My tickets were for a round journey from bangalore to ahmedabad and i had booked them on 3rd feb for a amount of 6800...these tickets were cancelled by the company without any knowledge to me and even a refund of rs100 was intiated to me but i got to know about the refund today that is 25th april...that is my mistak i didn notice the mail but the tickets were not cancelled by me and it is a clear case of fraud done by the company ...no message or phone call was done to me by the company regarding it...i had to pay an extra 12000 jus to travel in the same flight and i had to pay more 10000 to travel back from ahmedabd to bangalore...it is a clear fraud done by the company which cost me alot of incovnience and money...

    Hello HappyEasyGo,

    My Name is Veena Sunanda, I Booked Several Tickets for me and my family members ongoing Trip from Hyderabad to Chennai and Chennai to Hyderabad. While i am doing booking some Orders are not confirmed, as per conversation call by your customer care people it happened due to price change.

    It is confirmed that HappyEasyGO refund the total amount paid for these Orders. The same has confirmed HappyEasyGO by Email also.Totally 5 Orders are not confirmed with the same cause. I am attaching the emails i received from your customer care for refund for these 5 not confirmed but paid Orders.

    In email it is mentioned that the money will be reflected in my account in 7-10 Working days. I also called to your customer care regarding this, and got response that i need to wait at least 7 working days.

    Today is 8th Working day and completed today's business hours. My money is not refunded or i did not receive any communication from HappyEasyGO regarding this. I am deeply disappointed and I strongly believe that you are not doing your part properly. I try to reach out to your customer care through phone and got no response.

    I want my refund with in 48 hours and i am copying this to email to Deputy Secretary for ministry of Aviation Shri T.N Trivediand Director of Department of Consumer Affairs, New Delhi.

    Not responding to Customer Care Calls and Emails is Offense and this can be treated as harassment. BCZ of this i am undergoing stress and effecting my health. Happy Easy Go is the responsible for this if anything happens to me.

      Worst online air ticketing company... Beware...

      I was trying to book a air ticket through their site https://www.happyeasygo.com
      My payment got thru our bank, and i got a message by them that the amount has been deducted. And then when the confirmation message of the ticket was going to happen on happyesygo site, it crashed and said öops "

      After calling up the help line of happyeasy go, they bluntly and rudely answer bank 'we dont have your money"...

      Now wheres the money. #happyeasygo
      After contacting my bank says its debited, for which i got the sms on my registered mobile.. And i had entered the visa check otp also.

      I once again called happyeasy go and politely asked whats the procedure now, but the person on the other side blunlty like a repeater machine kept saying "sir we dont have your money", i kept asking please tell me the procedure..

      What a horrible experience...

      Funny now after confirming with our bank, the bank confirms that the money has been received by the payment gateway of www.happyeasygo.com.
      After calling up www.happyeasygo.com today i. E 19th april 18, they say they still havent received the money...

      Received a mail from them, saying
      "we would request you to kindly wait for 24-48 hours".

      My bank confirms the receipt of money by the merchant company.

      No replies nothing has happened since then happy easy go

      Very important : today i have received the settlement company from my bank, who got this from happy easy go's payment gateway guys.

      Looks like they are really cheap!!!

      I have book one ticket from CCU to ajl...but still not received ticket confirmation..I think this is worst app for booking a ticket...I do not use this app gain in my future...plz refund my money ...or confirm my ticket but ...do not sit like verrypappa...useless app... customer care does not receiving any call worst customer care

        I had booked a flight ticket with happyeasy go from Kolkata-Mumai failed due wrong mobile number. When i called them they told the refund has been initiated to your bank account.When i communicated with the bank they told no refund has been initiated from the merchandise. Its almost near to 20 days without any progress. Happyeasygo has just given the RRN no but bank has no clue of it. There is no communication that had happened from happyeasygo even if after raising my concern. They are not doing any sort of verification even after my complaint.

          I booked a ticket from bangalore to jaipur for 13th may, 2018 and it showed refundable ticket while i was booking it. But due to same change in schedule i needed to cancel my ticket. I went to their site and it still showed refundable, but when i talked to one of their support members, they told me that i will get only rs100 on a ticket worth rs 3880 and i cant simply understand such cancellation policies.

