Sir i purchased haier 43 inch smart led tv at mohan audio vision at hospet. Where smart tv features are not installed not given demo and tv remote not working. Shop owner and technician not responding. Kindly look into my problem. And they told that for smart features dongal is required. They did not given. They told that it is company technician will provide. But technician not responding. Kindly look my problem

    We purchased television led wall mounting in 2017 may. Same is under repair from feb. 2019. We are very surprised to note that the mother board is gone within 2 years. We had been out f station and could not call for immediate service. We are trying for service past one month. We lodged one and no body turned up. Another they promised to come but service engineer did not come on the fixed date. We requested for a later date but they have closed the complaint. But we have not received any message on this. No one called thereafter. We bought the same for rs.18000/- and paid gst 18% and now we never enjoyed for hardly 1 and half years. We request for a replacement or compensation for this. We working people cannot go after them everytime and spend time waiting for them. We require justice

    I have checked with service person. We found that one line line is running in the right hand side corner of the screen. it started very small and now grown as a big line.

    We are not satisfied with Heir.

      Recd. Call on 29th cot.2019 at 5.54 pm from +91-[protected] that service engineer will come within 12 noon to 6 pm on 30.10.19, but till now (31.10.19 at 11. Am) nobody attend & adter calling customer care in [protected] for 3 times (They pick up the phone and speak to each others without attnding customer??? My registered mobile no. Is [protected], but since i had called from +91-[protected], they did not reply me the status of my complaint & remain strict on haier company policy??? What kind of service you are giving??? Why should we trust you further? Reply me the status of my complaint now??

        Fyi... We have purchased the 345 ltr refrigrator model no hrb3654pmg-e s/n bl03s5e8501t1k930161 dated on[protected] from kapoor electronics (Distributor) pul jogiyan, behind up delhi transport saharanpur - 247001 (U. P) india, branch : link road, near tvs agency. But they delivered goods without sealed and without user manual book/refrigerator key we can says that second hand conditions then we have goto distributor shop and told him that then they accepted the their fault and replaced the goods but haier company don't give the distributor ship of froudy people for cheating the your customers and we don't believe the haier products and poor services in future so company take the ligel action to distributor and cancel the distributor ship.

          Dear haier team,

          I have purchased a haier tv (Htr a18m) 55 inch lcd tv previous year (Around may 2018). Suddenly couple of days back the sound problem occured in the machine. When we launched a complaint your guy came and when we opened the tc there was few lines visible on the tv. The tv is wall mounted so it doesnt have any reach to the children and i seriously want to know how the display error has occured. The amount which they are charging for a new display is too much. Kindly resolve my problem

            Hi all,

            I have purchased haier 320l 3 star frost free double door refrigerator costing 24000 last year.

            Its causing cooling, noise issue and i have raised complaint more then 5 times, engineer will come and do nothing.

            When i asked for replacement/refund as its within a year they are not ready to provide.

            One of the worst product and service from haier

              Have haier led tv. I have also taken an annual maintenance contract and my tv is under warranty and now i am facing problem of display. Everyday told next week

              I have lodged complaint about this issue, but no one is concerned to solve it.
              Service center says they dont have those specific parts of that model i[censored] dont have those parts then whats the point of taking amc. Let me know if you are solving my issue or not so that i can take further legal step.

              Purchase a Haier HRB36554-PKG-E(Haier BMR) last year with 2 years extended paid warranty. Fridge is not working properly, had to file complaint for 4 times within less than a year, want this piece to be replaced by the company, facing day by day loses of my frozen consumable. Company's contact official denied to do the same.

                Water trickling prevails inspite of two visits of the service engineers. My AC is only 3 months old, ha ha!

                The customer care personnel of the local center does not co operate with the customer. She is rather rude, rough and ill mannered.

                  From the first day less cooling problem is there i register complaint company send technicians again at last they replace my outdoor unit but this time it more worst than previous one sound is coming from ac i have uploaded video and very less company service is worst and product to i am very fed up by calling customer care again and again... I dont want this ac i want refund

                    I would like to inform you that i have purchased a refrigerator of haier on dated[protected]. After ten days of installation of refrigerator i found a problem in refrigerator, which is instantly complain to customer care of the company. The local technician are try to resolve it more than three times at home, but it is not resolve. Again i complain to customer care than the technician carried the refrigerator from home to service center on[protected] for the solution. The technician return the refrigerator after one and half of the month [ 45 days ] after complain more than three times and more. After this the condition of refrigerator is more poor and the problem is not resolve. I again complain its problem to customer care on dated[protected] with complain number pt[protected]. I further inform you that the refrigerator condition is more poor and local vendor of company is not respond properly. It is a manufacturing problem which is not resolving through the engineers of company. I am very up-set of this good because it is not working properly and i could not use it.

