Purhcased haier washing machine top loading in november 2019 (2 years warranty). After a year so the machine started vibrating. When lodged complaint the mechanic visited and says your floor is not level. My floor is made of marble.
Due to this vibration the drain pipe got torned.
Lodged complaint many times. During lockdown, one mechanic called on whatsapp video call. Shown in live machine in vibrating condition. After long discussion, the mechanic says ok some parts might be damaged.
After a month, one more mechanic visited. He saw the machine and said, (1) suspension rod is defect and (2) drain pipe there is cut due to which all water comes out. Both needs to be replaced.
I am waiting waiting and waiting. It is more than two months now, no one turned up to set the machine in working condition. It is very much disappointing a company like haier takes their valuable customer for a ride after sales of their products.

    My self ravi kumar gupta and i bought a haier refrigerator form karan electronic baddi (08/04/2018) but after two years some problem in compressor, and i call a company mechanic for this and change the compressor and fill gas, i paid gas charges and i extend the warranty mc, but after 5 months again same problem and company not give any response please exchange my refrigerator and take action on this company

        Washing machine warranty issue

        My washing machine had problem that i purchased in 2018 still under warranty. After taking service appointment, technician identified rat biting. He said, wiring set need to change and not comes under warranty. I am accepted to pay for damaged product replacement, delay prolong 1 week. Then i take call customer care service center to know status and asked about product had extra optional outlet hole without protection, how is it my mistake....

        I purchased haier split ac on 25/06/2020 at madipakkam satya agencies ltd.,

        Product delivered on 26/05/2020 and till time no one called for installation i called every day to satya agencies and instation
        Company suriya systech mr. Thangam.

        Mr. Thangam informed me every day our technician will be come for installation evening 1600 hrs. And working at ullagaram / adambakkam and we have two teams.

        If i call most of the time not attending the call or line engaged.

        1st time i purchased haier product and in future i naver purchase haier product.

        Unhappy with their service.

        My home having other company product but i am not faced any issue. (Carrier / sony / lg / philips/wheel pool).

        Today i called customer service they required 24 hours to solve the issue.

          My refrigerator stopped cooling. I called to haier customer care at[protected], their representative suggested me to follow some steps and do refrigerator setting by myself and i did exactly what he told me to do. He told me that after these settings keep dont used your refrigerator for approx 3 hours and i did so. After complaint i got sms from haier that i received text msg from haier to informing us for assigned engineer bhavesh solanki to visit our place. But none of engineer appeared till now nor any follow up made by anyone from haier.

            Dear sir/mam,

            My father bought haier ac in the year jan/2018. After bought it's worked properly 1 year. So many times called for services. Now it is not working. After number of times called from february 2020 today came person and simply saying it will not work and indore unit total part to be changed and there is no guarantee. My dad bought that @30k now there are saying that cost will be 20000/- please shutdown this type of companies and do the needful full to my father we are below middle class family.

                I purchased a led tv from aditya vison, darbhanga. And paid extra amount for extented warranty, for the product, your representative at store told me that remote has 6 months warranty period, and tv has 1 year, but due to extended warranty tv has 1+3 year warranty, but your remote is not working within 4 months of purchase date, i need replacement of remote

                  I have purchased a fridge on 29 th april 2019. (Haier ref hrb-3654pkg)
                  The sound started coming from january for which i lodged a complaint through perfect distributors
                  The person came and told us that the sound is of fan which has to be replaced. Around 10th march he changed the fan but the problem is still there. The frequency is more. I talked to the person about the problem but he is unable to come due to lock down.
                  Kindly arrange to solve this problem after lock down. Thanks

I facing so many problems in this freeze, like cooling problem and sensor problem and i am raising a so many complaints, but i am not satisfied. I lossed 50, 000 rs. For this refrigerator.

                          It has not been even 2 years since when we purchased the split ac, but it has lost its working condition and that the key components require replacement in this short span. There is water leakage in the ac, very low cooling. We faced low cooling issues from the day of purchase. After booking the compliant they did something that didn't last longer. The system doesn't seem to perform good right from the beginning. Now the customer service is charging 3500 for parts replacement apart from the visiting charges

                            My washing machine's top panel (The controls) were not working and your service personnel people replaced it, the beauty of which you can see from the photo attached. When asked about the covering sticker, they said this model production has been stopped so no stickers available. This happened during march 2019 (Via maxvision bill no 651 dt 30/03/2019). Again, during december 2019 my washing machine drier was not working and the drum did not rotate. We contacted the service center. They came and told if you opt for amc for rupees. 1650, we will rectify it free of cost. I paid the amount via maxvision bill no2595 dated 21/12/2019. But still, even after 25 days the problem has not been rectified. When enquired, the service center manager (He told his name as anand) said it will take time to enroll in amc. Is your company that fast, taking 25 days to enrol a name. He furthermore told, you can complain anywhere, nothing is going to happen. Your service personnel have made me to think i have made a blunder in buying your products. But to be frank till some time back i was happy with your product. Now i feel very sorry. Think, without washing machine for 25 days and how much trouble your service personnel have caused us. Hoping something will be done

                              Inspire of entering into an agreement of annual maintenance, the agent named rahul chakraborty [protected] has refused to give us any help or the free service for 1 year for three times. The haier hasn't helped us either. He refuses to take the calls and even if he does he tells us vague things and excuses for not coming. O am at a loss as to what is to be done.

