Sir i want to inform you regarding the poor treatment that the people are getting from the staff and specially the manager of the haldiram bujiyawala located in Muzaffarpur, bihar. I ordered a raj kachori and told the guy to pack it and he didnt pack it separately which they normally did, but instead they packed the kachori and dahi together. I told them the kachori will melt till i get home but they told me it will not . And when I reached home it was all done for. Nothing was there to eat except curd and melted kachori and when i went for the complain the manager just told me bluntly that u are lying and it was not our mistake. Is this what haldiram stands for, even small restro and cafe treat there customers with more courtesy than this.
