I have booked a ticket for one of my colleagues on 01.03.2022 through the Happy Easy Go website in Spice Jet. The ticket was cancelled by me due to rescheduling of flight on 03.03.2022 and asked for full refund.
Till now, I have not received my refund and I have contacted your customer care many times but I received only one reply that my refund is not updated in your system. and every time they told me to wait for 7 to 10 working days. Was this information helpful? |
