Haldiram Bhujiawala — Holiday treat

I booked a diwali gift pack on November 5th 2015 via Haldiram's website http://www.haldirams.com/, order #236052. My issue is that, this order was never delivered to the relative for whom i had booked it. Inspite of several followup emails there has been any response from Haldiram. I contacted them at their customer support email id "[protected]@haldirams.com" as well numbers mentioned in their website " [protected] /[protected]", which never responded to my calls.These numbers are just to fool the customers as they never pickup and if they pickup, they put you on hold for long. There is no accountability from these people and it is very unsafe to do online purchase from their site as you do not know, who you are dealing with and there is no other way you can contact them. I infact asked my bank to stop their payment, but my Bank is saying that I should ask Haldiram to cancel the payment. It has been more than 5 months and I am still struggling to get back my refund but these are people are so unethical not willing to refund the amount. I stand my ground and will fight for it, not only that they have not delivered the product, but the way they are doing the business is entirely unethical nothing else.
