I bought Haier fridge on 6th April 2022. One month after the purchase it started giving cooling issues, veggies and fruits started getting spoiled. Raised complaint, Haier engineers visited and it worked fine for 15 days then again cooling issue repeated, After 2nd repair 2/ 3 months it worked fine then same issue repeated. On every visit Haier engineer said different problems, finally I am frustrated and couple of months back when the engineer visited he said fridge need to be replaced as there should be some defect since issue was there since starting. After which I made multiple follow ups and no response from them. No one came to replace and again my fridge is not working.
I had purchased this fridge for rs. 44000. From the starting cooling issue was there. Every engineer visit they say new things, temporarily fix the issue and vanish.
I had received defective piece of fridge and I want Haier to replace it. Request you to look into this issue and help me to get replacement. Attaching fridge bill copy for reference.
