Sir I have booked two tickets through happy easy go for indigo air line with tickt no
EWYNXN from New Delhi to Hyderabad date as on 8th jun 2021indigo intimate me reshduel your flight or you may cancel your ticket and get refund. I checked refund status refund is clear by indigo and say approach to your booking agencies so please release my refund to my bank account thanks

      Date of the incident - 21st Jan 2021

      Incident - My flight was cancelled because of COVID last year and later the Airline refunded the amount to the happyeasygo and I contacted happyeasygo to refund the amount. They asked me to get the written confirmation from the Airline which I sent them on Jan 2021. But still I have not received the refund and every time I call or send an email for the update I get the same reply that they are working on it.

      Desirable resolution - Refund, as they have received the whole amount from Air India which they must refund.

        I have booked my ticket on 11th April from Guwahati to Delhi, vide PNR NO WW7B2H for three person by flight no --6E558 of order ID no[protected], order date 4th Dec 2019 and another three ticket was booked on 12th April from DEL to SRG vide PNR NO --JQNGC OF FLIGHT NO --AI827, against order no[protected], order date 3rd Dec 2019.

        As we all aware the filght was cancel due to COVIT 19. We will be appreciated if you kindly arrange to refund the amount at the earliest

        Please be informed that as we can see under order id:[protected] PNR WW7B2H our Refund team tried to process a refund to the same source of payment but due to some technical glitch, it was failed. We do not want any further, delay so kindly follow the below steps to add your bank account and process the applicable refund.

        • Click on My Orders.
        • Check for Completed Order>Select Trip>Refund Details. Add Beneficiary Name by clicking on the “Check Button”.
        • Select Beneficiary Name from the Drop Down options.
        • Check SMS for the shared link.
        • Submit the bank details requested through the link.
        • Refund will be initiated and will take 24-48 hours.

        Further, under order id:[protected] PNR JQNGC as we can see Status of your booking on our portal is confirmed as of now. In order to claim a refund, you are requested to visit our website and place your full refund cancellation request with the appropriate option under the ‘My Trips’ section. however, if you face any issue please contact us on our 24/7 customer support number[protected] /[protected] or write us @ [protected]@happyeasygo.com. While placing the request, please attach the Stamp Copy/ full refund email from the Airline for validation of the full refund. Once the cancellation request is received the booking will be canceled and the attached document will be sent to the airlines for full refund approval, Post receiving authorization from the airlines refund will be initiated and this process might take 45-90+ days.Note: convenience fee & Insurance (if any)is non-refundable.

          Happy EasyGo refund query for order id:[protected].

          flight was cancelled due to pandemic.
          When contacted vistara it was confirmed by them that cancellation amount credited to happy easygo on 29.01.2021.

          Several request mail to happy easy go for the refund. Seems they are not interested in returning the received amount to us.

          Forwarded mail from vistara to happyeasygo that amount returned to happyeasygo on 29.01.2021.

          Still awaiting for the refund.

            Hi, my ticket was cancelled by the airline and the airlines issued a full refund to happyeasygo on 15th May 2020. It has been more than 1 year but I haven't got my money back. When I call the customer care they keep saying that we'll return in the next 7 working days shamelessly. CaseId[protected]

              I had booked a ticket last year Mumbai to Kochi 12th June, 2020. But the flight was cancelled due to pandemic. I spoke to the airlines and they agreed to refund the amount. I intimated the happy easy gonteam about it and they assured a refund. Since then I am behind them for the same. They only refunded Rs 175 when the price of the total ticket was Rs 4025. I keep getting the same response from them that they will initiate the refund in 5-7 working days. It's been one year and I am still begging to get my hard earned money back from them. I am attaching some of the mail conversations below

Hence, apart from airlines cancellation charges HEG service fee of INR 500 per passenger per flight & convenience fee of INR 350 (non-refundable) are also applicable. Further, we would also like to inform you that after deducting the above penalties the applicable refund of INR 175 is already processed from our end on 09 July 2020.

