I have sent my request to you and spice jet airlines also many times but i am not getting any good response from you and same time i have received mail from spice jet that they sent money already to you (happyeasygo) . They said you should contact the travel agency and get your full refund money. Sir, I have booked my ticket through happyeasygo on July 2nd 2020, PNR : IYUGXM, Spicejet airlines . The flight was cancelled due to COVID - 19 restrictions . I received the message from SMS on the day I made the option full refund but I kept on contacting the airlines and you also (happyeasygo) till now, my refund money not received. Sir, please take this request very seriously. If you did not do so, please tell us, to whom should we contact to resolve my issue. Take necessary action as soon as possible.
