I had purchased a CCU→DEL flight ticket on happy easy go with GO FIRST airlines. PNR - P7G7WC, happy easy go Trip ID :[protected]. The flight was cancelled. As suggested by happy easy go, I called the airlines, asked them to cancel the ticket and process a refund. I then connected with happy easy go and started the refund process with them to get the money back. The process was initiated on 27 September 2022. They said that the refund will be completed within 90 days. It is now 9 January 2023 and I have still not received the refund. No one happy easy go receives my calls. I have submitted queries multiple times online but they never get back. I need help. I need the refund back in my card. Its been too long. Amount - Rs 4, 155. Please help!

    This is with reference to order No.[protected] booking Indigo flight having PNR No.BLR3KS.

    I tried booking the flight through your website on 20.12.2022 and even after successful debit from my account screen mentions “ 405 Method not allowed”(screenshot attached). I have waited for the day but didn’t receive any email or msg confirming the booking. Therefore on 21.12.2022 I have made the desired booking through some other source. But when no refund has been received I checkkd on happyeasygo website and found that there is a ticket booked for me. But I have already booked a ticket for the same flight. Hence I contacted the airlines and requested them for full refund for the ticket PNR BLR3KS and they have refunded in full confirming thet the refund amount has been credited to happyeasygo.

    But even after 18 days I have not received the refund amount yet. I have written several emails to happy easygo but but no response received from their side. Their contact nos. provided in the website are always switched off.

    Please resolve the issue.

      But even after 18 days no refund has been received in my account from happyeasygo. I have writtens several mails to happyeasygo but no reply received. Their customer care phone nos. are always switched off.

      Please do the needful and resolve the issue.

        My refund of around 20k is pending for more than four months.

        before also, i have made numerous calls and every time I get a response that it will be issued within a week.
        Now, Your customer care is never going through.Your customer service numbers both either switched off or not working.

        This is pure mental harassment by happyeasygo to a loyal customer.
        My order ID details are attached to this email.
        And it is pending for more than five months. This is very unprofessional on your part.
        Issue my refund immediately.

          There are 2 Refunds that are pending from Happy go Easy Website/App. Mails are written to them, but they did not answer. Even their Telephone numbers are not working. Total Refund is for Rs.11, 329.
          When we contacted with Airlines, they say money has already been credited to the accounts of Happy Go Easy. A Cheater Company.

            I tried to book a ticket from HappyEasyGo website for a flight from Lucknow to Bangalore for 17-Dec-2022, on 26th November, 2022, 08:34 a.m. I paid through UPI but the flight was not booked and the amount of Rs. 7, 125 was deducted from my bank account. My flight was not booked and I haven't received any refund messages yet. No refund has been made for the same.

            Called continuously on all the numbers available online and they are either not reachable or switched off.

              Cancelled my ticket on 22nd July 2022 because the flight was rescheduled by the airline. It has been more than 5 months, and I have not received my refund yet.

              No proper customer support provided. The customer support contact numbers are always busy and emails have not been answered.

              Please respond to the emails and initiate the REFUND immediately.

                Booked ticket and cancelled it.indigo has refunded however happy easy go is holding it and not releasing it from a month.chasing up continuously with same response saying in process.custonwr care no not working.

                  Flight AI565 was canceled by Air India without any prior notice.

                    My flight with the above mentioned Order ID was cancelled from the airline side.
                    As per, GoFirst airlines the refund amount of INR 2950.00 has already been sent to happyeasygo long back.

                    And it has been more than 4 months since I had initiated the refund request but I haven't received the refund amount yet. Kindly do the needful so that I can get the refund amount as soon as possible.

                          This is with reference to my booking Indigo 6E 758, PNR- XL69YL
                          I have done ticket bookings on Happy easy go platform on 21-12.23 which got denied due to some technical issues at their end. No invoice no ticket no PNR generated.
                          Hence I booked another flight.
                          After 9 days I get PNRs stating the tickets are confirmed.
                          Now I have three tickets.
                          Worst service from Happy easy go, they don't pick calls don't reply to messages.
                          I cancelled one through Indigo, they said will get refund from happy easy go but still not received
                          Second ticket I had to cancel with a penalty of 3781 rupees
                          I have been trying to contact customer care no one picks the calls, writing mails no reply. I have wasted lot of time behind this highly irresponsible people. I want my money back.

                            I have booked few tickets from happy easy go for my family, but somehow i had to cancel those tickets.

                            Those tickets were booked with fully refundable charges. The amount of refund has not been given by happy easy go and its been more than 3 months now since i have placed the refund request.

                            I have sent email to customer care but not getting any response. their customer contact numbers are not working or reachable since last 2 months.

                            PLEASE, help me getting the refund amount.

                              My ticket for Pune to Bangalore was cancelled by the Airline GoFirst Airlines. under FULL REFUND as per details below

                                    Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                                    I got two air tickets booked from Pune to Delhi dated 1st November by Happyeasygo on Indigo flight PNR: IL9PNS.

                                    Unfortunately due to medical reasons had to cancel my travel and did contact the airline for the cancellation to which the airline was very supportive. But as the initial booking was made through agent Happyeasygo, the full refund could not be returned by the airline to the passenger as it will go to the agent and then the agent shall transfer the money to the passenger.
                                    Tickets got canceled on 20th October and to date did not receive a refund from the agent Happyeasygo.

                                    The airline has confirmed that the money is returned to the agent but the agent Happyeasygo is not returning the money even after multiple follow up.

                                    Request you please take strict action against Happyeasygo. As I am in desperate need of money for my medical treatment and they are just not returning my money.