                My ticket got cancelled by Air asia airline on 30.01.21 and from that day it's 3 months over and I didn't got my cancellation amount.first they told due to vivid 45 to 90 days required to receive the refund.then after 90 days they told me that systematically we couldn't process and we will do it by manually and for that they ask me to give AIR ASIA case number.After giving the case number they assured me that I will receive the refund amount but it's till now they are not refunding. I have requested them by phone and mail several times.but only they are assuring me and telling me to wait for some more time...more time.. plz help.. thanking you.

                  Due to covid my flight got cancelled last year, so in this January 2021 I had requested refund for my cancelled tickets, first they said I need to wait for 45-90 days, after waiting for so long again every time I got only one reply which was you have to wait for another 7-10 days. I didn't understand how long they'll take time to proceed the refund. Their customer service is so poor never receive call on time and after receiving they disconnect the call by themselves.

                    I had booked flight through happyeasygo and flight got cancelled due to operational reason. We got email saying flight has refunded money in original payment method to the agent (in this case happyeasygo). I have raised refund request from 17th March 2021, but it says checking with airlines even if they asked me to attach mail from airline. This is biggest malpractice to keep money into your account for longer time and we don't get refund even in this critical times when we need it most. Strict action should be taken against such practices and I highly discourage everyone from booking flight from happyeasygo.

                        Hi Team,

                        I booked a flight from BLR-IXR for 2nd May 2020 (PNR-I5BNWQ) Order ID:[protected], Due to lockdown, the government canceled all the flights and the refund of the money went to the Airline (AirAsia) credit shell and then they (AirAsia) refunded the money back to HappyEasyGo on 18th Jan 2021.

                        Now HappyEasyGo has been holding on to my money since then and has not returned it back. I have been trying to reach them via email and I always get a standard response to wait for 5-7 days but no refund.

                        I would like to go with the legal proceeding as this has happened with me in more than 3 instances. It seems this organization has adopted this modus operandi to take consumers' money and not refund them.

                        Support is pathetic, even raising a complaint here it does not change a thing. It's been 10 days since this request/complaint was raised and I do not see any movement. I try to call the support line and they put me on hold for an hour and no one responds. Emails get seldom reply if you ask a date and then if the do they will throw in a 5=6 days ETA which has been missed at least 10 times in my case.

                        We need to have strict laws and reforms to curb these kinds of malpractices.

                        This is not the kind of response a customer-centric organization aims for. HappyEasyGo should be only opted if you are happy letting your money easily go. Pathetic!

                                I had booked flight from madurai to mumbai for 01.04.2020 with air india flight.The flight got cancelled due to covid .
                                i got a certificate from air india mumbai office for cancellation with full refund and submitted the same to happy easy go for refunding the amount in october 2020.                                   I booked flight ticket through Happyeasygo for my Guwahati to Kolkata Spicejet flight of 28th April'21 with PNR - LFKDKN. Due to reschedule of flight by airline, I cancelled my flight by calling Spicejet on 15th April. The airline confirmed that they have refunded the amount of Rs 4, 272 to Happyeasygo on 16th April.

                                  When I contacted Happyeasygo on 18th April for the refund, I was told by customer care executive - Srikant Soni that I need to cancel my ticket with Happyeasygo as well and would get the refund in 10-15 days since the airline has already cancelled the ticket. He also assured me that someone from escalation team would contact me in 48 hours and provide update on the refund status. Since there was no response from Happyeasygo till date, so I reached out to Happyeasygo again and spoke to customer care executive - Divya and after checking the refund status she mentioned it will be refunded in 45 - 90 days.

                                  When the refund is already received, how can it take 45 - 90 days and moreover there is no mention of 10 - 15 days now. There are blatant lies with no transparancy in process and no one is commited to provide a resonable timeline for refund. Please help in getting the refund asap. Thank you.

                                      Really Happy Easy go is doing a scam. I have booked a ticket in Happy Easy Go PNR No-PNR:-N7IUUY from Bangalore to Mumbai on 30th March 2021.The Flight was cancelled.

                                      Airline given a mail that they had refunded the full amount to happy easy go on the same date.But happy easy go didn't refund me a single amount.

                                      They are customer care executive dont have any answer on it.

                                      I am attaching all screenshot as proof.
