I placed an order for samsung 32 gb evo+ memory card on hangamasales.com on[protected]. On[protected] i received the memory card and paid rs. 350/-. After opening it i found that this not the actual model i placed order and received memory card is also not working. I tried to call on customer care no. [protected] but it was going busy whole day. Then i mailed on [protected]@hangamasales.com but no response received. I tried my best to contact the company. Please help to resolve this issue

I'm Ashok kharat, I have ordered one Samsung Evo 32gbmemory card on17 /05/16, I received it 25 /05/16 paying Rs-350/, when I used to check, it works very slow and few minutes after it shows to be damaged SD card. The mobile phone number of the site is switched off. Please help me to return it and refund my money back, and please take an action on the site

And when i called on their number it was switched off there, i send mail also but no reply giving, is no other way to contact them please help me sir i want my money back i am a student and i don't have money now. Delivered mobile usable, defact and when i insert sim card mobile automatic switch off.
Ir you are my only hope please stop this fraud company so that no others money get wasted.

I am writing to inform you about a great incomplete delivery from your company. I have ordered a brand 3 jeans combo with free samsung 16gb sd card and brand combo of 3 shirts. But i was greatly dissappointed to see that there is no sd card in the ordered package and also there are only 2 shirts out of 3 shirts.To be frank... I never expected this from your company. I have paid the complete proper amout to your courier man...I want you to get me the missing things as soon as possible...!!!

I purchases 2 samsung memory cards of 32gb worth rs. 648. But the dealer/website sent a duplicate/fake memory cards which are not working.

Three days ago i ordered memory card from hangamasales.com order id hgs79700 and shipment no-awb[protected]A 32gb samsung memory card)
And when i called on their number it was switched off there is no other way to contact them please help me sir i want my money back i am a student and i don't have money now.
They have cheated many others when i made a reasearch on them i have seen many people complaining about this compony sir you are my only hope please stop this fraud company so that no others money get wasted.

I have purchase My new HP 32gb pandrive from hangamasales.com on 23may 2016 and I got a damage pandrive that is not working..all type of videos and music player are not support i do complain on the wepsite but i have not recive reply since 2 days than i do call on which no whichbis provided by wepsite and that is switch off since 2 dayes plzzz... I have ordered for hp 32 gb usb flash drive to hangama sales, but surprisingly i received transcend usb flash drive. I called many time but they are not not receiving the call. After waiting one day i tried the usb drive which i received that is also not working i. E the system is not recognising the usb drive. The same has to be replaced with hp usb drive. I have paid rs.360 to the product.

I had ordered from hangamasales.com.My order id is OID40803 and order date is may 17, 2016.I had ordered Sumsung evo+ 32gb memory card with speed upto 48 mbps.but when i received the order and opened the packet i found a sumsung memory card of 32gb with only 24 mbps speed.I have already complained two times about it on their customer support portal but they are not taking any initiative against it and even they have not tried to contact me yet too.
So i request yoy to take a suitable initiative towards it and plz make me provide the required redressal as soon as possible.

I ordered a sd card of samsung 32gb evo+ on hangamasales.com, order id:- oid44461 on 16 may 2016. And i received the product on 23 may 2016. When i opened the product it was not evo+ and and a simple sd card of 32gb. When i insert the sd card in my mobile it was not working, so after some time i insert it in the laptop, it shows. But nothing can be paste and and also automatically 2 folders are made, and also when want to delete then, i was unable. And also when i want to format it shows it is write protected. I called the number given in contact us so many times, but it says busy and switch off..
So sir please help me to get my money back and also others be careful about these types of fraud...

I have ordered a hp v220 32gb pendrive vide order no. Hgs52277 on 18th may which was delivered by delhivery with awb no.[protected] on 21st may.
Then i received a open packet pendrive which was 100% fake (No engraved hp logo, small wrongly aligned fonts) when compared to my previously owned genuine one.

The contact number given on site is always switched off and when i mail them it always fails to deliver.

So, i am unable to return this item for refund.

I have order hp v220w pendrive from hangamasales.com. They send me local item. This pendrive not coping files and its corrupting files while coping. And when i call on this website customer support so that call also not connect.

I email them also but they reply "you don't need to send this message again".

They are sell so many local items to peoples.
