I have ticket on 23 April 2020, due to covid-19 reschedule on 15 june2020. Flight cancel due to covid-19.airlines is air asia. I want refund my money and also communicate to customer care.

Complaint marked as Resolved My flight was cancelled by covid-19 we have rescheduled in another date.customer not received call for rescheduling the flight.PNR no-V8TURH. Flight journey date is 23 April 2020.after reschedule date is 15june2020, this was also cancelled by covid-19.So, I get refund amount.
