My name is prakash mishra i had purchased a led 39inch led tv from value plus showroom in sunderpur varanasi at the time of purchased the sales person had told me that with this led tv you will get 5yrs normal warranty on the basis of which i had purchased the tv and after that they had given me a scarch card after scar aching i get 2yrs extended warranty, then they had said that total you will get 7yrs warranty on your led tv.

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Split AC unit Model - HAIER AC HSU12CR03 ( Sr. no. AA7TLOEO300AC8420010 from M/s. Kings Electronics, Panvel, Dist- Raigad, Maharashtra on 13.04.2009.
After giving a satisfactory service of about 6 years, it stopped normal working. I informed to Haier Customer care. They sent their service engineers number of times and attended the problem. I paid them about Rs.5200/s in cash for the repairs. But still it is in same state of non-working since last one year. i. e. November, 2015.
Now, they are neither attending the problem nor responding for the same.

Kindly help me in this issue to resolve the same.

    I am having your product hrb-3404-psl-h with serial no. bl03vea100p1f6r0048

    I have bought your bottom mounted refrigerator last year, currently it is in warranty (less than a year) for this time span i have registered 4 complaints regarding problem with your product, the complaint numbers are provided here
    Ah[protected] dated 26th september 2016, next one i have registered as ah[protected] dated 6th october 2016, third i have registered as ah[protected] dated 15th october 2016, fourth ah[protected] dated 26th october 2016. i will explain now the problem related with each complaint.

    Complaint no.1 ah[protected] dated 26th september 2016
    Referring this complaint i found refrigerator has stopped working and it not at all getting any cooling, it has been solved by your service provider (vinayak electronics). and problem explained was due to some fuse issue in fridge.

    Complaint no.2 ah[protected] dated 6th october 2016
    Again my refrigerator has stopped working and on the same day your mr. ashwin gadhiya called us and asked about problem, and told to solve it soon, after that till 10th october i didn't get any response from your service center, i have tried contacting ashwin gadhiya so he stopped receiving my call, no site visit has been done till that date, after contacting your live chat for continuously 2 days, i got the response that they need to change some part and it is not available so it will take time, your representative visited site on 12th october 2016 and replaced that faulty part and problem was solved.

    Complaint no.3 ah[protected] dated 15th october 2016
    Again refrigerator stopped working, your representative asked to take refrigerator to service center for repairing, i asked for some time as i was fed up with your product issues and made up my mind for replacing the product rather than repairing, meanwhile your service person has closed complaint without any repairing or approach. and after that your service center person took my product to service center for repairing on 23rd october 2016. and the fridge is still in service center's custody,

    Complaint no.4 ah[protected] dated 26th october 2016
    Upon dissatisfaction with 3rd complaint i lodged fourth complaint regarding issue and i came to know that at your central customer care center there is not any updation related to my fridge custody with service center. and finally yesterday i got a call from rickshaw driver regarding your fridge is repaired so can i take it to your home, upon his asking i denied as i found he is not haier authorised person to contact customer, and none of your representative has contacted about completion of complaint. than after yesterday (26/10/2016) i got the call that your product is ready and take it from service center, upon that i have denied to take it as it is service center/company duty to solve the complaint at site and if not than its their responsibility to take it from site and send it back to site.

    My issues with complaints are:
    1. upon asking to your customer care chat they used to give us plenty of numbers of your representatives, i think i am not suppose to call everyone and ask the update its company's customer care work.
    2. all of your representatives are rude to talk with customer. i have contacted mr. ashwin gadhiya of vinayak electronics at rajkot, after that i have contacted mr. akhtar your service head for city, after that i have contacted mr. mahesh prajapati at ahmedabad who is your state representative. all of them are talking very rudely with customer.
    3.in between i told to put up my issues through mail, i sent 2 mails to your id first on 10th october 2016 with reference no.[protected], and another reference no[protected] dated 18th october 2016.
    Everytime i used to get automated reply that you should get response within 24 hours but till now that 24 hours has not over.
    4. how it can be possible that central customer care is not informed regarding product to be taken to service center.

    Even guide me also that if i will com across the same issue again in future than whom to contact. your said representatives are not at all approachable. can you be able to give one point contact that will help me with my issues with your product??

