I recently [march 28 2019] bought a refrigerator [model: hrf2983ckge] from haier. The model has a glass panel on its doors, which for some reason cracked [by end of november 2019] and i cut my hand a few times trying to open the door. I purchased the refrigerator with model number hrb 2963 crg e on 18th of april 2018, it was working fine for almost 2 months and it started to make some noise and not get cooled, i complained regarding this matter with the store from where i bought it, they helped me by sending a technician. I requested for a technician as my freezer got punctured. Someone called me telling me he was sending their technician. Two guys came and "fixed" it. I asked them which company/website they were from and they said they were from Haier company and that they were an outsource. I have purchased haier 320l 3 star frost free double door refrigerator costing 24000 last year.

Its causing cooling, noise issue and i have raised complaint more then 5 times, engineer will come and do nothing.

Refrigerator condition is more poor and local vendor of company is not respond properly. It is a manufacturing problem which is not resolving through the engineers of company. I am very up-set of this good because it is not working properly and i could not use it.

I bought my haier fridge on[protected] @ spencer's ; musheerabad hyderabad.
The fridge broke down and stopped cooling in aug'19. Since then it has broken down three times and haier sent "technicians" and "senior" to fix the issue. The last repair was carried out almost 10 days ago and it broke down a fourth time today. It's stopped making ice even though freezer is set at negative 15 degrees c.

Its very disappointing to inform that i am not get my service request fulfilled.
A complaint was logged on 17-8-19 with customer support and still awaiting a call from your technician till today.
As a result my family is undergoing trauma for refrigeration of food as most of it getting stale and wasted.