                        I bought my haier fridge on[protected] @ spencer's ; musheerabad hyderabad.
                        The fridge broke down and stopped cooling in aug'19. Since then it has broken down three times and haier sent "technicians" and "senior" to fix the issue. The last repair was carried out almost 10 days ago and it broke down a fourth time today. It's stopped making ice even though freezer is set at negative 15 degrees c.

                        Break down no. 1 = gas choke (According to haier) [ reported: 12-aug -2019]
                        Break down no. 2 = compressor replaced [ reported 22- aug-2019 ]
                        Break down no.3 = gas choke (As per "senior" haier tech) [ reported: 26- aug-2018]

                        And finally break down no. 4 today [ reported: 14- sep-2019]; god knows why.

                          Mr nagesh aauti was like you talk to head office, service center is not liabale to solve my issue.

                            Complaint-: refrigerator not cooling.

                            Its very disappointing to inform that i am not get my service request fulfilled.
                            A complaint was logged on 17-8-19 with customer support and still awaiting a call from your technician till today.
                            As a result my family is undergoing trauma for refrigeration of food as most of it getting stale and wasted.

                              Sir, i have a haier split ac in my home and i had bought it 6 years back. At the end of last year's summer, a worker from haier customer care repaired the ac and it took ₹13000 to completely repair the ac. He even assured us that now this ac will run for many years without any problems.

                              But at the start of summer in this year, ac didn't worked properly. It had stopped cooling and just blew air from it. Thereby, we called the haier customer care and they sent worker who filled gas in ac.in the last 4 months, the ac has stopped working 3 times. And now, the ac has stopped working for the fourth time.

                              Therefore, i request you to look in this matter and resolve the problem.

                                To whomsoever it may concern,

                                With deep grief and disappointment i have to say that i am really very sick and tired of the double door refrigerator that i own of haier brand.
                                Since the day i have brought this refrigerator at my house i and my family are suffering to the core of frustration.
                                From the beginning itself there was a lot of problem with the cooling of the fridge. It never gave the cooling that a normal fridge would otherwise give. All the food in the fridge would get spoiled most of the time. But due to lack of time and observation i could not judge the main reason for the same and thought it would be fine by itself and could be just a matter of climatic change or something.
                                However when the problem continued for long i had to make a complaint to the service centre at Mira Road East about the same. They send their technician for locating the fault and said it was only a matter of temperature control settings and did something with the temperature settings and left saying that now we would get the proper cooling. But even after days passed the same old problem of cooling continued and we were back to square one.
                                Then i again made a complaint about the same thing to which they said they will again sent the technician. One day when i tried to open the door of the fridge i cud not manage opening the door with the normal pressure used otherwise for opening, so finally i had to apply little more pressure than normal just to open the door and it opened finally pulling and breaking / tearing off the rubber also known as the gas kit technically. Then somehow i managed to stick the rubber temporary with a celotape and run the functioning of the fridge till the time the technicians arrived. When the technician came he said that there was ice formation of one of the parts of the fridge due to which the cooling of the fridge was not good enough as that was choking the air vents in the fridge, he added that he has removed the ice from over it so now it should give you the proper cooling. But the same story repeats again and again and again. Even after days and months the same problem continued. However i had lost patience by now and told them that if this time they will not give me a permanent solution i might have to take this matter ahead. They again sent their technician for survey. This time for a new story again . They said that one of the internal part of the fridge which was a kind of white colour thermocol kind of was damaged because of which was this regular problem of cooling. When asked which part they opened the part from inside and showed it and when i asked this doesn't seem to be damaged, they clarified me that some kind of pasting on that part had come out and due to which air was passing through the passage where it shouldn't and ultimately disturbing the cooling of the fridge.
                                I asked them first how cud this pasting come out if it is beyond the reach of any individual bare hands so the changes of the wear and tear of that part during the usage by different members of my house was impossible as it was an internal part which is not accessible. So i estimated that it cud be the manufacturing default at the time of purchase of the fridge and possibly that could be the reason for not giving us proper cooling since very long or can say from date of purchase.
                                He said it cud be a manufacturing defect but since my fridge was out of warranty it would be chargeable to an extent of approximately 1300 rs. i told him to order the same and get it fixed to the earliest as i had a 12 months old baby for whom we had to store milk all the time and it was becoming very difficult. They said they will order and the same will come in 7-10 working days.
                                Days and weeks passed but i had no reverts from the service centre and when called they said they have ordered and the part is in transit. I had no option as all my day to day food was getting spoiled everyday due to non cooling and a lot of food and indirectly a lot of my hard earned money was getting wasted.
                                I finally had to order a temporary fridge from a retail store on rental basis till this wasn't rectified/repaired. I had to pay 150 per day for it and finally till the time my fridge was repaired i had to keep the rental fridge for almost 28 days and had to shell out 4000 to the fridge vendor after a discount of rs.200 from him. I was super pissed with such a treatment and service of a brand like Haier. However after listening to my problems faced they didnot charge me a peny for the new part that they replaced and THANK GOD that this this finally my fridge was ready to use like.
                                I and my family were very contempt ed that the long term recurring problem has been resolved and for sure it was this part which was changed this time which was not proper and was causing the cooling problem from day one. At the time when the technician was leaving my house he said that he would come back and change the gas kit for the better functioning of the fridge but till date he never came back its been months by now.
                                BUT NEVERTHELESS THE BRAIN STORMER WAS YET TO ARRIVE for me when like other days i tried to open the door of my fridge and it suddenly broke apart from somewhere and the door edge directly feel on my forehead near eyebrows very close to my eyes(shared image also) hurting me badly and for some time i was out of my senses and somehow manged to hold the door as it was extremely heavy and feel down with the door hurting my back. I was on bed rest for a couple of days due to the ### on my back. It was a very close save for my eyes and i am very thankful to God that its saved.
                                I cannot imagine my wife or my mother or my senior citizen father in my place of accident the situations could have been worse. I don't understand what kind of cheap material or fibre are the haier company using for their products that without any warning the main door of the fridge breaks apart from the hinges area and falls on the consumer.
                                I also had a mark of blood clot of my forehead where the fridge fell and the mark remained for almost a weak with immense pain. Now i have complained it to haier they have sent their technician and have told that they will get the door changed on chargeable basis and that too it would not be the same door as it was the first of its kind incidence and they don't keep spare of doors and since it was an old model(2 years back) they will replace it with the new model door that they have.
                                After a long follow up with the Mira Road service centre who had told me that the new door has arrived and will send the technicians to the earliest to fix the new doors, no one has yet turned up at my residence. Even till Yesterday ie 06th August 2019 he had promised me that by 5 pm the technician will arrive at my house of which i have a confirmation mobile message from his number also but no show.
                                First when i spoke to the service centre they said i might not have to pay for it but now they say i have to bear the door charges of approximately 4000.
                                I am unable to understand that is the company itself so late back and takes its clients for a dam or the people at the service centre are least bothered. Whatever it might be it has taken a good toll on the reputation and goodwill on the company name.
                                I had bought this refrigerator by being attracted on the appearance and believing on the brand name but very unfortunate and sorry to say me and my family experience with this brand was nothing less than a night mare. I hope the company understand the importance of the biggest Publicity in Market "Mouth Publicity".
                                Now i would like to ask the team of Haier or say to the founder / chairman / CEO of Haier Respected Mr. Zhang Ruimin that how do i deal with this sir. Plz HELP assist... DO i have to pay for the new door charges or should i be liable for something better for facing such frustrations from the date of my purchase or should i ask for my rights or should i ask for compensation.
                                Even If there is any one Responsible member or staff in Haier i expect a asap feedback. I Request i would like to speak only to the top authorities.

