Refrigerator got rust and we have lodged two complains regarding same but no one has responded.
It's a very bad service and product too.

    I have purchased LED in 2021.
    It has 3 years dispaly guarantee.but that led has display problem ocuured that led has change in guarantee but not good display picture quality compare to previous LED. I will try to your customer support person but no one responding your side about this issue.

      I have purchased Haier Double Door fridge in 2016 and if is under compressor warranty. Recently it stopped cooling and have raised a complain. The technician showed up after multiple reminder and informed the gas needs to be refilled. Again the same issue and next time he changed the condenser. This did not solve the problem and 3rd SR was raised snd now hd is saying this needs to be taken to store. I hane been following for the pickup for 10 days and they are not showing up and gives one or other excuse. I feel like being helpless and are on their mercy to turn up one day. These people or team dont understand the Customer pain. I have a joint family with senior citizens and even small kids and end up wasting things as they cannot ne stored.

        We are facing this water leakage problem in my refrigerator from the first day of purchase, and also loged many complaints regarding this but still we had no solution, request you to kindly help to close it on urgent bases.

            We have buy refrifarator in the month of june 2022. But in 5 months only it gets rust. So, we registered complain regarding same with arcee shop from which we have brought our refrigertor on 6th november 2022. Then on 7th november 2022, haier's engineer visited at our place to resolve our issue and he said you will recieve call from ho for update of issue.
            On 11th november 2022 i have received text message as your query has been resolved. But actually, it is not done.
            Whenever i called to engineer, he is saying that within one month only we can replace your product if there is a rust.
            Now they are not responding though we have raised complain.

              I have purchased haier led tv 0n 31 march 2022..it has display issue picture is not visible since 2 months..I complain about it to customer Care but no action taken till now...every time I call customer Care they say they will send senior technician but no one came...my tv is off since 2 months and no one is helping..haier has pathetic service...I will never buy haier product again

                I'm a customer and I've purchased Haier Washing Machine.

                While selling a product sales executive has given a big build-up on this product.

                We have purchased it in Adishwar India Limited, Bangalore on 20-Dec-21 & it is stopped working on 09-Jul-22 (within 7 months). And we have raised the complaint (SR No- BA[protected]) & field technician told, motherboard is faulty & he has replaced it. We have observed 3 months after replacing the motherboard, washing machine is taking more time comparing to earlier & also getting more electricity bill.

                And we got surprised by seeing, now a days washing machine is started dancing / jumping at home and making heavy noice while spinning (video has been attached for reference).

                This Haier Washing Machine is the first worst product that I've purchased & for your information we use this washing machine once in a week with normal load. And I'm just thinking if I use this washing machine 3 to 4 times in week then what will happen...!

                I'm totally disappointed & unsatisfied with this product. I need a replacement for this.

                  Hi, I have bought a Haier AC on 25.09.2021. On the verge of expiry of comprehensive warranty, i applied for Labour AMC of 3 years. I have already paid the amount Rs 2478 to S & P Traders, Agartala on 15.09.2022. But till date my AMC is not done. Everytime I raise a service request, they reject it siting different reasons. When I called service center, they said their owner has specifically asked not to do AMC. I don't understand what is the reason for the same. They have looted my money and a person by the name of Barsha([protected]/[protected]) has behaved very inappropriately and she has asked the service center guys to reject the service request raised in my name. Is this the type of service Haier is providing in our state?? Very disappointed. I have enclosed the documents of purchase and payment for AMC.

                    On 13th September 2022 my Haier refrigerator door broke, I contacted at toll free number of haier to get a replacement as this seemed a company manufacturing defect but the said it wont come under warranty so i asked them to anyways deliver a new door which i agreed to pay for, today is 3rd October and they brought a new door after multiple follow ups and complaints the new door is of different colour and model which they are asking me to install because the company does not have the the same product now as said by the technician, i denied and asked for same door. It has been 20days and without refrigerator we are facing major inconvenience. Help us out

                      I don't know what's wrong with your ac technicians. Who the hell do they think they are. They have made my home a mess. I have uploaded the photos supporting my complaint, kindly go through.

                      These unskilled technicians came to install AC. They don't even know how to open the box, later somehow opened it all. These unskilled employees don't know how to fix it. They acted brainstormed for some time to confuse us. They removed all parts and finally they said the AC stand is not there and we will bring the stand in 10 mins and left.

                      I waited 20 mins they cut the call, later 30mins and after 40 mins I made a call again. These unskilled idiots are not lifting the calls. They made a whole ruckus in the house. See how untidy the room was. I continuously made a call but no response from those unskilled technicians.

