My flight with the above mentioned Order ID was cancelled from the airline side.
As per, GoFirst airlines the refund amount of INR 2950.00 has already been sent to happyeasygo long back.

And it has been more than 4 months since I had initiated the refund request but I haven't received the refund amount yet. Kindly do the needful so that I can get the refund amount as soon as...

I had booked my tickets from Happyeasygo from Mumbai to Chandigarh and back. The order IDs are

I have cancelled the order directly from Airlines and they have provided full refund. I then cancelled from HappyEasyGo. They are not providing any refund.

None of the contact numbers are working and I have sent...

I have cancelled my IndiGo flight from Delhi to Hyderabad for 31 December 2022 on 14 December 2022.

IndiGo Initiated the refund to Happyeasygo but HEG didn't refund me anything. I have mailed HEG multiple times but no response from their side.

I have done ticket bookings on Happy easy go platform on 21-12.23 which got denied due to some technical issues at their end. No invoice no ticket no PNR generated.
Hence I booked another flight.
After 9 days I get PNRs stating the tickets are confirmed.
Now I have three tickets.

I have booked few tickets from happy easy go for my family, but somehow i had to cancel those tickets.

Those tickets were booked with fully refundable charges. The amount of refund has not been given by happy easy go and its been more than 3 months now since i have placed the refund request.

I have sent email to customer care but not getting...

I got two air tickets from Hyderabad to Kolkata for Indigo airlines for 30th September, 2022 from app Happyeasygo . The order I'd for the same is[protected] and booking date is 2nd May, 2022.
However, due to a family emergency I had to cancel the tickets on 24th September, 2022. The app said that I will receive the refund amount between 45-90 days. It's been more than 90 days today and I'm yet to receive the refund amount....

I have booked the Indigo airlines flight ticket from Happy Easy Go website and due to some reason I have cancelled the flight ticket for the last 4 months but still refund amount not initiated in my account. Even though The Indigo airline already refunded the ticket amount to the booking agent (Happy Easy Go) account.

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

I got two air tickets booked from Pune to Delhi dated 1st November by Happyeasygo on Indigo flight PNR: IL9PNS.

Unfortunately due to medical reasons had to cancel my travel and did contact the airline for the cancellation to which the airline was very supportive. But as the initial booking was made through agent Happyeasygo, the full refund could not be returned by the airline to the passenger...

Have been trying to reach the team knemail and calls, regarding a payment made on 30th November 2022, but the team doesnt reply. My money is still stuck ....

confirmation number id:[protected] also. But, during visit hotel has denied the booking as they didn't got any mail or nothing regarding booking. I have tried to contact with service provider but nobody answered. Now i want my money back....

I have booked two tickets through HEG and had to cancel. Airline executive have confirmed that they have refunded to HEG but still I have not received the refund amount.

I was trying to book a ticket from kolkata to delhi on 22 dec. payment of Rs. 7917 debited from my account while booking but message received that payment method failed. Howsoever i tried to call customer care so many times but none replied. Even mailed them immediately within 15 minutes but no revert received till date. It's been around 1 month but they've not refunded my amount though airlines has already refunded full amount on 23/NOV/2022 as my flight ticket was fully refundable. I want my full amount to be refunded to the original...

The below flight was cancelled by the airline in the end of August 2022. I have received confirmation from airlines that they refunded the money to Happyeasygo in early September.
Despite my several attempts to get my refund for this ticket, I've not received my money even after 90+ days.
Now, we are not even able to reach them on any of the customer support numbers. They are not even responding to our emails.
