Replicated below are the contents of email complaint sent to M/s Haldiram : To: [protected]@haldiram.com; mco.[protected]@haldiram.com; [protected]@cal.vsnl.net.in I today(05/12/2014) purchased a Haldiram Classic Indian Soan Papdi (Premium) 500 gm pack. On the pack: Mfg Date 02/SEP/2014 Batch No. A manufactured at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd. B-1, Sector-63, Noida -201309, U.P.(India).The soan papdi in it is excessively sweet and gives an impression as if I am eating plain sugar instead of premium desi ghee soan papdi which once used to be served by Haldiram.It is requested to kindly improve the quality and taste that Haldiram used to earlier serve or do not serve such preparations under the premium desi ghee preparations at a premium price.