                      Later I contacted the customer care service. Those are also not working, I made a call to Haier representatives but no hope of help. Later I realised that this whole Haier is the worst company, no proper service or no proper response, I have seen many complaints in the consumer forum.

                      Then I realised i was looted. This is the worst and worse than any company in India. Is this the way you treat a customer ? You send these unskilled technicians and mentally torturing us. You made my home clumsy and tidy. Is this the way you leave a customer home like that.

                      If i do the same thing in your office or your store will you accept it.

                      You have cheated and looted me.
                      You made me mentally sick by your actions. Haier company and its technicians and it's representatives mentally tortured me. I have faced mental pain.

                      cheating by sending unskilled employees, making chaos and physically creating chaos in the house mentally torchuring me.

                      This is the worst service from your part.

                          I am writing this complaint regarding the repair of my fridge Model
                          HRB-2764PBGE. Your technician denied the fix/repair of the
                          refrigerator stating "The rat cut the wire at such a place that they
                          cannot fix it and we should reach out to a third party/Local
                          technician because of fridge construction limitations." This is very poor construction and repair ability as rats are a common problem everywhere.

                          This sort of service is not expected from Haier and from a fridge costing 25000 approx.

                            I am Nagabalaji from Batlagundu, Dindigul (Dt). I bought Haier 32" TV (Model - LE32k60008) in Vasanth & co batlagundu branch on 13th May, 2020. At the time, they said the warranty period of this product is 3 years. if any issue happens in that product with in 3 years, Haier technician will provide their's support. Now I am facing the issue on the TV. if I claim warranty with Haier support person, they said it's 2 years only then after I showed the proof they said okay your product has 3 years but Vasanth & co did not update your product serial number for the warranty claim after you bought the product with in 30 days. And Haier technician told we can't support you for this product issue. So I request in this compliant please help to resolve it.

                              I bought a haier friedge on August 2022. After i bought the fridge in few days its getting heated everywhere and also water leakage for all the side even after making complaint about the same no action taken till date.very disappoint about the quality. Its really disappointing never aspected from a brand Haier.

                                Purchase month is March'22, within the same month I was facing motherboard issue (inbuilt was faulty piece). I asked the TV replacement at the initial point but they replaced motherboard. Now this time it is giving some display issue unable to see anything on it. Within 5 months facing another issue. This time also I asked for TV replacement but the technician says it depends on company authority. Totally waste of money if I am not getting permanent resolution. After purchase TV was not working almost a month and again this time technician says it will take 10-15 days. Please provide the replacement within 2-3 days.

                                  I have purchased AC on 29th March 2021.
                                  Not sure what is happening to this AC, Every 2-3 months AC is getting cooling issue.

                                  Agent comes and repair somethings and fills GAS. This is repeated for every visit.

                                  Last time they installed new Inlet to Out let pipes and started problem these days.

                                  I'm fedup with raising complaint again and again. I hope i get a proper response here.

                                    I have registered complaint on 14 aug but still not resolved, g g enterprises service center for Haier washing machine are not responding, their service man deliberately not picking my call, and not providing circuit board of washing machine from 8-10 days, they visited two times but not resolved my problem, washing machine is shut down from 15 days. Every service men speaking lies and not giving proper service

                                      I purchased haier single door refrigerator model : HED-20FDS COLOUR: BRUSHLINE SILVER Serial no: BS033CE8E02T3N1K0122 in April 2022. There is water leakage problem from the refrigerator and after multiple complaints the problem is not solved.
                                      I need replacement of this defective unit.

                                        Registered complaint in Haier customer care for Washing machine not working on 6th August 2022 which is 2yrs old (Purchased in 2020). Technician contacted on 8th August 2022 and saw the issue and stated that drum has to be replaced which cost Rs.3500/- and instead of that we can go for AMC annual maintenance contract Rs. 5500/-which is valid for 3yrs from the date of purchase. And we purchased the same and mentioned as the complaint resolved. Also from his side made a registration for new drum. Here the problem started as he mentioned Drum will be delivered by 11th or 12th August 2022. But mentioned as courier came vehicle not available. After that I informed him as he is not giving proper reply, going to compliant against you in customer care. Then he gave his Manager number and I contacted him for the same and he replied Drum stock is not available and it has to come from Noida and truck is getting delayed and so it will take next week to complete the work. He told he will send another drum from the warehouse for the same model if available. And send the drum which doesn't suit. And then this was informed to us by the Engineer. And giving false promise whenever I made a call. Why we people are calling the same company which we purchased is the work will be completed in a smoother manner. But because of this Technician and Manager, I got stress since a week.
