Hello I'm ravi and my order id is #3853578.I ordered food at Bhopal Junction on Feb 3 2025, which has been the worst order for me in a train till date. They have sent normal rice instead of jeera rice. I ordered 2 thaalis, both had normal rice.The quantity of rice in one was less and rotis were given only 3 instead of 4. also the quality of chicken in wrost they charge around rs. 225 for this bad food. I have order through railrestro app in the train and my order number is 3363193 veg executive thali and they charge 210 rs. food quality is very poor and food was not prepared in by local road side vendor.

My pnr no is [protected] & I have ordered the food from anant food for kota junction . But no call received from the vendor & didn't received the food . Also I have talked with that number which is given in the text msg . No respond from them. I am attaching the screenshot kindly check & refund the amount

i ordered Plain Dosa,
instead when I opened the package there was chole bhature inside the package which was total waste for me, i immediately contacted the customer care and they demanded photos, which i provided them immediately .
attached screenshot in which they told that they will resolve but there was no contact from there side and when i contacted them they said now its been 2 weeks .. forget about it and order new.
what is this?.. now i should move to court for this harrasment?.

Railrestro is the most irresponsible company ever. I ordered food at 7.44pm(prepaid), to be delivered at Gooty station at 8.30pm. Didn’t receive the food. Called 25-30 times no satisfactory response. Manager sleeping at home, I’m suffering here. Have to wait for 24 hours to talk to manager. Have to wait for 3-5 working days for refund. You can’t deliver at next station. Do you believe in cust. Satisfaction? One agent said out of 10, we can’t deliver 2 orders on a daily basis. 20% missed orders & u call yourself a company? Agents are disconnecting phone on my face. There is no one on the floor who can handle my concern. Had it been any other country the company would have to regret this but this is India my friend. There is no such thing called cust. service, satisfaction, cust. Value, timeliness. IndianRailways please do no allow such frauds for food delivery in train. These guys do not respond after getting money. There were 3 other people who received food bcz it was COD. Order no. 3118188

I ordered food as on 01.03.2024 but they did not delivered food. After contacting them there excuse was that vendor is not picking their call. I called them many times but they didn't give me any satisfied answer. Please take action against them.

We had ordered food on 10th December and did not receive food on Aluwa station as promised so they said they would refund the money today is 28th December yet I have recieved no refund, they are saying they have refunded my money but in my account statement there is no such money recieved they are a big fraud, just claiming the money has been transferred. And I have been calling 10 15 times since then they are just saying it's refunded but I got no money from their side. 2650 is not a small amount

Order id 2949898 never got delivered but has been marked delivered. Attaching screenshot where we clearly replied that order was not delivered please help us with getting a refund.

I have ordered dinner through railrestro and confirmed with the customer care that order is successfully placed. Also the order is confirmed by the hotel. But the food is not delivered. We are 2 with 2 children and we are without food today. The Train doesnt have pantry and we didnt see any means of getting food now. This is very bad experience from railrestro and they didnt do anything to ger the order delivered.Even no support from customer care

The food was not delivered. And I had to sleep hungry. They did not provide refund yet. Its been 13 days and when you call customer care number they just play games. They first said they will call back which they didnt and then they will just ask your query and stop talking until you disconnect.
Bogus and Fraud Website. They are cheating people

I have ordered mushroom butter masala and matar paneer but I have received aalu gobhi and other side only juices of aalu and gobhi .
This kind of cheat is not acceptable at any cost.
I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.

I have ordered multiple times with this app, most of the time they are fail to deliver food on time and convince their customers that they will get refund of their orders, but they never process the refund, i have been through this 3 times and this time I have decided to get my refund any how as I have not received it earlier also in 2022 oct 31 where I had called continuously for refund but they didn't proceed with that, same on 10 nov 2023 they were failed to deliver and same told me about refund within 3 days, today after 10 days I have again called them to do enquiry about refund, 1st she ( don't want to reveal her name but I will if needed) said refund Haas been processed and completed on 13 November only and when I asked her for proof she conveniently said that the refund got failed...and when I have asked her to check the last order refund status, she checked and when she found railrestro fraud again cooking story she said she can't give that information to me

It's a very bad experience we had with food order through RailRestro. We were waiting for the food till late evening and at the end it was not delivered and no update sent on the status of the delivery.
Later they said they will initiate a refund. It's been almost 2 weeks and I called multiple times but refund not credited.
I want the necessary action to be taken on this.

I ordered Today through rail restro my order I'd is - 2646989 I'm traveling in train no. 12193 i have ordered veg noodles and farm house pizza but instead of veg noodles they have sent me egg noodles which i can't eat because I'm vegetarian. This is not acceptable. Please start processing my refund as soon as possible.

I have order food for two during the train travel in train 12839 chennai mail. My food never arrived at Vijayawada station. The order status still shows order processing even after 4 stations. No message or call received. Railrestro should refund my money

I have placed an order for my parents. They did not deliver the food and telling lies that the food was delivered and passenger was not der at place. Every time they started telling lies and cancelling the call wantedly.
My money is not refunded till date

Many customers are complaiing that many of the closed Hotels name displayed in railrestro.com.
This company intentionally doing the fraud.

Surprise is customer care exeutive it may self informed me that this hotel is closed due to i am cancelled your order. i told him than please disable or remove those hotels from your list and he is directily disconnect my call. Very very bad services. Immediate take a strict action and close this company.

Request to appoint one committee for the invenstigation on priority basis.
