Hi Team,

I Booked the flight ticket from Happyeasy go website with cancellation Policy which i can cancelled the ticket on 1st Feb -2022. As per the Policy it should get refund into my account within 90 Days which is already completed on 1st May -2022. I spoke many times for same issue to the customer care of Happyeasy go and as well taken follow up in Mail. Same response i am reeving from Happyeasy go "We are looking for your refund Process on Priority". While Also after so many calls and mails they have not updated any other points . I need refund my amount without any delay from Happy easygo.

    I want to escalate this issue regarding refund for my order[protected]. It has been over two months since I had cancelled the flight. But my refund is not processed to my bank account even though the airlines has confirmed that refund is processed on their end.

    The customer care support is utterly disappointing. Whenever I call they ask me to wait for another 15 days without giving any proper updates.

    Please stop harassing your customers like this who have used your services in good faith several times in the past. I want my refund processed ASAP.

    I expect a callback ASAP and if my refund is not processed soon I will be spreading the word about your foul customer service and unresponsiveness.

      I booked a ticket from happy easy go, due to some circumstances i had to cancel the trip . but when i cancel the flight ticket they refunded me with points, and there is no use of those points

        I have booked a flight ticket of Vistara through HappyEasyGo for my wife, which was refundable. It was scheduled on 16.01.2022 and I cancelled the ticket on 15.01.2022. The ticket was cancelled by me due to change in plan.
        As per Happy easy go, it takes about 45-90 days for airlines to process the refund request. It is more than 130 days still my request is pending.
        I have contacted your customer care many times but I received only one reply that my refund is not updated in your system. and every time they told me to wait for 7 to 10 working days. It is torturing me mentally also.

        Their staff contacted me. He told me to refund less amount as I was told earlier. I took the free cancellation Insurance while booking the ticket. But now they are telling me that the airline fee will be deducted.

        For free cancellation, no airline fee has to be deducted.
        The amount should be refunded more than 3500/-. Otherwise, give me one Domestic flight ticket free of cost.

          My flight Delhi - Srinagar on 12th April was cancelled by the airline. The airline has already refunded the amount within a week.

          I had raised the refund request on 15th March, it has been more than 2 months and still I have not received the refund from HappyEasyGo. I have already reached out to the customer care thrice and each time I was told that the finance team has been notified and to wait for another week but the issue was never resolved. I have even dropped them emails regarding this.

          I have attached the completed refund details from the from the spicejet and also the pending refund status from HappyEasyGo.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            We have booked Flight Ticket for Air India through Happy Easy Go App from Srinagar to Vijayawada for 9 passengers on 06.04.2021 vide E-Ticket
            Order:[protected] with AirLine PNR No.YDH0P.

            On[protected], two passengers namely Mr.Gudivada Prabhakara Rao (Ticket No.[protected] and Mrs.Gudivada Venkata Satya Suryavathi (Ticket No.[protected] tickets were cancelled and requested for the refund.

            As per the Airline Regulations we have waited for a refund. But we have not received any refund. We have submitted for Refund Queries on 11.10.2022;29.01.2022;07.02.2022;21.02.2022 and 15.03.2022. Even after submitting 5 queries there was no response from your side. As a last resort I am writing this mail. I Request you kindly look into the matter and please do the justice for me

              Cancellation of Flight Tickets

              Cheating customers saying 45-90 days to process refund!! Its been 5 months and I still dint get my refund. Countless calls and emails have been sent yet no response. A standard template of 7 working days is sent to wait for an update!! They are fooling and cheating people!!

              I could not travel due to testing positive and Vistara gave the complete refund amount as per the process. This was done on 11th Feb and the airline confirms that the amount has been refunded. Happyeasy go has still not given back the owed money despite numerous calls and email.
              Details:

              Date of travel: 9th Feb 2022
              No. of travelers: 2
              Total amount due: Rs 18043

              4 months and still no refund
              HappyEasyGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              18 emails and counting. Lost count on the number of calls. Still the message is call us after 7 days

                  Hi,
                  I have booked flight from Happyeasygo during Covid-19 time on 29th May2021, from Mumbai to Bhopal . But due to increasing cases in Mumbai, Air India cancelled the flight . Hence I was eligible for full refund.
                  I cancelled the ticket from Happyeasygo app mentioning this reason and they replied we are contacting the Air line and will give full refund once we get confirmation from them.
                  But 2 years have passed and so many email sent, Happyeasygo didnt refunded my money.
                  Hence I went to Air India office and they replied that they have given my refund back to Happyeasygo . But if you havent got in your account it means happyeasygo has not given you back .
                  Its 2 years and I am still sending emails to Happyeasygo to give my refund back or alternate ticket but they are not responding .

