Very pathetic customer service in providing refunds. Had booked to and fro flight to kochi and due to the flooding the airlines had requested to cancel the flights, inspite of full refund provided by the airlines, happyeasygo did not provide full refund.

Got a confirmation mail saying they will provide refund and will take 15 days. After waiting for 15 days as well, only a partial refund was provided. I will never book any thing from happyeasygo and request others to beware of this site.
I cancelled my 2 return tickets.i paid 12, 642/-
they are refunding me only 200/-rs.
wat the hell.they cannot take all money for cancellation.i want my money.
this is completley fraud company.can i register police complaint of this company?

    This is regarding my ticket booking ( ID:[protected]. I booked it 1 hour ago and was waiting for status confirmation.I didn't receive any e-ticket as well as money was debited from my account.
    I called the customer service as well and they said that it will take 72 working hours which excludes weekend.Since the fare goes higher day-by-day. Kindly try to do it within 24 hours. I regret that I booked from it for the first time and I thought that I will use this site always but it disappointed me. I sincerely request to refund it as soon as possible.

      I booked a flight (PNR S8TB3L) from Ranchi (IXR) to Indore (IDR) which was a one-stop trip with a layover at Kolkata (CCU) (as no direct flights are available from IXR to IDR). Due to some extreme medical emergency, I wanted to cancel the flight. I booked the flight for Rs.8, 247 and the cancellation fee was Rs.8, 147 and I would just get a refund of Rs.100.

      The customer care person said that it is mentioned in the terms and conditions that the total cancellation fee is Rs.1, 500 (website cancellation fee) + Rs.3, 000 (airline cancellation fee PER SECTOR) + Taxes. Here PER SECTOR is a huge catch which is not understood by a layman and never mentioned explicitly on the website while booking. Though, it was boldly written as REFUNDABLE while I was booking the flight.

      I called directly the airline and they said that their cancellation fee is Rs.3, 000 (with no hidden charges) for the whole trip and not per sector. The Happyeasygo is charging unexplainable extra charges beyond the normal norms of cancellation and taking advantage of the customer's trust.

      Very ridiculous behavior by happyeasygo customer care. Booked a flight from Mumbai to bagdogra -mo ey deducted & payment processed-but no ticket confirmation. Have called 7 times & Everytime they say ticket will be issued within 30mins. What is the next step of complaint? I want to go legal

        Your customer care person said me least amount rupees refund but indigo sr. Officer said me already refund all ie. Rs.9804+rs.9765=rs.19569. To your fund. But, i paid to your fund rs.36802. At time of booking. Why i did not get refund money at time of cancellation. I am a sr. Police officer.in this respect you will want to invite legal notice from high court. Hope, you will take necessary action as early as quick. I think your agency name not "happy easy go" "worst go".

        My money will be refunded to my a/c as quick as early. My phone no 7003065042 is always available. Refund money Rs.9804+Rs.9765= Rs.19569. Which was already refunded from Indigo authority, said Indigo high officer. I am a Sr. Policer if you do not refund the above said money then I will take legal steps against your agency.           I tried to book the ticket on 09/08/2018 from the website https://www.happyeasygo.com/ but was the ticket was not booked and amount of rs.3128 was deducted from my account. I contacted customer care and they told the refund process has been initiated with this trip id :#[protected] but after constant follow i am still unable to get the refund. I have also attached the email correspondence i had with the customer care department. The whole experience has been frustrating.
          It seems like i have been scammed, thinking of filing an fir next week.

            Hi i had a flight for august 13th on indigo airlines. I lost my mother the week before. So tried to cancel my flight through the website. The website didn't help me the customer service was unreachable. I called them 9 times and emailed then 9 times too for a refund. It took three weeks then they wrote to me saying they are not going to refund me the remainder of the ticket price even after airline penalty and charged me 4500inr penalty for...

            We had booked flight tickets thru happyeasygo online portal, at the time of booking they mentioned that the tickets value is refundable and can be cancelled, even they mentioned refund amount will be given back in 2 days.,
            And as we had health issues and when we want to cancel the tickets they are not paying our amount back., for 2 persons tickets we had paid rs.7923, and if cancelled they are just paying rs.100/ticket.

            We feel this highly unethical way of deceiving people., request air india to please check these kind of activities and request to take action against happyeasygo.com in this regard.

