HappyEasyGo — refund issue
My name is Shams Al Shahid and I had made a few flight bookings on Happy Easy go. I had cancelled my flights and requested a refund in the month of April. It's been more than 90 days and my flight refund hasn't yet been done. The money refund should be done within a period of 90days according to company policy. This is a really stressful for me to keep following up with Happy Easy go and the only answer I get from their customer service people is that my request has been raised and the amount will be processed.
This is really shameful and stressful