                    The flight was cancelled by the airline and a refund of 4742 was processed by indigo. But i have received a refund of 837.

                    Please look into it and transfer the balance amount to my account asap.

                      There have been several communication with the customer care services but it has not been fruitful till now.
                      Shockingly they have updated the booking details status on their portal as "REFUNDED".

                          I booked a flight ticket from Indore to Kolkata on Happyeasygo website (booking Id[protected]. I opted for zero cancellation charges and paid extra for that.
                          I cancelled my tickets and it's been more than 1 month. Everytime I talk to their customer support they tell that the money will be refunded in next 2-3 days.
                          I am really very frustrated with their pathetic refund policy and services and now I am going to take legal actions against them which I have told to their customer support as well.

                              I had made a booking from IXC to BLR for 19th Feb. I had cancelled the ticket due to emergency on 19th feb morning directly with the airline. I also uploaded the proof of cancellation on HappyEasyGo app and they said it will take 45days for refund to be processed. It's been more than 75 days and I still am nowhere close to getting a refund. I have had multiple email exchanges and I only get automated email responses asking me to wait for few days as they don't know by when they will refund the amount. This is my hard earned money and it's gone to the drain. I have been a loyal HEG customer and they doing this by scamming people and not refunding the amount is highly unacceptable. Please please help me get my refund.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I have booked Pune to Delhi return flight in 2020 ( Order I'd[protected] from Happy easy go. The total amount for booking was Rs 16121. As per the government norms full amount should be refunded in case of cancellation due to COVID. When i reach to HEG for refund, initially they said that contact airline for the refund. I approached to Airline and airline told me that the full amount has been refunded to the third party i.e HEG and also shared the evidence for the same on email. I have forwarded all the evidence to HEG and with continuous follow up with more than one year they have refunded the partial amount 3698 + 7686 =11384 into the shared bank details. When i asked about the remaining amout i.e. Rs 4737 they replied me that they have escalated the issue and their team is investigating the issue. Now it is almost 2 year i am following with them and all the time they reply the same as "
                                  With reference to your refund request for Order ID:[protected]
                                  Please be informed we have escalated this case to our team to share us refund breakup. Kindly allow us some more time we will share the same." Also now they have stop responding to my email.

                                  They are mentally harrassing me.

                                  If you need i can share all emails with date which i have sent to them. I request you please help in on the same.

                                    I had cancelled my booking on 9th march 2022 and my order id is[protected]..From LKO to BLR from Go first airlines..
                                    I already contact to the airlines they told me that they have already refunded the full amount Rs.7806/- to Happyeasygo on 12th of march. But Till date I have not received the refund inspite of constant follow ups with Happyeasygo.and also the airlines. They always reply that it will require 7-8 days more every time I contact them. In emails they just send system generated responses. And now today they told me that they cannot refund my amount because of some deductions from airlines..but the airlines told me there is no any deduction and penalty charges in my booking..they told me that they already refund my whole amount to happyeasygo.. i attached some photo that proofs the airlines is really refunded the amount on 9th of march...and when i chech on happyeasygo mobile app there showing my refund is in process and calculating.. but today the customer executive told me that they refunding my amount because of penalty and charges taken by airilines but airlines declined for any kind of charges and penalty... So, team kindly help me asap..

                                      It is quite a trouble to get the refund from HappyEasygo. I had booked a ticket for sector JRG-CCU (Air India) on 12.10.2021 with order I'd[protected].
                                      Since it was under zero cancellation I had to cancel the flight for some reason.
                                      Immediately called up customer care for the procedure for cancellation as did as I was suggested by them .

                                      Further multiple conversations took place till date without any refund.
                                      You just get an fabricated email thorough the customer care.

                                      Well this is the first step I am lodging a complain here. Attachment first mail and last mail of the conversation till now. Also app screenshot shot.
