HappyEasyGo — refund issue
My name is Shams Al Shahid and I had made a few flight bookings on Happy Easy go. I had cancelled my flights and requested a refund in the month of April. It's been more than 90 days and my flight refund hasn't yet been done. The money refund should be done within a period of 90days according to company policy. This is a really stressful for me to keep following up with Happy Easy go and the only answer I get from their customer service people is that my request has been raised and the amount will be processed.
This is really shameful and stressful

Refund not processed even after 45 Daya

I have booked a ticket for one of my colleagues on 01.03.2022 through the Happy Easy Go website in Spice Jet. The ticket was cancelled by me due to rescheduling of flight on 03.03.2022 and asked for full refund.
Till now, I have not received my refund and I have contacted your customer care many times but I received only one reply that my refund is not updated in your system. and every time they told me to wait for 7 to 10 working days.

Refund not received even after flight rescheduled by corporate agency (Indigo)

Sir,
I Mr. Shani Kumar have book a ticket from Chennai to Patna with indigo via happy easy go app. My Booking order ID is[protected], PNR is ELFHKG for 29-may 2021 by paying charges for free reschedule. I have reschedule my flight for 1st Dec 2021 due to covid 19 increased in May. On 22 Nov Indigo has reschedule the flight due to operational reason So I have canceled the same and received a mail from indigo for refund of Rs.4164. but more than 100 days over myself not received any refund. I have more than 10 time to happy easy go customer care and 5 time to indigo customer care but both are blaming to each other. Finally two month back happy easy go customer support informed that we have initiated your refund you will receive the same within 10 days but still not received. So I called again to happy easy go customer support again they are telling same story "talk to indigo". My self totally feeling harassed by happy easy go. If they don't have facility to refund then why they are looting the public money. Please give the solution for refund the same.

Not yet refunded my canceled ticket amount

I booked a ticket in the month of December 2021 and it has been more then a 90days where yet my refund is not processed by happy easy go where Air Asia has sent the refund amount to happy easy go before 20 days but they are hardly caring about the refund kindly take an action against them .

Non refund of amount for cancelled flight

I have booked my flight for 28 Oct from pune to Ranchi through Happy Easy Go, the flight was cancelled due to maintenance activity at Pune Airport, I have raised complain on 11 Oct for refund of amount with happy easy go, still amount not credite, I have confirmed with Indigo Airline, they are saying they have refunded back my amount to happy easy go., PNR of my flight is YJLN4C

A pathetic experience with Happy Easy Go.
I had booked 2 rooms in New Leaf Hotel, Viman Nagar for one night 19th June - 20th June 2021 expecting a pleasant stay for my guests.
The outcome was clearly a nightmare. We reached there at 7:30 am to find no one to assist at the hotel property as already asked for early check in. From dusty rooms, to no luggage assistance, nobody in masks and rooms not being sanitized.
Being Covid times one is extra cautious and careful, but here seemed no sign of Covid fear for staff
Had to book 2 rooms in Novotel at the last minute because of poor hospitality from your side.
Please refund the amount to the bank account that was used to make the online payment.
Looking forward to an acknowledgement.

Refund against my Air india cancellation ticket of 25/4/21 against rescheduling of flight

Dear Sir/Mam
Above ticket was booked by me through Happy Easy Go app vide their Invoice Date: 06/Mar/21 and Invoice No: HEGFD[protected] for Rs 14553.00.I had done transaction through my credit card of bank of baroda and amount for Rs 15280/- was deducted on 06/03/2021. I received phone and mail from [protected]@happyeasygo.com on 4/4/2021 at 1630 pm for informing that flights is rescheduled for 25/4/2021 and if you cancel 100% refund will be initiated. I had made cancellation request on 5/4/2021 as time rescheduled was not suitable to me. Till date refund is not iniated. on approaching Happy easy go they says refund takes time period of 90 to 120 days and you have to wait. When I approached Air India customer care they informed by email that we had already refunded amount to Happy Easy go and contact them. On regular repetead calls from my end and sharing email of air india they agreed to refund soon. Customer care team confirmed me that only transaction fee of Rs 2300/- may be deducted and balance amount will be refunded. After several followups they intimated that Rs 2345/- is refunded in your account and i have checked my saving account of bank of baroda and till date refund is not initiated and refund as per email of Air India mail Rs 15250/- is refunded to Happy Easy go but Happy Easy go is straight way refusing and asking me to collect stamp refund voucher from Air India that has refunded to happy easy go and mentally disturbing me and not providing actual refunds till date.
It is requested to take corrective hard actions against such online portal and help to get my refund

Giving no refund on cancellation of my flight by airlines

I have booked a flight ticket from happy easy go on 3rd feb, due to wheather problem tha airline cancelled the flightafter i filled refund request from airlines they had refunded the money to happy easy go but hally easy go is not refunding my money kindly refund my money otherwise i will make a complaint in the court

Flight Cancelled but still refund not received

I have booked flight ticket thru Happy Easy go. Flight got cancelled from Airlines due to COVID 19. I have applied for full refund and provide all documents required for it. No it is more than 06 months i am continuously following but still they are telling that it is in process.

I booked a flight from bhubaneswar to bangalore on dt 19.03.2020 through happy easy go website
My booking id is :

Payment of rs 3435.00 deduct from my account with ecom txn at cf000637- happy easy go. But the website said the status failure.
Still i didn't refund my money. I also complained with my bank hosadurga branch on 31st march-2020. Already 1 month passed.
But there is no reaction of it.
So will you please look at this matter.

Hi have booked a ticket in feb 2020 from vizag to srinagar for mar 2020, ticket was cancelled by me and indigo confirmed that money was sent to happy easy go. However this happy easy go has not yet refunded my money toll now.
