I order washing machine with haier company via flip kart on date may 15 no body came for installation and demo upto now i paid for installation outside and used for 10 days it stopped automatically in middle and sometimes won't work i raised complaint in june 21st up to now no body came from haier company haier company persons are calling any body come or not weekly but nobody came for repair plz accept my return request i think you unable to provide service to customers. Myself Dr.Abhimanyu from Civil Hospital Jhajjar (Haryana).I have registered my complaint regarding nonworking AC twice by complaint no.s GU[protected] and GU[protected] . Till today the AC is not repaired. Now I am thinking of filing the Court case against the Company's poorest service.

    Purchased haier hrb-475 ss/475 ltr ref on 16/04/2017 from great eastern queens road unit jaipur india invoice no.:jpvn/sa/1718/00494 for inr 48000 the product was delivered on 4th day and after about a fortnight we started realising that the cooling is less and sometimes by the morning the stuff inside would start to rot we complained and the service provider sent someone in 5-6 working days and after a initial check up said there were few issues of setting and now the problem is resolved in a few days time i left for my summer vacations with my family only my parents were back home again the problem arose and then after repeated calling engineer came to say that the fan is frozen to our dismay i was constantly on phone from overseas to review his visit then after few days again the problem floored and finally after lot of perusal the engineer came and he agreed the piece is faulty and needs to be replaced now after 25-30 days and lot of phone calls i get a call from the engineer for my problem resolved code even before the product is delivered he says there are some gst compliant issues to which i obviously refused finally the product had got replaced and within 2 days is showing similar fault symptoms i have registered complaint at the call centre at [protected] sr is ja [protected] i would like to get my money back and the product be taken away i am unable to bear the loss of mental stress leave apart the loss of refrigerated products in this humidity and heat i am highly disappointed

      I have purchased one ac (Haier 1.5 ton window ac) model no. Hw18ch3cna on 03 may 2015 from k square network, delhi cantt. I have lodged one complaint through call center for not giving proper cooling effect on 10 june 2017. Accordingly your technical staff visited my home on the same day and they mad it alright. After that i have provided them the code number. But on 14 june 2017 again i received one telephone call from the haier company and asked for the code number. Instead of providing the code number, i immediately contacted the call center and they informed me that i had lodged another complaint on 14 june 2017 for servicing the subject ac. Where as i had not lodged any complaint for my ac for servicing. This was done by some one else in my account. Kindly investigate this and inform me accordingly.

        I have purchased ac 1 year ago. At that time your executive find that no gas in compressor even gas leakage problem in indoor unit. I complain many times. But still no any response from your side. Before 2.5 months your asm mr amit from jamnagar and bsm mr. Prajapati from ahmedabad said parts is not available in india. Before 1 month they said you return your indoor unit to ahmedabad and you got new indoor unit. But still i don't get any response.
        Please resolve it as possible. Because i purchased it for new baby born. He is just 10months old and he suffer a lot. For god sake solve it as soon.

          That washing machine has been purchased in january 17, this machin's drainer leaking the water when we store water in it, i have complained so many times on call in customer care on [protected], but there is no response of your service provide, the service provider call to me every day "he will be come with in one hour", but that person not come at my house to resolve the problem

              I purchased a semi automatic washing machine, Model HTW80-186V, vide invoice no. 1424/1718/02704 dated 29.06.2017 from Great Eastern Trading Company, MI-Road Jaipur.
              The said washing machine was delivered at my address on 2/07/2017 after its purchase.
              But from the very next day when I started the machine, it is not functioning properly. I registered a complaint to respondent’s service centre as per the rules of lodging complaints with the HAIER company, but my problem remain unresolved. In the machine first of all water in coming on the spin side as well and top of it, spin of the machine is not working.
              On 05.07.2017, the technician from the company came to see the washing machine and was unable to resolve the issue.
              Since the machine is in warranty and not at all working, I would request you to either replace the machine or refund the money. This is the first time I purchased any Haier product and I am totally disappointed with the product as well service of the company.

              The Complaint of Microwave Oven is registered on 20/05/2017 with SR AH[protected] No. and till date it was not resolved and service center, Rajkot isn't dealing the matter seriously.Kindly address the problem and resolve as soon as possible.

                  A complaint was regd on 5 May 17 by Mr R Tiwari by his regd mobile number [protected]. Against a noisy machine while it was in use. Technician came home and told that the machine needs to be taken to service centre. Accordingly it was sent. After 15 days it came back duly repaired. However when it was used a leakage of water was detected and also detergent was not getting consumed. Despite number of calls regarding the same no one has attended to the issue.                     I bought haier refrigerator model hrb 475ss/2016 on 27 oct 2016, from Defence Electronics Jodhpur. Fridge is not working since almost a month, first complaint on 30 may vide SR no JO[protected], said to be resolved on 1st june, but not resolved. Second complaint on 5 june vide SR no JO[protected] not resolved till 25 june, attended on 25 june, but not resolved.Called to local service center Dev sharma [protected], not attended, called Mr Chandan Sharma area manager [protected], not attended, .Today mechanic came & said sensor not working, will be replaced after 2 days if part arrives from company.Very unprofessional attitude of company.                       Bought the window ac from dwarka, new delhi on 25 june 2017 and wanted the haier company to do the installation on the same day as during weekdays its difficult to accommodate such activities.
                      All day long i was with the haier service center people, the dealership from where i bought the ac and i am getting is excuses. The technician is saying that carpenter needs to make a frame and then only ac can be installed. The service center manager refuses to pick up the our phone. This is so frustrating as you sit here helpless and somebody else's mercy wasting your time and energy chasing after unprofessional people so are only sweet till the point that they get the money from you. If i knew after sale service was going to be so bad, most likely i wouldn't have bought the haier product in the first place. I would rather depend on on local neighborhood guys to do this ind of job rather than go to haier.
                      My suggesting, don't ever rely on haier's after sale service. They are unreliable and dealing with them will leave a sour taste in your mouth for a long long time.

