Hans Travels — worst experience ever and I want my money back.

I have booked ticket pnr : [protected]
For pune to bhopal and the arrival time of bus in pune was 4:46. But bus was late about 1 hour and, the timming to reach bhopal was 12:45 pm next day, it was reached at 4 :30 pm, its about 4 hours late, due to which my train from bhopal to gwalior was missed i was traveling through shatabdi and the ticket pnr: [protected] of 965 rupees.
Then after i have booked urgent ticket of 2nd ac from bhopal to gwalior through patalkot express pnr : [protected] which costed me 830 rupees again.
Then after i had to go more 30km ahead but at that night i have reached 5 hours late, so i was late to go ahead and didn't get any vehicle for that so, i had to stay at hotel for one night at local hotel for 550 rupees then at next morning i reached home it has wasted my one day.
I want all my money back at any cost.
Shatabdi ticket : 965 rupees.
Patalkot train ticket : 830 rupees.
Hotel room cost : 500.
Inconvenience charges : 2000 (Wasted my one day.)
Total : 4495 rupees.

Nothing has happened till now, it's all most 20 days passed after I have filled a complaint .
I want my money back at any cost, other wise I will take legal action.

Hello team,

The Hans travel bus got delayed by 5 hrs due to which i couldn't attend office and my salary got deducted and I need refund of this journey.

This journey was pathetic as it should reach Pune by 10 AM and it reaches at 3 PM and it was so trouble for me to travel in such a bed journey.

please refund my money asap.