      I own a Haier refrigerator of 2014 model. Bottle storage racks of my fridge have got damaged. i had been trying to get replacement through auth dealer in my town ie Ambala(Pin-133001), and have lodged several requests on the helpline no (service request no - HR[protected], HR[protected] and many more) but every time complaint is closed stating reasons like not attending phone, not paying sevice charges etc, whereas truth is no one ever contacts me and the complaints are closed arbitrarily without any reasons. Main issue is bottle racks are not available in open market and fridge is useless without space or storing bottles. I am stuck, please help

        Dear Sir,

        This is to to bring in your kind notice about the pathetic service and torture i recieved from your service partner.I had bought haier split AC about 3 years back and about a month ago requested a service visit because the ac was not cooling, your partner came from haier took the charges of service and just after superficially looking told that the coils need to be changed(after three years only) and after convincing took 6000 rs and changed the coil then the real problem started the ac compressor was not picking up and so the cool air was not coming and after repeated visits they came with an excellent solutions to set the temprature at 16 then this ac will cool (where in the world they advice to set the temprature at 16) then again it was not cooling and again after harrasing they came to solution that the motor is not working and need to replace which was already replaced last year and that the previous coils were fine.

        Now my question is that what kind of service haier gives whose representative are unable to solve the ac issue.They have already taken 6000 rs and the AC is not working.Please refund my money.I will get it repaired from a local mechanic who are much smarter and wiser than your engineers and please improve and live upto your reputation.

          I had purchased a haier airconditioner in 2015 and by sept 2016, the cooling from the airconditioner considerably reduced... I called haier to send an authorised servicing person... 2 gentlemen from j. S. Enterprised came checked and said gas has reduced and filled it up and also changed one of the parts and took rs.2600/-whereby the service charges are rs2000/-.. After 3 months again the ac stopped cooling, the same people came and said the condenser coil has a leakage and hence the cooling has stopped whereby there was no mention of the same at the first servicing. So i decided not to go with them and logged an official complain with haier on 4th oct, complain no k[protected]... Whereby the telecaller mentioned there was a fees of rs 402/- at the time of visit, but on 6th oct, receive a sms saying i have refused to pay the service charges and hence the call got cancelled... There hasnt been a single call from haier in these 2 days to confirm the visit..

          1st of all haier service team took advantage of the situation and made money without telling me the actual problem, 2ndly the haier team is so unprofessional that they bluntly said i refused to pay the amount... This is a case of pure unprofessionalism and maligning my image as a customer... I am really sad about the service received from your end... I will neither buy a haier product again nor will i recommend anyone on haier..

          Haier LED TV-LE40B7500 purchased on[protected] from AMRUTHA HOME APPLIANCES, SASTHAMCOTTA, KOLLAM.
          After two months of purchase a complaint seen (TV OFF while watching) and reported to the dealer.Complaint not even rectified by them.
          Now the TV is not working(power system not on).Complaint reported on 8th october not rectified so far.

            Haier Not repairing split ac model HSU-18CG1W3N purchased on 14/5/2016from next generation show room Jind Haryana india I have purchased a Ac of above model but after one month the water leakage started inside the room from the fan unit.               I have 7.6 semi automatic washing mmachine. Which is purchased in this year. From the day of purchase it has problem with drier. The executive came and just
              Do adustment only. If the motor is not in good condition then why not they replace it... Today i have same problem with drier. I want to know its policy... I had lg washing machine earlier but i had not faced this type of problem with it up to 7 years after that this type of problem came and i purchased your machine. I think this was my big mistake.

              It's very sad that Haier company give very poor service. I called 3time and bloody they can not arrange the engineer to install the machine . Very disappointed and disgusting service are provided by this company. Request company should be close their products and others thing if they can not work properly. I want the solution as soon as possible.

                I have purchased a 320L refrigerator model no HRB3404PRL on 24 Aug 16.
                1. The product was installed on 29 Aug 16 after five days against a assured period of three days as per company policy.
                2. The product was on but there was no cooling effect. The complaint was lodged on 14 Sep 16. As usual your rep came on 17 Sep 16 and after checking the product reported that refrigerator fan is not working. he said that the product will be repaired in seven days.
                3. This is something alarming that after spending more than Rs 30, 000 we land up in a situation where we don't have refrigerator facilities for 10 to 12 days. Now-a- days refrigerator is essential need for any house.
                4 Please change this product at the earliest. Advise me how to go about?

                    It was few days back when the remote of my tv stopped working so i called the customer care and asked for the new remote. First the customer care executive was speaking like i was talking to somebody who has been forcefully made to work, secondly, i was told that i will have to pay 1150 rs first for the technician who will come and check the tv first then remote will be provided on extra charges.( what a joke ) . to cut short i went to one of the local market and both the original remote which is working better then the one which came with the tv for only 500 rs. Dear haier kindly get serious and stop making fool out customers.

