I have purchased 3 Bhalla Papadi (Take away) against Bill no. 470881 on[protected] from Haldiram's Shop no. G 42-48 Cross river mall, New Delhi.
In my order haldiram didn't pack Dahi (curd) with bhalla papdi and when I called them on mobile and requested them to deliver curd, they straightforwardly arrogantly refused to do the same and were very rude and didn't agree even to provide the same. In the end, I had to go again and after a lot of discussions they provided me the same.
It was a very bad experience and they HARASSED me alot as a consumer. Their behavior towards their customers was shockingly rude and arrogant.

Today I went to one of outlet in Lazpat Nagar and brought besan laddu in which I found a pin in the besan laddu while eating it. which hurt my tongue too. Please take necessary action for it this small thing can lead to big accident.

I have previously purchased the above product and the quality has been good.However on this occasion the main component of the packet was salt and hardly any moong daal, which is supposed to be the main ingredient. The snack caused food poisoning in the family ruining our Christmas 2015 and though I have tried to contact the company I have been unsuccessful as the customer service is terrible. Due to the ill effects of the snack I expect the company to make a full apology!improve the standard of their products that are sold worldwide! And a goodwill gesture to compensate for the poor standard of products purchased of at least a substantial quantities of vouchers/refund in cash and I will give the company one more chance, though from the feedback I have read that would not improve matters. Thank you.

I am working in a MNC - OPPO Mobiles India (P) Ltd. .On 21st Dec 2015 afternoon, I & my Chinese Boss went on Lunch in your Haldiram at Omaxe City Centre MAll, Sohna-Gurgaon Rd, Block S, Uppal Southend, Sector 49, Gurgaon, Haryana 122018. But Unfortunately my experience was very offended because of your Manager Mr. Shailender misbehaved with us . It was not misbehaving It was humilation which we felt at haldiram outlet. He commented on My Chinese Boss eating habit in Hindi Although he don't understand hindi but due to the manager body language my boss asked me is he eating Butter Naan from wrong hand. Till that time I didn't said anything to manager. after that I personally went to the Manager & told him to look on your services not on anyone eating habits .On reply to that he shouted back on me infront of all customers & misbehaved with me. I don't think thats a good behaviour that's a mental harassment to me & foreigner.Kindly look into the matter asap.

Dear concern this feedback is tell you that how 3rd class service you are giving to your customer. I visit to your MGF Haldiram property and I reached to your property around 10:50 and ask for the my order there was one manager with shaved head. he refused my order and said that we are closing the restaurant. I told them that it is 10:50PM And your closing time is 11:00PM. I requested a lot but he directly said no to me. regards pawan [protected]

I ALONG WITH MY FAMILY WENT TO HALDIRAMS SHOP AT CROSS RIVER MALL IN EAST DELHI ON 10TH NOVEMBER 2015 FOR DINNER .After eating my meal I went for some sweet to check the particular sweet to the counter, I was shocked for the behaviour of the boy who was standing at sweet side, he told that you can read youself that which sweet is there or not in a neglecting manner .I requested him but his behave was very disgustig, he called mr raj who was asst manager who also join him and show anger to me instead of teaching his boy .I told him that I will complain to haldirams seniors, he replied that no body can do anything against me, Ultimately Mr Rahul the manager join and apologise for mr rajs behaviour.I request to the seniors to take necessary action against the goonda type Raj to avoide such incidents

I have a shop in balram nagar loni and i found that a packet of navratna 42gm of RS 10 are empty. After this i want to check it out that these issue is come in all pieces or not bt i got that all pieces weight randomly i.e. some packets weight 35 gm or some packet weight 50 gm. i doesnt expect this type of issue with that type of company bcz haldiram is a huge company so please change me empty packet with a new one or contact me on [protected]

Today I bought a packet of haldiram Nimbu Masala, But I found that the packet was empty. I only bought haldiram namkeen because of haldiram brand is trusted brand, but I I feel that I am wrong. the empty packet is with me. And I am complaint in consumer court at the empty packet.

I bought a packet of salted peanuts and I found a worm inside one of the peanut piece. There was a hole in that piece, so I split-opened it and found a roasted worm inside it.
It is a case of compromising with the product quality by risking consumer's health. This could have been avoided if the quality check wing of the company were not careless.
It simply shows company's carelessness and ignorance in terms maintaining quality standards.
I'm sending pictures in support of my complaint and I request a strict action against it.

Hi this is Rashid Ahmed from central avenue Kolkata purchased a haldirams moong dal packet and was shocked to see after eating one pinch of the daal which was fully fungus and could have led my health into a serious trouble I have the packet with me which shows an expiry date on 2016 but it has already rotten and with fungus.I want a resolution to this otherwise I vil take this case to consumer court and will not spare the company like this.such a big brand and product quality such cheap and life threatening.

