On 3rd August 2025 (Sunday), my wife (Mrs. Archana Borwankar) and I (Mr. Sushant Borwankar) were traveling from Raipur to Indore via your service. We had two bags with us which were handed over and placed in the baggage section. However, upon reaching our destination in Indore, we discovered that one of our bags was missing.
We immediately brought this to the attention of the bus driver and helper, who assured us that they would look into the matter and contact us. Despite repeated follow-ups and calls to both Raipur and Indore Hans Travels offices, we have received no satisfactory response or update.
We even visited the Hans Travels Indore office in person, but unfortunately, no action has been taken so far. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable, especially considering that all our personal belongings were in that missing bag—including clothes and essential items we needed for our stay in Indore.
We had trusted Hans Travels for a safe and secure journey, but this experience has been extremely disappointing and inconvenient. We traveled to Indore due to personal health reasons, and now we are left without even basic clothing or belongings.
We want a full compensation/refund of ₹10, 000 (Ten Thousand Only) for the loss and inconvenience caused.
We expect this issue to be taken seriously and resolved at the earliest. Please treat this as urgent.
