This is regarding the indigo flight I have booked from ranchi to Vishakhapatnam for 1st Jan 2020.Unfortunately flight was cancelled by airline and they have given full refund to happy easy go.But its been more than 15 days I didn't get my refund.They are not even responding to my emails.Such a pathetic service.Will never ever use this fake website.

    My name is Nirav Shah. I had booked a ticket through Happy Easy Go for an indigo flight from Ahmedabad to Patna and return for 2 passengers.

    However, I made a mistake in surname of one of the passengers. I discussed the same with the Indigo officials and they asked me to cancel the ticket and re-book the new one with correct details. While cancelling they had given me full refund (without any deduction of charges) and the same has been initiated by them & disbursed to HEG already.

    However, till now I haven’t got my refund back in my credit card account yet. It has been over a month now. I have regularly followed up over emails too on their customer care id, but not help was given.

      I have booked flight in February but due to covid my flight is cancelled by the airlines and they refunded to happyeasygo on same day Airlines send me mail with transaction Id but happyeasygo is not refunding my amount. I write several email called many times but I get same answer You have to wait 5-7 working days but today I called happyeasygo one of his customer care executive is very honest he told me in very clear words "sir you will not get your money simply you are wasting your time" I like his attitude at least he told me truth.
      So It's my advice to all of you please stay away from these cheaters.
      Simply they send mail just before one day your flight is cancelled by the airlines if want to cancel your flight you can we will refund you but not full refund means they charge conveience fee. For just name sake indirectly they wanted to say you we will not refund you any amount so stay away this fake website #happyeasygo.

        Hi,

        I'd like to inform that there's been a series of misleading information and incorrect guidance through telephone conversation and E-mail by the customer service team.

        I had booked a Return ticket and a One-way ticket for which a Rescheduling request was raised. I was mislead throughout 5 customer service calls that was made and also E-mails sent did not match the information.

          Flight booked for April 2019, cancelled due to lockdown. Refund request submitted on 6th Aug, there turnaround time 90days for refund, is it their fathers money. Even after 90 days no refund initiated, no response to emails, Twitter comments, Facebook comments. Customer care takes the call and when asked for refund they stop responding. If consumer complaint do anything then this is seriously something to look. Many other customers complaint I can see only. My ticket order id is[protected]

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I used Happy Easy go to book two tickets for my parents via Order ID:[protected] on 3rd April for outward flight scheduled on 17th April.
              The flight was cancelled by Airline due to Covid lockdown on 17th April 2020.
              The airline gave full refund to HappyEasyGo back in April, but to date I have not received the refund and no one is responding.

                I had booked a flight ticket via happy easy go (SpiceJet, Kolkata to Pune for 12/08/2020). The flight was cancelled by the airlines and the money was refunded to happy easy go. I was told that I will be receiving my refund within 90 days, i.e by 26/11/2020. I still haven't got my money back even though I provided a screenshot by the airlines where they clearly mentioned that they refunded the money. I need my money back.

                  I booked ticket (round trip) for four members pre - Covid. The details of the same as as follows:

                  Flight Dated: 07th April - Visakhapatnam - Kolkata - Patna - Indigo 6E557 & 6E811 - Booking reference number IJJD5G
                  Flight Dated: 18th April - Patna - Kolkata - Visakhapatnam - Indigo 6E634 & 6E512 - Booking reference number KF9E5F

                  All domestic travel was suspended due to Covid 19 situation and hence the flight could not be availed.

                  On request (and as per Government regulations), Indigo refunded 100% fare on 19th Sep, 2020 and confirmed the same in an email to us.

                  I have been following up with HappyEasyGo since 19th Sep, 2020 but to no avail. The executives continuously dodge by using excuses such as Airlines are yet to refund us, our policy says within 90 days (which is absurd when Airlines have already refunded).

                  I am enclosing the confirmation from Airlines.

                  Kindly help me in getting the long pending refund.

                    I booked round trip tickets for four adults from Visakhaptnam to Patna and return (via - Kolkata), details are:

                    Visakhapatnam - Kolkata - Patna - Travel Date - 7th April 2020 (Indigo 6E557 & 6E811)
                    Patna - Kolkata - Visakhapatam - Travel Date - 18th April 2020 (Indigo 6E634 & 6E512)

                    The flight got canceled due to Covid 19 situation. We wrote to Indigo for a refund and as per government guidelines they wrote back to us on 19th Sep, 2020 that all refund has been processed to the Agency (in this case HappyEasyGo) by 19th Sep, 2020 itself.

                    I have been chasing HappyEasyGo for last 70 days and they have been mentioning that Airlines are yet to give us the refund. Inspite of sharing the email with them, they are not refunding the money.

                    They seem to convincingly dodge the issue by mentioning the it will happen within 90 days of cancelling request.

                    I am not sure what gives them a license to withold the money when the airlines have already refunded to them.

