I have bought a haier washing machine, model name hwm60-10 in 2012.
It started to show multiple errors since the last year, i. E 2015.
The water was getting clogged inside the machine and the spinning wheel was not working properly. So, last month i handled the machine to the nearest haier service center. At first they said the issue will be resolved within 3-5 days, but they didn't response for 3 weeks nearly. At last 5 days...

I bought ac on 26/8/2015. From starting i had logged a lots of complaint about product but even a single time company unable to repair it on promise time. About 20 time in a year i had complained about ac. Most of the summer i spend with faulty ac. On 7/6/16 i logged complaint but company/service center rejected my complaint i think that this product will create a lots of problem so i extended amc of ac. But on 12/7/16 it again got faulty...

Raised a complaint that the refrigerator is not working on/before 4th july 2016. the service center called once saying that they will come next day. but no one has turned back till 12/july/2016. they are not picking the call knowing my number. they are fooling around without giving any service. called customer service and they asked to call service center. called service center and they dont pick the call......

At present, the same instrument locked, i refer to some repair people, they advise me to contact service centre, also advised that only service centre people can unlocked the mobile instrument.

I have purchased 15 liter water geyser in the month of jan 2016, and it is not working for last two weeks. i have called up customer care for three times and they said they will send technician. worst part is that my complaint gets cancelled automatically i should go back to them and register my compliant again.

O far no response from any of the technician.

Got my haier tv 3 weeks back..after delivery i found that the screen is shaking vigorously and there is a black dot on the center of the screen so k claimed the warranty they said they will give a new tv replaced with 4 days but its 15 days now still i didn get the tv ..and my service complaint is closed without my knowledge without replacing a tv...now after opening another complaint they say that i have to wait for 30 days ...please help...

There is a problem with haier lcd tv model l32mf. service representative came to the house and informed that there is a problem with the power board (complaint no vj[protected]. so he took it to the service centre and informed that it won't work and need to be replaced with a new one.


I want to know if purchased, whether the new power board possesses any warranty.

I purchased haier ac a year back and really its a very bad product and very bad service provided by any brand i have ever seen.
After one month of purchased the compressor and ac both stopped working and its not only for once its been continous till now. I had purchased a led from paras trader, karnal on 14.07.2015 which is under warranty period. Now the screen has some defects which was informed to the service centre at karnal. An engineer came to my house for checking and intimate that the defect cannot be cleared and he also notify it in his webcam through mobile.
