I have purchased Frost Self-Clean 2023 Split Inverter Ac through on-line 30 April 2023 & installation scheduled on 7 May 2023. Mechanic visited in the morning as per schedule. I was shocked when I saw the Behaviour of Mechanic is very rude & illiterate

He supposed to make fool customer & he think that customer doesn't aware about product, service& installation information.


First of fall he doesn't have a drill machine, vacuum cleaner & when I asked how to hole in wall he told m that hole in wall through hammer. I shocked how he is was professional

Then he explained me about other charges

Copper charges Rs 320/- per foot ( approx 24 foot) with unnecessary extension of wire by round movement & i Urgent them to take them straight but refuse.

Stand charges ₹850
Stand installation charges Rs 250

He also carry child labour & demand for his labour charges .

I have provided new copper wire, Stand but he refused them for installation & demand m huge total for above, why is it so??

Please explain m is it compulsory for customer to pay heafty charges (appx.Rs 16000)

Where is mentioned that in installation process mechanic have to use his material with high price

This is the clear violation of customer right i.e we called them monopoly.

Is it company policy to hire child labour for installation process??

If there is any mishappening with child who will be responsible??

Please look into matter & resolve it

    Out haeir AC of 10 years had problems cooling had gas leak.Same was booked and register with SS services Alibaug via HAeir service site for repairing Sr no.HI[protected].
    Technician came after repeatated calling and incurred a bill of 4300 of maintenance and gas refilling giving 3 months guarantee.
    After 7 days the problem of not cooling started again, after unlimited calls and irresponsible behavior of Some MR Amit singh, a new technician was sent who again came with a solution and offering to help with Rs5000, no guarantee and new issue.What kind of people are employed no one knows any work.
    I want my money back.This is serious, these people are here to just to loot people.

      Its been 18 days since my fridge stopped working. We contacted the haier customer care. A technician came, took the photo of the invoice and never came back. We called again. Another technician came and went back saying we need to wait 3 to 4 days. He never came back too. We called again and one more different technician came. He charged rs2600 and "repaired" the fridge and went back. Turns out the fridge still did not work. We called again and the same thing was repeated. We were asked to wait for 3 to 4 days again. Everytime we call haier fails to provide any service and only ask us to wait. No technician could repair it and they dont even come back as said. We have suffered lots and lots of food wastage in this hot summer. I just want my fridge repaired now. I am so done with their service.

        Dear Haier Customer Support,

        I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the performance of the Haier refrigerator that was purchased in 2018. Since the very beginning, the refrigerator has been plagued with defects and malfunctions, causing considerable inconvenience and disruption to my daily life. I am writing to request a prompt resolution to this issue, either by replacing the faulty unit or else I will be forced to escalate the matter further.

        Every month, without fail, the refrigerator experiences some sort of malfunction, which results in it not working properly for a good 10 days each time. I have contacted your customer support team numerous times, and while they have been helpful in resolving the issues temporarily, the same problems keep recurring. The refrigerator is clearly defective, and it is unacceptable for such a reputable brand to have sold a faulty product.

        As a loyal customer, I expected a higher level of quality and reliability from Haier appliances. The constant breakdowns have not only caused great inconvenience to my family and me, but have also resulted in significant financial losses due to spoiled food and wasted energy. I have been patient, allowing your service technicians to address the issues; however, it has become apparent that this particular unit is beyond repair.

        In light of these persistent problems, I kindly request that Haier either replace the defective refrigerator with a new, fully functional unit or provide a full refund. I believe this is a fair and reasonable request considering the inconvenience and financial burden that I have been subjected to due to the defective product.

        If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within the next 10 business days, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further by filing a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection agency and seeking legal advice.

            Free service of Split AC 1.5 Ton

            Sir,
            I has been purchased a split AC 1.5 Ton from Electronics Centre PVt Limited, Ajit Banerjeet Building, Nachan Road, Benachity, Durgapur -13 (West Bengal ) on 7th April/2022 vide Invoice No. 106/MBO/22-23 with three free serviceing during one year from the date of purchase.             I have bought the AC was on 20/4/23 till date installation pending yet not done, server time connected with concern department they're said every day engineer visited the place but it not happened last 8 days, if the instrument gets damaged while kept at home, like what if there is a rat or other damage then who will take the responsibility for that if any things is happens. So I will request to please arrange the return product not need to require as such poor service to harassment.

              I bought Air Conditioner - Haier Brand from Croma, the AC got delivered by Last Monday, today I was able to get One person who assigned for Installation, but he could not do that, that fellow was asking for arrangement to do the installatiuon. I believe the Installation is free, but still I am not able to avail that service. Kindly do let me know whom i should contact as no one attending this from Haier side except the customer care center, but they can not help on technical side. Kindly do arrange the same else i have to return your product.

              I had to raise three times Installation request.

                I brought an air conditioner and after 2 days of installation ac is not cooling properly and a problem is there in outdoor unit due to leakage of gas .
                Called customer care 3 times and after registering complaint no service technician is able to attend or solve my issue.
                Every time i call customer care same thing they are saying and no technician they are sending.
                Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest.

                  I brought an air conditioner 10 days back and has problem with cooling within 2 days of installation.
                  I contacted costumer care and they said they will send a service technician and even after two days no one is responding.
                  And again today I called them they said no problem is there and I asked them without sending technician how could they fake a issue.

                    i bought this oven one month back and used hardly for 5 to 6 times for heating food. and found those rust color spots and complained to customer care and got it registered and your executive came and said that it is problem due to bad maintenance. how can stainless steel get rust.i asked him how can a oven of one month old get the rust, no response from him and told me i will ask my dealer and let you know and finally closed the complaint stating product is ok, if it is due to bad maintenance, i request you to mail the same to me. you can see spots in the given attachment.