                    Please help in getting the refund.

                      I had booked flight ticket through Happyeasygo in February 2020 of Indigo airlines for travelling Nagpur to Bangalore on 25/04/2020, the said Flight is cancelled by Indigo due to Lockdown.

                      As I had enquired with Indigo for refund they stated that full refund for this booking is been issued by them to Happyeasygo on 05/07/2020 I.e. 143 days before from today.

                      As I had contacted with Happyeasygo, they replied me that refund would be reverted in 90 days post validation by Airlines.

                      I said them that refund is already issued to you from Indigo on 05/07/2020, but they says to wait more & now not responding to my emails.

                        I had booked tickets from HappyEasyGo but my ticket was cancelled by Airlines due to Covid. PNR of my bookings are as follows:
                        1) KFRWHS
                        2) HCMJ9D
                        3) QKG9PG
                        4) WJVWHW

                        I have been in touch with the agency since 13th Nov. Following are the problems encountered with HappyEasyGo.

                        1) HappyEasyGo Team initially told me that Indigo isn't providing refund to travelers as they are just giving credit shell. When I contacted Indigo Airlines, they refunded the amount to HappyEasyGo. Spicejet has also given confirmation about the refund. But HappyEasyGo team is giving vague replies that they have to do some validation about refund which may take 90days or more.

                        2) HappyEasyGo Team shares vague timelines for refund every time. Initially, one customer care representative said that it takes 10-15days to get the refund. The other one said that it takes up to 90 days. Now they are saying that it may take more than 90 days.

                        3) No cancellation email was sent to me by Airlines as HappyEasyGo shared some random email id with Indigo & Spicejet. Due to this I was unable to check the status from official website of Indigo & Spicjet. Indigo Team rectified the details after I raised the concern to their customer service. I have attached the screenshot of Spicejet tickets where incorrect details has been mentioned by the agency.

                        Airlines and other agencies have been very coorperative unlike HappyEasyGo. Kindly initiate the refund at the earliest.

                          I booked ticket through Happy Easy Go but due to the corona guidelines we need to cancel ticket via Airline Indigo.
                          I got mail confirmation from Airline that they have done full refund to travel agency. But from last 2 and half months I'm following with Happy Easy Go and they are not giving any update about my refund. All time they are saying that they are checking with airline. However I've shared email where airline confirm that they have refunded to travel agency HEG.

                            I have canceled my booking due to Covid19 in September 2020 but it is still not getting refunded even after 2 months. I have closed all my credit card through which booking was done, so I have provided my brother account details as I am abroad and cannot get a check book as I am not present in India. I have reached out to customer support telling that I will write a No Objection email as to transfer amount to my brother account number, but still they keep on replying the same thing every day.

                              The journey date was of 23rd March before the lockdown for covid was initiated and during the day of journey the flight was cancelled.
                              I had to book another flight with 4x price to return home.

                              Despite cancelling the ticket without any reason and prior notice i have still not received the refund of the fare amount of 7k.
                              It has been 8 months and even after repeated followups and requests still the amount is not refunded.

                              I have called and mailed happy easy so many times that now i have lost count and every time i have been given false assurances stating that the amount will be refunded by next week.
                              Please understand a organization running on such fake promises cant sustain.
                              You guys should be ashamed for your pathetic service.
                              After following up for 8 months i am frustrated and finally lodging a complaint on consumer forum.

                              I hope people do not face what i have gone through after booking their tickets from your platform

                                in return from happy easygo, one of your member called me and he told that he refund total amount and said do what he told. i do as per his directions. i lost 25000 immediately.

                                    I had booked flight from HappyEasyGo on 11th April 2020 ( ₹2829/-)and return flight on 19th April 2020 (₹2193/-). But unfortunately while spreading of global decease (Covid 19) in India so my flight was cancelled. But HappyEasyGo announced we can reschedule the booking which is cancelled against Covid 19. So after a long back I recently tried to Reschedule the flight booking on 11th April 2021 which I already Paid ( ₹2829/- )Also paid extra ( ₹602/-) for processing fee. Now they saying cannot conform Flight ticket because of due to inventory sold out. Now Happy EasyGo is not taking any response for refund the amount

                                    Please I kindly requesting you consider this complaint for refund my amount.

                                    I received a mail from Happy Easy go for refund and they asked bank details for refund. I shared the details via mail 2 days before ( 4 Dec 2020 ) but there is no reply from HappyEasy go till now.

                                        My flight had cancelled because of covid, and im trying to reschedule my flight for december. The HEG staff is giving me a fare difference which is high as compared to the actual difference. When i raised the complaint for same they have been dodging it since 6-7calls saying they will get back in an hour. They also added that the fare chnges dynamically which does but my sector tickets have been on the same price for one week. They are looting the customers and the customer service is not even clear on the fare calculation. Worst grievance resolution customer care ever
