[Resolved] Haier India Deep Freezer — regarding haier air conditioner

This was serious escalation about the air conditioner purchased on 17-march-2019. The installation was not done properly which resulted in gas leakage.
The issue is that there is no cooling for last weeks. This is damaging the reputation of your esteemed brand. Air conditioner needs to be tested with vacuum pump to ensure there is no gas leakage. Now the product is in warranty period, please resolve the issue on urgent basis. I do not want trouble about gas leakage any further. Please do needful.

Finally the representative from Haier came to refill the gas and they also closed the hole with cement in the same week. The issue is resolved. But annoying part is that GAS fill was not completed done.

Haier Appliances India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
