A pathetic experience with Happy Easy Go.
I had booked 2 rooms in New Leaf Hotel, Viman Nagar for one night 19th June - 20th June 2021 expecting a pleasant stay for my guests.
The outcome was clearly a nightmare. We reached there at 7:30 am to find no one to assist at the hotel property as already asked for early check in. From dusty rooms, to no luggage assistance, nobody in masks and rooms not being sanitized.
Being Covid times one is extra cautious and careful, but here seemed no sign of Covid fear for staff
Had to book 2 rooms in Novotel at the last minute because of poor hospitality from your side.
Please refund the amount to the bank account that was used to make the online payment.
