I visited with my wife today i.E. 13th oct at haldiram cross river mall, delhi at around 7:30pm. A lady was standing in front of me and after her it was my turn. Then suddenly 3 boys came from side and came in from of me without following queue and illiterate counter clerk jitendra kumar started showing non sense attitude and instead of asking those 3 boys to come in queue this most stupid couner clerk in haldiram crm, delhi asked me to come in queue. I kept calm and went at 4th number again in queue and when those 3 boys left and my turn came second time i simply asked counter clerk jitendra kumar why in front of his counter there is no barrier for queue and earlier it was my turn and not of those 3 boys!!! This most stupid illiterate counter clerk started giving excuses and misbehaving with me. He asked me that haldiram management is responsible and not this stupid clerk for providing barrier for queue. He was just passing the buck on haldiram management and manager on duty and for all teaching, preaching, misbehaving, showing non-sense attitude and non sense ego to customers this illiterate clerk was available at counter. I told him that i will complain to your md and he started saying do whatever you want and i am not afraid of any md etc.
Then another counter clerk came and attended me but this jitendra kumar kept misbehaving. During the conversation for 5 minutes no manager on duty appeared to control and fire this illiterate young boy. I have earlier also seen jitendra kumar misbehaving and showing attitude to other customers in haldiram crm, delhi and it is clear that this boy is not fit for this reputed chain of haldiram and must be kicked out immediately as this boy is only suitable for some raw roadside dhaba.
I would request haldiram md and managment team to come in action immediately and take very strong action against this stupid and illiterate counter clerk who is not fit for attending customers at counter. He must be kicked out immediately so that he must learn a lesson from this incident so that he should think 100 times before misbehaving with any customer in future. Please ensure that this boy must never be kept at any of haldiram counters and must be kicked immediately as he is a real nuisance for haldiram good will.
Also manager of haldiram must be questioned for his non availability/absence during this incident which continued for about 5 minutes.
Look forward to your immediate response else i shall further take-up with higher authorities to the extent possible.