Hi, I had placed an online order from Haldiram Nagpur for a sweet box on 5 th Nov 2015 to be delivered in Kolkata.The ORDER NUMBER IS 236266.The tracking number says out for delivery since 14th Nov 2015 but not yet delivered.I had called the customer care number[protected] several times requesting to get the order delivered before 16th Nov as my parents would be going out of town.But the lady who attended my call was so ruthless that she was OK if I went ahead and filed a complaint against them at the consumer forum.I also sent a mail with the same request at [protected]@haldirams.com but no response. Now my parents have left out of town and the product is not yet delivered.When I called them to refund the money they refused saying that no refund happens.I haven't seen such a pathetic service anywhere .Is this how HALDIRAM has earned money?I don't mind paying the money thinking them as a beggar. We have ordered sweets on 4th november to be delivered in Ahmedabad. The corier is sent via overnite express. But it has not yet reached. The product life of sweets is very less. What if it reaches after 12 days. I want money back. I have paid online.

Staff is so worst on Rohini sector10 haldiram, kuch sunte nai h aur maine kamsekam 10 baar ek cheez k liye pucha hoga tab bi bande ne koi jawaab ni diya toh i had raised my voice then he started on arguments and nobody was there to ask him why he is shouting on the customer afterall he is a employee... Worst place ... Please change your staff nai toh jaldi band ho jayega

This is the second time we visited Haldiram's sarojini nagar outlet, and witnessed carelessness towards customer. The servicing team are very rude and Ill mannered. We gave the token at the counter and they told us to wait for ten minutes, and they took almost 40 minutes just to plate 2 tandoori chapatis. They are simply spoiling the brand name.

Teh Haldiram Supreme treat costs Rs. 180 which consists of Soan papdi for Rs. 60/-, Orange Soan papdi for Rs. 60 and Badam Halwa for Rs. 40/-
The over all cost if I get individually I had to just pay rs 160/- . However, the box cost Rs. 180/-

can you please relook at the cost to give the box at a lower cost

I visited with my wife today i.E. 13th oct at haldiram cross river mall, delhi at around 7:30pm. A lady was standing in front of me and after her it was my turn. Then suddenly 3 boys came from side and came in from of me without following queue and illiterate counter clerk jitendra kumar started showing non sense attitude and instead of asking those 3 boys to come in queue this most stupid couner clerk in haldiram crm, delhi asked me to come in queue. I kept calm and went at 4th number again in queue and when those 3 boys left and my turn came second time i simply asked counter clerk jitendra kumar why in front of his counter there is no barrier for queue and earlier it was my turn and not of those 3 boys!!! This most stupid illiterate counter clerk started giving excuses and misbehaving with me. He asked me that haldiram management is responsible and not this stupid clerk for providing barrier for queue. He was just passing the buck on haldiram management and manager on duty and for all teaching, preaching, misbehaving, showing non-sense attitude and non sense ego to customers this illiterate clerk was available at counter. I told him that i will complain to your md and he started saying do whatever you want and i am not afraid of any md etc.

Then another counter clerk came and attended me but this jitendra kumar kept misbehaving. During the conversation for 5 minutes no manager on duty appeared to control and fire this illiterate young boy. I have earlier also seen jitendra kumar misbehaving and showing attitude to other customers in haldiram crm, delhi and it is clear that this boy is not fit for this reputed chain of haldiram and must be kicked out immediately as this boy is only suitable for some raw roadside dhaba.

I would request haldiram md and managment team to come in action immediately and take very strong action against this stupid and illiterate counter clerk who is not fit for attending customers at counter. He must be kicked out immediately so that he must learn a lesson from this incident so that he should think 100 times before misbehaving with any customer in future. Please ensure that this boy must never be kept at any of haldiram counters and must be kicked immediately as he is a real nuisance for haldiram good will.

Also manager of haldiram must be questioned for his non availability/absence during this incident which continued for about 5 minutes.

Look forward to your immediate response else i shall further take-up with higher authorities to the extent possible.

Haldiram Soan Papadi Packet contains - Bone piece.
I brought this packet for my kid from Dahisar D'Mart with
Batch No. 15G/138(A7), Packed on 16-Aug-2015.
I brought this in Sep-15, considering Haldiram as good brand.
I have learnt a lesson from this - how Indian companies treats Quality as lesser important point.
When I was giving it to my 4 yrs old son - found this bone piece inside.
Haldiram Consumer Care Line is only available from 10 am to 6 pm.
Overall Response Learned from others is not so Good from Haldiram to Resolve any complaints or Quality related Issues.
Cannot Trust Haldiram Products anymore !
I have always trusted Haldiram till few minutes back that most often use Haldiram products for Gifts, General purpose items and for Clebrations etc. etc...

I ordered only 2 items to be packed and the person at the counter told me to wait for 5 minutes. But it took him nearly 30 minutes to get the food ready. The reason he gave was the food that was prepared was different from the one i ordered and that clearly is an indication of the callous attitude of the people there.
