I had booked Indigo airlines flight on the happy easy go website for indore to bengaluru for may 10, 2022 and return for may 26, 2022.
the airline cancelled my flight on may 9, 2022 due to a medical reason.
all proofs were provided to happy easy go and they said refund will be done in 15 days.
but it has been over 45 days and i have not received the refund.
HappyEasyGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Despite of several mails and calls, the refund for my flight is not being processed. It has been 6 months now.
    I have spoken to the airline regarding the airline penalty and they have refunded the money to happyeasygo account. Please proceed with the refund of rs 3000 asap

    I have attached the screenshot of the same.
    But still it wasn’t processed.

      Dear all,

      It is more than 6 months all formalities completed in November 2021 from my side for refund of April 2020 flight cancellation. We have successfully completed 6 months applying refund. Not sure what the TAT is. Pl see screenshot

      All formalities like blank check, airline letter etc given.

      REFUND YET TO COME.

      Several promises were made for refund. Several calls made to your end. Every time, it is said that the issue will be resolved and paid. Nothing happens. For reasons best known to you, the funds are constipated your end .

      The whole world knows the April 2020 flight 11/12 April, 2020 did not ply due to covid . Till you guys don't want to pay.

      Pl have some shame and refund at the earliest, inspite of getting funds from airline, you still can't pay the customer and is nothing but harrassment . Pl see my past mails too.

      Pl refund forth with. I will be complaining soon to ministry and file grievance with the concerned soon.

        Hi team,

        I booked a flight ticket through happy easy go and my date of travel was 25th March 2020. However due to covid, all the flights/ trains were cancelled.

        Since that day, I m trying to get my refund from happy easy go and every time their refund process changes and they ask for more time. I have made numerous calls and emails to them however every time they tell me to give them some more time. As per my knowledge, the ministry of aviation had released a circular saying that the customer is eligible to get the refund immediately if the date of travel was during the 1st lockdown phase and the flight got cancelled. Today after 2 years 3 months I am raising this concern with you with a hope to get immediate resolution

          Dear sir the complaint is regarding non refund on air India ticket for travel in April 2020, which did not happen due to Covid. The refund request filed on 4/11/2021, until now not refunded. Several calls, reminders, messages no response, no payment. Last call today, they say they cannot commit date or time.

            Order id[protected] has been cancelled on 21st of may 2022 and amount has been returned from airline company i.e. Indigo but happyeasygo doesn't refunded my amount its been more than 22 days.
            Kindly resolve this issue asap.

              Hi Team,

              I Booked the flight ticket from Happyeasy go website with cancellation Policy which i can cancelled the ticket on 1st Feb -2022. As per the Policy it should get refund into my account within 90 Days which is already completed on 1st May -2022. I spoke many times for same issue to the customer care of Happyeasy go and as well taken follow up in Mail. Same response i am reeving from Happyeasy go "We are looking for your refund Process on Priority". While Also after so many calls and mails they have not updated any other points . I need refund my amount without any delay from Happy easygo.

                I want to escalate this issue regarding refund for my order[protected]. It has been over two months since I had cancelled the flight. But my refund is not processed to my bank account even though the airlines has confirmed that refund is processed on their end.

                The customer care support is utterly disappointing. Whenever I call they ask me to wait for another 15 days without giving any proper updates.

                Please stop harassing your customers like this who have used your services in good faith several times in the past. I want my refund processed ASAP.

                I expect a callback ASAP and if my refund is not processed soon I will be spreading the word about your foul customer service and unresponsiveness.

                    I have booked a flight ticket of Vistara through HappyEasyGo for my wife, which was refundable. It was scheduled on 16.01.2022 and I cancelled the ticket on 15.01.2022. The ticket was cancelled by me due to change in plan.
                    As per Happy easy go, it takes about 45-90 days for airlines to process the refund request. It is more than 130 days still my request is pending.
                    I have contacted your customer care many times but I received only one reply that my refund is not updated in your system. and every time they told me to wait for 7 to 10 working days. It is torturing me mentally also.

                    Their staff contacted me. He told me to refund less amount as I was told earlier. I took the free cancellation Insurance while booking the ticket. But now they are telling me that the airline fee will be deducted.

                    For free cancellation, no airline fee has to be deducted.
                    The amount should be refunded more than 3500/-. Otherwise, give me one Domestic flight ticket free of cost.

                      My flight Delhi - Srinagar on 12th April was cancelled by the airline. The airline has already refunded the amount within a week.

                      I had raised the refund request on 15th March, it has been more than 2 months and still I have not received the refund from HappyEasyGo. I have already reached out to the customer care thrice and each time I was told that the finance team has been notified and to wait for another week but the issue was never resolved. I have even dropped them emails regarding this.

                      I have attached the completed refund details from the from the spicejet and also the pending refund status from HappyEasyGo.

                        We have booked Flight Ticket for Air India through Happy Easy Go App from Srinagar to Vijayawada for 9 passengers on 06.04.2021 vide E-Ticket
                        Order:[protected] with AirLine PNR No.YDH0P.

                        On[protected], two passengers namely Mr.Gudivada Prabhakara Rao (Ticket No.[protected] and Mrs.Gudivada Venkata Satya Suryavathi (Ticket No.[protected] tickets were cancelled and requested for the refund.

                        As per the Airline Regulations we have waited for a refund. But we have not received any refund. We have submitted for Refund Queries on 11.10.2022;29.01.2022;07.02.2022;21.02.2022 and 15.03.2022. Even after submitting 5 queries there was no response from your side. As a last resort I am writing this mail. I Request you kindly look into the matter and please do the justice for me

                          I could not travel due to testing positive and Vistara gave the complete refund amount as per the process. This was done on 11th Feb and the airline confirms that the amount has been refunded. Happyeasy go has still not given back the owed money despite numerous calls and email.
                          Details:

                          Date of travel: 9th Feb 2022
                          No. of travelers: 2
                          Total amount due: Rs 18043

                          4 months and still no refund

                          18 emails and counting. Lost count on the number of calls. Still the message is call us after 7 days

                              Hi,
                              I have booked flight from Happyeasygo during Covid-19 time on 29th May2021, from Mumbai to Bhopal . But due to increasing cases in Mumbai, Air India cancelled the flight . Hence I was eligible for full refund.
                              I cancelled the ticket from Happyeasygo app mentioning this reason and they replied we are contacting the Air line and will give full refund once we get confirmation from them.
                              But 2 years have passed and so many email sent, Happyeasygo didnt refunded my money.
                              Hence I went to Air India office and they replied that they have given my refund back to Happyeasygo . But if you havent got in your account it means happyeasygo has not given you back .
                              Its 2 years and I am still sending emails to Happyeasygo to give my refund back or alternate ticket but they are not responding .

                                The flight was cancelled by the airline and a refund of 4742 was processed by indigo. But i have received a refund of 837.

                                Please look into it and transfer the balance amount to my account asap.

                                  I cancelled a ticket on the same day of booking in the month of August 2021. Attached is the ticket details.

                                  There have been several communication with the customer care services but it has not been fruitful till now.
                                  Shockingly they have updated the booking details status on their portal as "REFUNDED".

                                      I booked a flight ticket from Indore to Kolkata on Happyeasygo website (booking Id[protected]. I opted for zero cancellation charges and paid extra for that.
                                      I cancelled my tickets and it's been more than 1 month. Everytime I talk to their customer support they tell that the money will be refunded in next 2-3 days.
                                      I am really very frustrated with their pathetic refund policy and services and now I am going to take legal actions against them which I have told to their customer support as well.
