My refund amount has been held up despite receiving the refund amount from the airline (Indigo) order i'd:[protected]

The cancellation process can not be initiated from the website. One has to download the app to cancel a ticket booked from the website. The refund amount was supposed to be delivered by april. 2 months have passed and the amount has still not been initiated for refund from happy easy go.

    Due to cancellation of tickets by air india they have provided the full refund to happy easy go as i have booked the tickets through their end. But the refund has not been credited to my account from their end till now and its more than 2 months already passed.
    I have mailed from several days continuously to happy easy go but nothing happens till now and i have not received any refund till now.
    HappyEasyGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      It has been over 2 months that the airline had issued the refund to happy easy to but they have still not passed on the refund to me. No answer to phone calls or emails.

        This is a pathetic services which i am getting from the happy easy go where in airlines has already process the refund request but happy easy go making the customer foll to process the refund i call happy easy go n number of time and every executive telling me a different story its my own money for which i am fighting

        Employee ritu telling me a different story

        Employee shashank telling me a different story

        Even thery are not tranfering the call to supervisors giving excuses

        I hve send n number of mail to happy easy go but i am not getting the resolutuon, this is the worst experience which i do have with happy easy go

            Hi

            I am sunil sharma, i have made booking by indigo flight from indore to delhi dated 06th may2020 in refundable category order id:[protected], but due to covid 19, all flights are cancelled, so i have cancelled my tickets considering normal cancellation charges in refundable category, while cancellation, i got to know that, booking is made in non refundable category to make fare on lower side and post cancellation only 25% amount is refunded by airline and that 25% also not refunded by happy easy go mentioning 500/- per passenger processing fees, which are not mentioned while booking

            I am taking follow up since last 30 days, but there is no proper response

            Fo order id[protected] Please be informed that as we have checked the airline has charged the cancellation charges of INR 3249 in your booking. Therefore, as per the airline fare rules, the standard airline penalties, Happyeasygo service fee (INR 500 per person per sector), and convenience fees will be applicable to process the cancellation. Hence, no refund is applicable as cancellation charges are higher than your paid amount.
            You are fraud company, There is no transparency during booking...So many related complaints showing that you are just doing business of doing fraud with innocent people, I wish your company will be closed soon...

              Very poor app I've ever seen. They are asking for extra fees for using my credit shell amount. What kind of cheating is this? I can't find any options for using my credit shell.

                Rs. 299 is deducted from my bank account without giving any notice. I don't install any apps for booking tickets and indeed I didn't install this one too. So, without any notice and without knowing me this company deducted Rs. 299 from my bank account.

                  Respected sir,
                  Myself nikhil varma, i booked the flight ticket for 9th of april 2020, from kochi to mumbai airasia flight through happyeasygo mobile app,
                  Unfortunately covid-19 pandemic all flight got cancelled that time continuously followed up from 27th march till 30 march finally i given the request for the refund on 30th march (Attaching all the documents) they accepted the request and submitted to airlines, then heg customer care representative requested to wait 30 days for refund, i accepted that offer because as a human i know the current situation.
                  Again april 24th i called airasia regarding delay, they said they already refunded the amount to the company on 8th of april itself i have to contact respected agent, the i contacted to heg customer care department they said i have to submit cancellation document which i received from airline company, that’s the reason old request was canceled (For this i didn’t get any communication from this company), ok i submitted the document at the same time on call, that guy said this is valid you will get refund in 2 days because airline already refunded the amount to our account. I was so happy.
                  After all this till now i didn’t get any amount again i called the same customer care service of happyeasygo, now they are saying i didn’t submit require document for the refund, i asked them what all the documents needed, they said need case number of cancellation for the airline, again i contacted my airline they provide through mail i submitted to happyeasygo, after submission i called this same service one of the representatives named “kishan” took the call and he said i submitted the document today only you have to wait more than 90 days and talk very harshly too. As a customer i payed the amount and iam hearing all this nonsense sir.
                  My question was central government issued the notification to all the airline and agents to give refund in immediate basis till now this particular company cheated me like an he’ll.in this situation we are so much money problem.

                  I request to the concern department to take the action against this cheaters.
                  And i’m attaching all the communication documents with this complaint.

