Haldiram — Poor Quality of sweets | |||
This is to highlight the worst service received from haldiram's crossriver mall delhi.. On 16th august 2015 we purchased Malai ghevar from the said ghevar to present our relative on the occasion of Teej.. In the evening we got a call from relative to whom we have gifted that ghevar saying the ghevar has sour taste and there is fungus on it as well... We called up haldiram on the same day at [protected] and spoke to some manager dont recall the name... He apologised for the same and saud you bring the ghevar here and we will exchange the same... Our relative stays in ghaziabad and its not our duty to come all the way to delhi just to get it exchanged... Its a matter of reputation loss which we have to suffer in front of our relatives for this poor quality of sweets on the occasion... Pothetic service..