              I too know that the fares are dynamic. But the automated system denies to proceed the payment indicating /warning that fare has been changed. If the customer agrees for it, then it will be processed.
              But in this app, there is no such indication. The system has simply accepted and processed the payment. After one and half hour their representative made a phone call and informed me that the ticket was not confirmed.
              By their deceptive procedure, i have to suffer the following consequences.
              1) my valuable time was mere wasted
              2) i have lost an opportunity to book my ticket at low cost that is prevailing on that day
              3) as per their mail, i have to wait 10/20 days more for refund when the ticket prices will be very much hiked.
              4) if at all i book my tickets right now from another source, what shall i do with the amount you are going to refund. If i transfer the money back to bank, you are charging 3%transaction fees.
              5) why should i bear the transaction fee unnecessarily because of your fault.
              6) where should i get money all of a sudden to book my tickets freshly

              There is no such a worst deceptive system offering flights tickets. Why are you cheating the customers by maintaining faulty mechanism. The system has to deny the process in such cases.
              Therefore i demand you to do proper justice in this issue.

              They have refunded the amount into the wallet but to transfer back to bank, they are charging 3% processing fee

                I have done many flight bookings from this website, there is option to book tickets with intent discount or cashback discount booking.
                I have 3 bookings where the cashback amount was showing different and got less amount as cashback after the booking done.
                I am complaining this this to the company since 11th aug 18 but they are not doing anything to resolve my issue except doing fake commitments.
                Ms vinita and mr rahul giving fake promise to refund the amount in next 24-48hrs and still there is no updates about my amount.

                  1. I tried to book flight tickets with happyeasygo travels pr on 17/07/2018
                  2. The transaction failed and no charge was made
                  3. I called customer care of credit card immediately and confirmed if charge was made. The support representative confirmed no charge was made and card was only authorized.
                  4. I also contacted happyeasygo travels pr on phone and on email immediately — they confirmed, no charge was made.

                  5. Happyeasygo travels pr did not send tickets.
                  6. So i booked flight from another company.

                  7. When i got the credit card bill, i saw the amount was charged
                  8. I got in touch with happyeasygo travels pr — that is when they sent me old tickets of the flight that has already fled.
                  9. As the travel date had already passed. So asked happyeasygo travels pr for refund.
                  10. Happyeasygo travels pr now does not respond to emails, nor answers phone calls.

                    Happyeasygo is not rescheduling my flight and whenever i call they say they will get back in 5 minutes and after 2 hours they send a quote. When i confirm to make the payment they send another quote with increased price after two hours and ask for confirmation again and this is continuing since yesterday. I was on call for 50 mins and then they disconnected me.

                      I would like to bring to your notice case of fraud and cheating committed by happyeasygo travel website. Address:level 3 rider house plot no 136 sec 44 near huda city centre metro station gurugram.

                      This firm is operating as an agent for booking flight tickets & while booking flight tickets they are cheating public of their money.

                      I did two bookings of delhi guwahati & guwahati-delhi on 6th august. I was asked to deposit rs 6745/- for booking when the transaction was shown completed & confirmed ticket was to be issued.
                      When i completed the online payment, the shows the confirmed tickets will be mailed to the registered email id. When i checked my email, i received a mail says that "due to flight not found" tickets were not issued a refund will be made instantly.
                      Since than, i am calling customer care & writing mail to [protected]@happyeasygo.com for refund but every time they say that due to a non-working day, refund is delayed. Wait for another 48 hrs.
                      What a shame. When a flight is shown on website on search, only than we have selected it and made the payment. Same flight i have booked afterward from makemy trip.com.
                      Secondly, since 6th august'18, they are not having a working day. For last 10 days company is holidaying??

                      With clear message that they are not willing to refund my money, i will register a fir against them u/s 420 of crpc which i am legally entitled to lodge with police/cyber cell.

                      This crime is legally punishable under various sections of ipc & crpc.