                    Hi team,

                    Please know that i had booked an indigo ticket from hyderabad to bhubaneswar for 14315 rupees throuh happyeasygo. I later cancelled it from indigo and happyeasygo website's. However, when i checked with happyeasygo for the refund they send a reply that the cancellation charges are more than the ticket price of 14315 rupees.
                    How is it possible that cancellation charges for a domestic flight is more than 14 thousand rupees.
                    Kindly help me in this case so that i can get a refund

                      Sir i have cancelled my indigo flight ticket on 8th april 2020 at happyeasygo they told me that they would refund my money back to my bank account with in 15 days but after 20 days they didn't give me a single penny. I think they fraud me they are such a big scamers . Is there any way to get my money back?

                        I would like to register a complaint with you regarding my flight cancelled due to lockdown declared by govt. I had booked to and fro tickets on happy easy go website from pune to bangalore (19-april-2020) and banglore to pune (26 - april-2020) which has been cancelled by the airline company (Airasia) mentioning in their website that there are two options either reschedule or can have the refund as credit shell. When i tried requesting the heg to refund the amount as credit shell as per the airline's decision. I haven't received any response from the authorities of the heg website it's like neither the customer care was available on call nor i was getting any response over mail. As no response was received i thought of rescheduling the flight to june and the flight cost is lesser than i paid before, i rechecked the price with air asia website, but while rescheduling the flight i am asked for extra rs.4082 that even for one flight and the return flight was not available on the reschedule date i requested for, which to be frank is just a ridiculous way of ripping us of.
                        I don't understand if the air asia had given the provision of getting the money in credit shell why is heg not giving us that provision. I tried to visit air asia website and tried for the refund as credit shell but they say as the ticket was booked by agent (Heg) we need to check this with heg, air asia cannot help on this. Here the problem is heg is also not trying to help, not even trying to respond on my mails.

                          I had booked a flight on 15th april from pune to kolkata for two passengers and paid rs11, 784, pnr f6jj3x. Since the flight was cancelled i have been mailing them to reschedule it for the 4th may. After demanding exorbitant charges for rescheduling i made it clear to generate a refund because the extra charges of 6600perpassenger was unacceptable. The prices were then dropped to 2431 per passenger. They are taking an entire day to get back with further procrastination and now they say that our new flight is unavailable. This is very unprofessional and draining of mental energy amidst the pandemic. Please look into it and resolve as soon as possible.

                            Please find the caseid[protected] for your reference and i am already provided summery of amount refunded by goindigo team to the happyeasygo team for the below 2 pnr numbers.

                            But still after months i have not received my amount from goindigo side i got a mail that they have refunded the amount to happyeasygo team but yet happyeasygo team is saying amount is not yet receiced.

                            Kindly release (Refund) the payment from your end as soon as possible.

                              I had booked my ticket from heg app for 17th april order id[protected] of 3217rs.
                              Airline has already mentioned that no money will be deducted if i want to reschedule my ticket but heg is insisting me on paying 3895 penalty.
                              Additionally when i asked them to cancel my ticket and refund my money i get no answer even after sending them over 10 mails.
                              Ps their customer care is always busy for some reason though it says 24*7

                                I had booked a flight ticket through happyeasygo app. The flight got cancelled by indigo airlines itself due to the covid-19 outbreak. But my refund was not received but on approaching the airlines i have been informed that refund has gone to the agency. I did't get any update about my refund status. And as per their company policy they are declared that the refund will take maximum of 15 days. And it has been already passed.

                                  Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we had to cancel our flight.

                                  Just wanted to register a complaint with you. I had got my flight cancelled as it was scheduled on 30 th march, so i tried to reschedule it for 2nd may. The flight cost is same as i paid before, i rechecked the price with indigo website as well as your website, but while rescheduling the flight i am asked for extra 628 rs money, which to be frank is just rediculous way of ripping us of. If the fare difference is actual please send me the proof of that, we'll be happy to pay. Please look into the matter and do the needful

                                    I so many time inform happyeasygo via email. I want to reschedule my ticket. Also i reschedule by direct to site (Air asia) they inform me that
                                    For bookings made through travel agents including online travel agents, cancellation requests are to be made via the respective travel agents. I also try their site.
