Haldiram Bhujiawala — 4 Packets of Laccha not delivered

On 18th June 2017 i ordered 4 packets of laccha to be delivered on two addressed and according to the estimated delivery date offered by the Compnay it should be delivered 23-24th June but it has not been delivered. And when i call the customer care executive Biswajit Paul (+[protected] he is just ignoring my pleading to deliver as soon as possible as I ordered the product on the occasion of Eid and he says bluntly that it wont be delivered before 28-29th June. What will i do to the product if it is reached aftr the occasion. And when i say that i want the product he rudely says me to take refund and he wont deliver the product. And even said that I can go and complain whenever i want to. Please help me in this.
