Halcyonkart.in — Product are not correct

I purchased set of 5 shirts for Rs 1000 and wrote the size of 42 in the
order but the shirts i received are smaller in size and not meeting
standard, even the colors are also not matching. and The number
[protected] mentioned is on parcel but this number is switched off and
2nd person is not picking the phone also [protected].

halcyonkart is a third class company...

I purchased set of 5 shirts for Rs 1000 and wrote the size of 42 in the order but the shirts I received are 40 smaller in size and only 3 shirts not meeting standard, even the colors are also not matching and The number [protected] mentioned is on parcel but this number is switched off and 2nd person is not picking the phone also [protected].This is really bad from this site (http://halcyonkart.in/shirts-for-men1.html). I want to raise a police complaint about this fraud site. I want my money back.