                        I registered a complaint for my refrigerator on 23. 06.2017 that was not cooling as much as it should. The person from the service center broke my refrigerator and it stopped working completely. Now, I cannot even connect my refrigerator. All my stuff is lying outside and rotting without cooling. Customer care says I have to wait for two more days till the issue is resolved (My kitchen is stinking already of the rotten food) and I have to pay Rs 2000 to get it into a working condition as earlier (with less cooling) and Rs. 5000 to make it work better (which is also without any guarantee).

                        I called the technical person at least 10 times after the incident, called the local service center a couple of times and the Haier customer care 3 times. It is frustrating to spend one entire day trying to make calls and get this fixed and still get no results. I need my refrigerator to be how it was at least without having to pay any money for it.

                          I purchased ac on april 24, 2017 and the installation team came after a week for installation it worked fine for a month, suddenly it stopped cooling... I have contacted service center and raised complaint on 11 june 2017.
                          Even after 10 days no person from service team have contacted me, instead i am contacting them and begging for visit. Branch manager itself seems irresponsible and not taking care. Really frustrated with the product, i wont buy and prefer haier products to buy.

                          My Complaint number is CH[protected], i have contacted Mr.Chandramohan thrice, but he is not taking care. even i contacted customer care multiple times but they seems to be terrific. as a customer haier made us begging for service. very good experience with Haier which i never forget in my whole life. Keep up the good work..
                          Currently my friends told me that i can register a case for this and to the court they are answerable. but i thought of wait for one more day.

                            I had pruchased a haier doble door fridge from vijay sales on 13/4/2016 after two months there was a leakage problem for which a compained was lodged on 26/7/16 no mu[protected] which accd to them was solved on 29/7/16 again new comp lodged on 24/8/16 no mu[protected] again new comp no mu[protected] lodged many tech came now and then they told that it is a defective piece, they performed an operation on the fridge for almost 1 and half day accd to them problem solved, now again same prob. Occured comp lodged on 15/6/2017 no mu[protected] they say warranty expired so pay charges when accd to me prob was not solved and i had been given a defectice piece so i request for a new fridge for the same as is it companys fault (As the technician had told us).

                              Bmr fridge 345 ltr bought in december 2016. Since then we have reported water leakage problem three times from the bottom tray. All 3 occasions, the technician came and removed water from the tray as it is not possible for us to empty the tray ourselves.
                              I sincerely feel that this is due to a design defect of the product and the company engineers and the r&d people are not able to rectify the same.

                              I'm worried that post december 2017, my warranty for this fridge would be over and every two months, i will have to call the technician to clean water and that time i'd need to pay 350rs. To the haier company.

                              Is this my fault that the haier company has developed a faulty item? Why should i be penalized every two months for somebody else's incompetence?
                              This water leakage causes me and my family a lot of discomfort and we curse ourselves for buying a haier fridge.

                                Just imagine how poor is the service of haier in kolkata. My service request number is ko[protected] for installation of an #haier ac, after 2 days the service incharge of my area mr. Moloy majhi (Mobile no. [protected]) did not call me as to when they will attend my call. When i called him up, he said that he has done the indent so that the service center will get the indoor unit bracket and my jab will be done 2/3 days later.
                                I purchased the product from #greateasterntradingcompany, garia branch on 01/06/2017 now on 13/06/2017 mr. Majhi is asking me to wait for another 3 days, which means if he maintains his word then i have to wait for 16 days for installation after purchase of an ac. I wonder what will happen in future if there is any complaint with the product.
                                I suggest not to take the chance of buying haier product specially in kolkata, where you will hardly be heard by the company and their staff.

                                  Since buy there is woter leakage from down so many times engineer visit and make modificatiin done that's not work i paid 37000 to vijay sales opera house from day one this problem are going through when in march i faid up i call for replacement i complaint to senior person mr atul ponche he said in april that your replacement is approved but due to closing it's will come in after one week after some days he said in bhiwandi godown auditing going on it's will take time after 12 may he said oh i am sorry it's not your replacement its some one else. You just contact mr umesh one of the junior of mr atul ponche now today they are said that we are not able to do replacement kindly take old fridge of 160 litre as stand buy and send fridge for repair sir i chose this brand in against of whirlpool but i am really in happy with your service and product i doest want repair i want replacement only i am suffering from eleven month

                                    My request id: ct[protected], and the problem: tv is not working. Service person came but they dint cheque anything and said we can't do service here, so we have to take to our office where service engineer is there. (As per customer care, mentioned that service engineers will came and do service, so you can pay them rs.860/-)
                                    After that they informed motherboard is not working and need to change but it has to take 1 week after placing order. When we ask them to return back our tv, they said we can't if you want came and take it.
                                    If the service agency (New sri baalaji refrigeration) send service engineer to my home then no issues, for taking back my tv i traveled from bangalore to my hometown and paid rs.860/- also and because of poor explanation i am unhappy customer to haier now.

                                    Note: please give permission to standard service agencies..

                                      The shopkeeper whose number was given for providing service to fix haier led dispected us and said us he will take led back. It happen as the person who to came to attach led on wall attached it with poor quality stand and took the stand provided with led with him. When we told this to service provider he also disrespect us by saying that he will take led back and also say some other disrespectful things. His number is[protected]. We want that a strickt action should be taken against him so he will do anything like that again
                                      Haier Appliances India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