                      I request you to register a fir against this company since whole of this company is involved in this fraud since my reporting of the facts to their feedback deptt has not resulted in any action my calls are not being answered by them

                        I booked a flight ticket for bangalore to varanasi via mumbai on 28th july and i got the ticket in my email but when i reached airport and got to know from airline that from mumbai to varanasi my ticket was booked for 29th, not on 28th and they even showed me the list where my name was not there. I was trying to reach out to the customer care but everything it was telling all executives is busy and to wait but after 2 min calls disconnected. I tried many times but the same thing happened. Airline manager told me now i have to buy a new ticket for 28th then only i can board the flight and i booked the ticket from a different site so they are responsible for anything. They he provides me with the document where i can clearly see my ticker was booked on 29th. When finally i spoke to the customer care agent he told he will check with his manager and get back to me but i didn't get any call from there side. So i wrote an email and mentioned what happened and i got a reply from a there site that you boarded the flight on the same day so i told them because airline manager helped me out with that but they were not ready to accept their fault. Worst site to book a flight.

                          I had a booking from happy easy go
                          From ccj to bombay, bombay to dubai boiked on 02-08-18. Date of travelling is13-08-18.
                          They deducted amount of 8096 rupess for this. I received a call from them saying it can't be issued, so they will refund within 72 hours asked me to send bank detalis.

                          So far no refund. Changing the dates whenever i call them.

                            We booked a domestic ticket from happy easy go site.
                            A few months into booking the ticket while bonking another ticket on the same flight for a family member we could not find that flight.
                            On further investigation we found out that the flight has been cancelled and we have not got any intimidation at all
                            Happy easy go provided the worst support ever and it was us at the end who had to do the running about with the airlines.
                            On further we spoke to the airlines and as the airlines couldn't arrange an alternate flight they gave us a full refund. So we agreed and asked them to process it as there was no other option
                            To add to the trouble happy easy go again cut extra money on the ticket when they received the entire amount from the airlines and gave us

                            Really never recommend this site to anyone.

                              I have booked the flight JetAirways 9W2348 from BOM- HYD on 18th July 2018 for the departuring date of 22July 2018.

                              I have immediately cancelled the booking as I noticed it was an early morning flight at 3am instead of what I presumed to be 3pm.

                              I was given a confirmation message that I will be charged Rs. 100/- as cancellation fees and the rest of the amount will be refunded. Ie.. Rs. 1585/-

                              Its been 20 days, I havnt received the amount Rs. 1565/-. So, far I have just received Rs. 100/-.

                              The ticket clearly mentions its refundable flight. I have escalated this issue to HappyEasyGo through their customer service, couple of times during the past 2 weeks but havnt received the refund nor any proper response

                              I would like yo request the concern authorities to take action and let them refund the said amount ie Rs. 1565/-

                                Ticket booked and purchased on line from happy easy go - - e-ticket order id[protected]. The travel date 13th jul 2018- from cochin to bangalore - indigo -6e 349 ticket pnr wysbui and bangalore to cochin travel date 18th july indigo - 6e 413, ticket pnr wysbui. Tickets purchased online from happy go easy. On 18th at bangalore airport - indigo staff informed no return ticket by pnr pnr wysbui, is booked and they denied boarding pass. I had to buy new ticket on spot for rs 5842. I filed complaint on 19th jul 2018 by their site [protected]@happyeasygo.com. They replied will sove in 2 days. But no response so far. I have demanded a total compensation of rs 10, 842, if settled in 2 days. Please take action for refund

                                    This is in reference to cancellation of airticket vide airline pnr no. Ph1t5a. Undersigned cancelled the airtickets with the indigo airline and as per indigo airline, the refund of rs. 9410 granted by the airline.

                                    Your travel portal granted the refund of rs. 5670/-. Your customer care associate told me that your travel portal deducted rs. 3000/- as service charge.

                                    What is this service charge for? Further, why your travel company deducted further rs. 730/- (I. E. The difference in the refund granted by indigo airline of rs. 9410-rs. 3000 happy easy go service charge)?

                                    Inspite of repeated assurances given by your customer care for redersal of my grievance, the matter is still unresolved. This is extremely pathetic behaviour by them. Very unprofessional behavior. I will never book any tickets from your website.

                                      I cancelled a ticket booked through happyeasygo.
                                      They asked me to forward cancellation mail from airline. I called them after sending and a representative informed me that refund amount (1622) will be refunded within 7-14 days.

                                      I've received 100 p. Person from them.

                                      They keep me on hold for eternity while calling and respond as "we are working on this query" while emailing.
                                      They charged almost 93% of refund amount saying its a service charge which they can't even tell me how!
