of the same.

                Haier Frost Free 565 L Side By Side Refrigerator stopped working within a year. We bought the Refrigerator in May 2019 . And We have already filled complaints thrice in last 1 year. Aug 2021, we were told that it's compressor has stopped working, which is quite astonishing as Compressors work for years without any issue. We registered Service Request #GH[protected] and it took a week for the company to get a new compressor, that too when we were the one who were constantly following up as ETA was never shared . Even after a week, when service engineer came to fix it, refrigerator again stopped working within 2 days. Not to ignore, all this while ; we had to bear the inconvenience of managing without a fridge and my parents medicines ( Diabetes ), everything kept in fridge got spoilt for which we had to bear the extra cost.

                  Hi Team,

                  My Haier refrigerator is giving me problems for the last 3 months now. I have a double door auto defrost refrigerator. There is an ice build up in the freezer, when this happens is obstructs the fan a there is a lot of noise from the refrigerator and this in turns does not allow the cold air to move into the lower part of the refrigerator. The cooling stops then. I have had 5 to 6 Haier technicians visit my place but non of them have been able to resolve this problem permanently. It has gone to such a stage that I have to manually defrost the fridge every 10 days. This is absolutely unacceptable I am very unhappy customer. Would appreciate if Haier can get this issue resolved for me

                    Hi Sir / Madam,
                    Myself Jalpa B. Parmar (Mo : [protected]) currently residing at 404-D84 Renuka Society, Shanti Nagar Mira road, Maharashtra, PIN : 401107.
                    I bought a Haier 43 " Smart LED TV (LE43K6600GA) from Mira road vijay sales as on 4th January 2021.
                    It started giving me issue within 6 months o[censored]se ! Screen was going entirely blank as on 3rd July 2021. Hence I launched SR Number : TH[protected]. Haier Service engineer visited my premise between 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Issue was resolved at that time but once again reoccured within week!
                    Once again I raised SR Number : HI[protected] on 16th July 2021 requesting Haier to provide permanent resolution of issue or replace my appliance. Haier customer care commited replacement for appliance within 15 days maximum period but unfortunately as on today 2nd August 2021 there is no progress for same. I attempted to call customer care number for followup several times but not receving proper response.
                    Respected Sir / Madam I have chosed Haier with my utmost trust and confidence in Haier Brands, It's products and customer support but here I am suffering from pain (I am unable to use my Haier LED TV since almost a Month). So after struggling with customer care I am escalating this issue in hope that some one could help and get this issue resolved as I feel its a total faulty product which has been supplied to me.

                    Looking forward for satisfactory resolution and prompt support from Haier.

                      Hi team,

                      I have a cooling issue in my refrigerator from last 2 months I complaint several times and they fixed something but again same issue happens .

                      I have an complaint numbers with respective dates VJ[protected]
                      Now they asked me to send total refrigerator to service station to check the complete body but if they couldn't resolve then what is the further update for the same .

                      I need refund for the same or new refrigerator instead of issues, I have taken extended warranty but no use still refrigerator has issue which I feel is a faulty item .

                      Please take this as priority and do needful thing .

                          Respected Sir,
                          I am Mohammad Adil from village Chamawan, Post Phoolpur, District Azamgarh Pin code 276304.

                          I have complained on 27 March 2021 my complaint number VA[protected].
                          it was regarding that the washing spinner was just moving one side and not rotating.

                          As you can see in the attachment whenever I complain no one gets it fixed and when I contact customer care again they say your complaint was closed.

                          So, many times without my knowledge the complaint was closed.
                          Finally this technician (+[protected] who has taken 2 months many times he has changed the gearbox but it was still not fixed and at last he said ok i have done temporary work will fix it after lockdown, and now when i have called he said my transfer has been done so you get it fixed by someone.

                          My question is who is responsible for delaying 3-6 months and still I am running things temporarily.

                          My gearbox and platters hasn to be changed.

                            Dear Haier India Team,
                            SR HI[protected]
                            After several follow up today engineer came and informed that he need to change PCB, Motor and one two more items and minimum expense is INR10000/- and they do not guarantee for any thing.
                            I purchased it in 19th June 2020 and it was installed in a week time. I would like to update it just one year and few days AC is non functional and we understand that for few things we need to pay but the way service person acting. It sense something wrong and forced us to write you people as in just one year time we are facing such service issue and support is not a good experience.
                            It is hard to understand such a big Brand and quality of support to end user is not matching.
                            Local technician only sound money for replacement of new parts and than only it may function.
                            It is like we are not dealing with support team but a sales person who is trying to do sales of his products to earn incentives or commission.
                            Please look into matter.
                            Kindly reply us to understand your views. Awaiting your kind support to a user of Haier India.

                              Fraud commited by haier service team
                              installation requested for ac purchased on 09 july undersr in[protected]
                              2 people came for installation who did not look as qualified technician.. Claimed that they are sent by haier service center for installation..
                              When ac was purchased we were told that it will be dust free installation with core cutting machine however the ac was installed as per old methods and whole room was full of dust
                              secondly they overcharged
                              third, they knew noting about ac and were not able to give demo
                              i am sure they were nof haier authorised technician and were local ac installers who were sent for installation by haier just to complete the installation
                              when all this was discussed with the service center franchise je agreed that the technician overcharged and agreed to refund the difference
                              pathetic service
                              i am not sure if ac has been installed as per haier installation process. Also no demo for the ac has been given
                              i need immediate assistance

                                  We have bought a Haier double-door refrigerator in 2018. From after just 6months itself, there are continuous issues. Now the refrigerator completely stopped working. We are spending around[protected] INR every year on this refrigerator since the first year. Everyone says the compressor has one year warranty and charging us. We have used other brand fridges (Samsung and voltas) before but never faced any issues till 10years.

                                  We recently had to book service on a different platform since haier personnel was not available during the pandemic. That also costed us 2200 but now again there is an issue and the refrigerator stopped working.

                                  When I complained about this, they have sent me a service person and again it's costing us 4000INR. I'm not sure it will still be resolved. Even then it is like I almost spent more than the refrigerator cost (50k or more) since these three years. We have been patient but this is so unreliable and a waste of money. I don't suggest Haier products to anyone. It's not a trusted brand in India... They are cheating people

                                    Hi Team,
                                    I bought a Haier SBS Refrigerator (HRB-550CG) in Feb 2020 and soon after a year, I am facing a common issue which I came to know from service guy, if I keep selecting the convertible mode on the Control Panel and which is stored in memory, but soon after the power cut and restore, the fridge is changing to Normal Mode due to loss of memory from the chipset. Due to this some of the liquid and solid items are getting spoiled which I had kept in Bottom.

                                    So I think this issue is common for all the Convertible Refrigerators from Haier, can you please analyse on the same and let me know if this is a manufacturing defect?