                      I had booked a service online for my Haier Window AC (which is under company AMC till 2025) and i called Haier service number 3 time firstly on 15 April near about 1.35 pm afternoon then 16 April after that 17 April no technician came to visit . So the issue basically was after dialing 3times on Haier services no one visiting and concerning about my problem. The technician made calls and always submit that he is coming or he is on the way but no one visited till now my issue wasn't solved because no one dealing with my problem customer care always mentioned that they are working on it but no one called me and ask about my problem.                         I have booked a SR HI[protected] for my Haier LED tv but the local service centre of Malda charged me service charge without any previous intimation to me. Dont except such cheap service from such a renowned company like Haier.

                          I have Haier mini refrigerator, it has been 4 years that i bought it, now its not working since 4 months, mechanic said he would charge 4000 rupees for motor issues as haier parts are not available easily in india and u should not have bought it at first place, kindly help

                            Haier fridge

                            I bought Haier fridge on 6th April 2022. One month after the purchase it started giving cooling issues, veggies and fruits started getting spoiled.                             I had booked a service online for my Haier Window AC (which is under company AMC till september 2023) on 2nd September 2022 and technician came to visit on 4th. So the issue basically was that the Air conditioner was making some noises while functioning. The technician made some adjustments, but my issue wasn't solved because the AC was still making rhat loud noise, he said "its an old AC, itna to shor karega hi". I was still not satisfied with that, and the same night, the AC stopped working. When I called Haier again, next day, got to know that the fan blade was not in place and it broke because it was not fitted correctly.
                            Then i asked them to get it replaced, I was told that this is neither the service person's fault, and it will also not be covered under amc. Then after a week of reminding them again and again they finally got me a new fan blade, and settled to pay 50% the amount.
                            The same day when they visited to get the new fan blade installed, they did some mistake in connecting some wires, due to which, at first the AC fan started to rotate in opposite direction, then after some more trials, the motor caught fire. ( all of this work was only done by experienced professionals sent by Haier India and no other person has touched this AC except haier proffesionals). As soon as the AC caught fire and the technician told that motor has to be replaced, he said that you will receive a call from haier within 24 hours and will get the new motor replaced in the next AC season(which is probably 2023 summers). I was completely not satisfied with this answer, then called Mr Vipin Mehta (got his number from haier customer care), he ensured that the part will be replaced within 2 days.
                            After continuous calling and reminders, the AC motor hasn't yet been replaced and they still are saying that it will take 2 more days to get the part. I also have valid call recordings, whatsapp screenshot, plus valid bill and AMC documents.
                            Mr Vipin during October or November, likely when diwali was around, he asked for a 10 days time, but those 10 days never came. Then I also called them 2-3 days back and Mr Vipin asked that he will surely get the part replaced on Wednesday (1 March 2023) which is today. It has been months since i'm tired of calling these people. The same day when Mr Vipin assured that he will get the replacement done today, I also called on Haier Helpline to get the update on my complaint, they said a new complaint has been generated and action will be taken as soon as possible. I then received a call of a person named Ms Renu, who asked me to give me some more time, which I am giving already.
                            Today she called me and said that they need 3 more days and the part is already on the way.
                            I'm tired of this headache, they have been saying the same thing and my AC isn't in working condition since nearly 5-6 months.
                            That too being under AMC package which ensures that I should not face any problems.
                            And if they are facing issues in arranging a new part, id like to request Haier India to please arrange an alternative Temporary AC till the time the part gets delivered, or find some solution.
                            What can i do now.

                              Dear Team,

                              I had purchased an Air conditioner on 23.02.23 model no Haier SAC 1.6 T 5INV HSU19C-TFW5B

                              At the time of purchase, we were told that we would be getting 3 services free ( 2 dry & 1 wet)

                              Now firstly the 3 services we were given by Haier, so it was there responsibility to follow up for the services with customers which never happened. Due to which my 1 service got lapsed. Still, I did let go.

                              On January 23 Haier person had come for dry servicing. He had said that I can avail my last wet service in the month of Feb 23.

                              I had called Haier service centre for my service.

                              When I spoke to their customer support, they also committed the ac servicing calls were never made from your end to me for my ac service.

                              Today is 23rd Feb 23 I asked them to send some for my last service. they said it can’t be possible since yesterday was the last day.

                              Now firstly the fault is from their side by not following with customers for giving ac services in which customers like us suffered.

                              If they had followed up for the services from their side this problem wouldn't have been created.

                              I sincerely request you to please take up this matter.

                                  Hi, I have purchased a Haier refrdigerator in March 2022 from Pai Electronics. Within 2 weeks i faced an issue with heaters being burnt without any power flucatations I initially got it serviced by the techinicians it worked partially because the ice formation on the lower level still continued. I tried to contact Pai Electronics for a replacement but they didnt solve anything because Haier service departments were not ready to replace. In the meanwhile there is another issue which stopped cooling the fridge part and freezer part works fine. So I raised a complaint the service manager itself visited and said that it is a damper issue and the first issue you got is also the same but I am not sure who did the service regarding the heater thing. I was shocked about the level of service understanding the technicians have. I insisted on getting a replacement since I am facing issues from 2 weeks on purchase but the manager was reluctant and suggested only service. I am unable to do anything since I have paid the full amount and took the appliance and I am all locked. My fridge still not working properly and I dont want to go for another service as they promised on the first service that everything will be alright but still I got issues. Please help me with the replacement as I feel it is a defective product they sold me and my 30k is all in vain now.