                                I have bough Haier refrigerator during 2015, it is causing me trouble from after 6 months and it is still happening once in every 3 months. My foods are wasted becasue of that.
                                If you want to take revenge on someone buy/ refer them Haier fridge

                                  I had purchased a haier refrigerator hrf-2784prj-e haier s no : bl 0627 e 8p01 t3j30073 from sigma electronics, koyilandy, kozhikode distt on 19 february 2019. The refrigerator is not working since few days back. The authorised company technician attended the complaint and he expressed his inability to repair the machine.

                                  In view of the above, may i request you to look into the matter and arrange to replace the same at the earliest.

                                    We makes take the friz makes them 8 months no sound from months no sound comes from the last 2 monthes, we are already complaint the distrubuters but no result, plz rectify the problem, daily distubed that sound and headeck also coming daily, we have a smal baby also she is not sleeping night early about that sound, we are suffering daily pls solve the problem.

                                      I. M. Enterprises, malad east attended the complain changed the p. C. British. Repair and pressure sensors but still the machine problem but now understand there is wiring problem. Already rs. 7500/- charged and now they are demanding rs. 4000/- which is incorrect. Please urgently resolve the problem. Several calls were made to the owner and technicians but it is unanswered.

                                        New fridge purchased from value plus mahanagar lucknow is not working properly. Docno svmngst[protected] dated 03/06/2019.
                                        We complaint at the service centre. They immediately attended the complaint. But they could not rectify this problem. We then complained at the value plus managar. Same technician was sent and the problem remained. However their another technician came after a day and he tried to do his best. But the problem persisted.
                                        I think that fridge has to be replaced with new one. We request the concerned authorities that this complaint should be resolved immediately.

                                        Since there is no response from the company, we suffered a lot, our very purpose of purchasing the refrigerator has already been defeated . . This is our last request to the company to resolve the issue.