                        Purchased Haier 2 ton split AC on 19th may, from a very reputed dealer Associate traders of dehradun. Cost of the machine was 40k. Within a week ac stopped working. Complaint was done on toll free no. Technician came and told that ac gas has leaked. He did some welding part in outside unit. But problem was not resolved. Then they took the outside unit for repairs. After 2 days machine was brought back and till now ac is not working in ok condition. Both inside and outside unit makes hell of a noise and cooling is not there. I am really fad up. I used volts for 8 years never had any issues. Now I am planning to go to consumer forum if problem is not solved.

                            This is to bring to your urgent notice that we have been waiting since last two weeks for the replacement of a electrical component of our haier washing machine after being promised a replacement within 3-4 days. The pcb falls under warranty as it has been replaced on 14/6/2016 (Can send you a scanned attachment on request). The engineer with cell no. [protected] (Mr. Nitin abole) had replaced it on 14th june and he promised to replace it again in 3-4 days, which is 2 weeks back. I called support and services (For complaint no. Pu[protected]) and i am still awaiting action. His supervisor mr sadanand bhosale has not picked up phone or returned sms for the last 3 days.

                            It is unfortunate that a company so trusted on its quality and service fails when it comes to timely delivery of services in pune. Let us not disappoint each other in times when customer support ranks high on trust and votes. Kindly do the needful asap..

                              Dear sir / madam,

                              I purchased refrigerator of 340 liter model of haier company in the month of may 2016 from sales corner kothi char rasta, vadodara, from the date of installation there is a loud sound come from the refrigerator. I tell the installation technician about the sound, he called me to submit the complain to seller or customer care no of hair, i immediate contact to seller and customer care no and register my complain regarding this. After two day technician come for repaired, he told me for some modification required in your refrigerator, he order some parts to the company and go back. After few day i again register the complain technician come with the parts and do the modification but no result, loud noise is since there, after that 3 to 4 times the same technician come with different trainee person, they open my refrigerator and go back without result. They used my refrigerator like training piece. I told the company for replacement but there is no reply from the company. I also call to the sales corner but no reply regarding replacement.

                                I have brought a. C 1 st may 2015. It was not working properly then i have called at coustomer care. The repairer came and repaired it but it did 'nt work properly and he charged me for service ₹450/- and ₹1800/- for gass filling. After that it is not working properly. He changed me double. Then i relised that it was my great mistake that i have purchased hairer a. C. And finaly i have sold it in ₹2000/- as garbagge to picker... Worst a. C of hairer... Friends plz don't puchase hairer a. C..

                                  Hi,

                                  I bought split ac in 2014. After few months i had logged a lots of complaint about product but company is unable to repair one single problem i. E.ac not cooling.in last 4 months from april'16 i logged 7 complains and paid almost 6-7 thousands inr for one and only problem ac not cooling, but not respite. Most of this summer i spend with faulty ac. Now they asking for another 4 thousand to rectify the problem saying coils is leaking. I said no to any more payment as this fraud company has already looted my too much. Now company has rejected my request.

                                  I am saying from bottom of my heart that haier is the most unethical company who believes in looting poor customer's hard earned money. They will keep the problem alive to meet their hidden agenda.

                                  1. 4th april - logged complain, person came took 2200 for gas refilling and service change and let.ac worked so for 10 days.

                                  2. 14th may - logged complain, person came took service charge and said it’s not working due to dust.

                                  3. 6th june - logged complain, person came took service charge and said there is some leakage and now 5 point gas is there, however it should be 7. We will refill 2 points gas and it would work this time.

                                  4. 20th july - logged complain, person came and said leakage in valve. Charged 800 for valve, 450 for service, 2000 for gas 2nd time in 3 months, but unfortunately didn't work. Then he said compressor is not working.

                                  5. They came back after few days with compressor and said everything is fine and it would work this time after taking 3 thousands. The date was 28th july.

                                  6. 16th august - logged complain, person came and said leakage in coil and i need to pay another 4000. Seriously it sucks. I said no and the cancelled my complain.

                                  7. 18th august - i have sent an email to their customer service and they escalated my issue. Today they called me and imagine what the resolution is. They are saying 20% discount on 4000. The nonsense lot doesn't even understand the agony and frustration of poor customer bcz the motive it to loot the customer as much as possible. I wonder if i continue using this crap product, they would charge an amount equal to new ac in few months’ time in the name service. Only god can save haier's customer's.

                                      I have bought a haier washing machine, model name hwm60-10 in 2012.
                                      It started to show multiple errors since the last year, i. E 2015.
                                      The water was getting clogged inside the machine and the spinning wheel was not working properly. So, last month i handled the machine to the nearest haier service center. At first they said the issue will be resolved within 3-5 days, but they didn't response for 3 weeks nearly. At last 5 days ago, i got the machine back and they took 2200 as service charge. But within 1 day, the machine went back to its previous state. Please solve it as soon as possible or i'm going to start some negative advertising against this company.