                              I bought Haier refrigerator of model HRD-1955 in May 2019. I have complained 3-4 times about water flow into from the refrigerator. Service executives come to solve the problem but the problem isn't solved yet. We have to remove water in every 2-3 days. If we don't do so water flow from it and flow outside. What can I do further?

                                I am resident of digiana, jammu using haier TV with 48 inch screen which is working fine for last three years. i am trying to play video with .mpg format through pen drive and i am facing some difficulties there as some videos with same format are working while some are not.for videos not working in TV is showing unsupported format while playing other files of same format. Also, videos not working in haier TV are working on other TV and laptop as well.i tried to contacted your customer care number and they told me that person will visit my house and charge 1000 rupees as charges for checking and extra cost for any missing equipment, i believe this cost is very high as i have to pay for no fault whatsover.kindly solve my problem as soon as possible in finding the issues my TV is facing and tell me the nearest service center of your company so i can visit there also and explain them my issues.

                                  Ridiculous service on the call of the call, i have ordered above mentioned refrigerator from amazon it is delivered on 01.01.2020. It is mentioned in the order that before 48 hours of delivery installation will be done from the brand i. E. Haier, but up till now i. E. 04.01.2020 (4 days) no installation visit have been made from the haier technician.

                                  Hence i have contact with customer care center of haier, it is regretted to say that the customer care service from the haier is very excruciating. Miss priyanka was talking to me from the service center i told him all issue regarding the installation of refrigerator accordingly she have asked for the detail where exactly site visit is required for the installation. (Point - they have not synchronized the amazon order no or any other reference no so that unnecessary details asking can be avoided). Actually it seems that they have not any details regarding my order and they are asking me it first time. For the site visit she asked me for the pincode, i have provided it 382004 which is not identified in their system. And she refused that this kind of location is not available in their system or may be pin code is updated. I searched on internet regarding pincode which found absolutely correct. I told her regarding not a single updation in the pin code. Then she provided me random pin code or landmark which is not relevant to the actual address so i suggest her to write exact address which i want to provide by which installation person would not have any trouble to find the location. But she forced me with pincode only. I cannot give her a wrong pincode, in this conversation her voice increased towards me i calm down her and informed her to accept the fault in their system but she have not accepted both the fault in their service regarding identification of pincode nor her increased voice. So i finally accepted all the compromise she want to provide in the name of their quality service. At the end of call i want some question to be answered but the tone of the priyanka is not so responsive and she is so hurry that without asking for the any further help or guidance she just wished me for the good day. I questioned her and seek concern for the additional time for the clarification of my doubts but she refused and informed me that in their customer care call center time period of the call is less and have to be terminated weather customer is satisfied or not.

                                  This is so ridiculous experience i have ever faced from any customer care center. I think that my complaint is genuine and need to be clarified. If any haier authority is going through this complaint, i request him to check the customer care call conversation between me and their representative at 12.08 on 04.01.2020 from my regular mobile no +91 [protected].

                                    I recently [march 28 2019] bought a refrigerator [model: hrf2983ckge] from haier. The model has a glass panel on its doors, which for some reason cracked [by end of november 2019] and i cut my hand a few times trying to open the door. I registered a complaint with the local service center and now they want me to pay them for the parts to be replaced.
                                    I have been trying to make them understand that the glass started cracking for no apparent reason [ or a reason that is beyond me] and they keep telling me that i smashed the door with something hard and i did it unknowingly. Basically, they are calling me a liar and asking me to pay up front for repairs.
                                    This is clearly a design flaw and they are not willing to take responsibility because it's explicitly written in the warranty that 'glass, plastic and bulb' will not be covered in the warranty.
                                    Haier is cheating people with faulty designs and horrible product line. The main offices [not the local branches] have made sure that we don't get in touch with them. I haven't found a way yet and if anyone reading this have figured it out, please let me know.

                                      I purchased the refrigerator with model number hrb 2963 crg e on 18th of april 2018, it was working fine for almost 2 months and it started to make some noise and not get cooled, i complained regarding this matter with the store from where i bought it, they helped me by sending a technician. Again for 2 months it worked fine but guess what its the same scenario again. I have been having problem with this refrigerator ever since i bought it. Im fed up of this. It stopped working day before yesterday and a technician came yesterday to check it out, even he was laughing at us since he is constantly visiting us. I need a proper solution to this matter or else i will have to face this legally.