          On April 4th, early morning around 2:12 AM, i tried to book a flight from Bangalore to Hyderabad for April 30th, 2018. for three passengers and the total cost was Rs 4947
          I used my Axis Internet Banking and did the transaction, after giving the OTP and submitting it, it said gateway error. but money was deducted from my account. Next Minute itself, i have given a call to HappyEasygo support executive, he said that he didn't receive the amount and transaction was incomplete. I had asked him what may be the cause for this? He said that it might be problem from axis bank, said to call the bank people and get the money back to the amount, then i said ok and asked him shall i re-book it and then happyeasygo executive said that just logout and login again and do the transaction again.
          Now again, i tried with my Axis Credit card { VISA Card }, but same thing happened as before . Gateway error. Next minute i called your executive again, he said the same reason that money didn't reach him, but it was deducted from credit card. He said to call bank and find it out. I said ok and hanged up.
          After the call, i had given a call to Axis Customer care, They said that money transaction was done successfully but happyeasygo didn't clam the amount so far. If Happyeasygo didn't claim in 15 days, then they said it will be refunded to my accounts. I said ok and i was satisfied.
          On April 5th, i had given a call to happy executive again, and explained all this, and he said that there were two incomplete transactions and money was not added to Happyeasygo company account and he suggested me to call the bank again inform them to reverse the amount, and even he said that he will be sending me a acknowledge mail mentioning that the amount didn't reach them. I said ok and i was waiting for the mail, where i can talk to bank people and show that as proof. But no email nothing till now.
          Again, on April 6th, i had called to Axis internet banking support and Credit Card executive to check about my amounts, I was shocked after hearing their response. They said that amount was claimed by Happyeasygo and said me to check with happyeasygo guys on this. I’m still in shock that how this can be happen. I had called them around 6PM on the same day and said all this. Support executive said to share the transaction details to cross verify. I had sent all the proofs which i have. But till now they are just dragging this like hell, they are giving different excuses every time, some executives are saying the issue was escalated to concern team from one week and few other executive are saying they will reach me on Monday that is today. As you know for everyone money is imp and it won’t come easy. We struggle a lot for it. But if it goes in this way then it hurts a lot.
          Note: On April 5th, again i book the same tickets with SBI internet banking and it was successful. This is the same which can be seen in the account. Please don't get confuse with this and other two incomplete transaction. Both are totally different. Incomplete transactions were done by Axis Internet Banking and Axis Credit Card {Visa Credit Card }

          NOW I want to know where my money went, WHOM TO TRUST: AXIS OR HAPPYEASYGO. I want my money back in less time, this is kind of fraud. WHO WILL GIVE MY MONEY. IM FED UP OF BEING BACK OF THIS GUYS AN LOST MY HOPES

            I have booked a ticket from bangalore to Patna which cost 4763, which was deducted from account immediately but did not receive any ticket from them yet.. Plz do the needful .               I booked 2 airlines tickets through happyeasygo.com on 12 march 2018, but ticket was not confirmed and i received the email that amount will be refund within 7-14 days, i called up them in 18 regarding my refund then they said that i didn't confirm for refund so they will initiate it on 18 march, again i contacted them on 5th april then again they told me to wait for some more days and still i am just waiting and they are not refunding my amount.
              My order no was #[protected].

                Bogus management policy.

                Cancels ticket after selling.
                Interest of ticket prices consumes by you neither refunded nor taken any consideration.
                Cascading train fare settlements not done.
                3 months ago flight no "xxxxx" will be cancelled due to some "technical issue", that has been decided after selling of tickets. But that doesn't remove from portal display after confirmation of cancelling the flight.

                Dont collect complains only... Take needful actions sometimes.

                  I have booked a ticket today from kolkata to bangalore for 04.05.2018 paying rs 2891 from happyeasygo website. I received a mail that within 45 mins i will receive the ticket however i am yet to receive the same. I called in customer care they said that they couldnot check the details as there server is down and told me to call after half an hour and but now i am unable to reach the customer care department. Kindly get my problem resolved at the earliest

                  I have booked a ticket dated 06.04.2018 from kolkata to bangalore for 06.05.2018. I received a mail from happyeasygo that i will receive the ticket within 45mins. But didnt received the same.

                  On having called the customer care i have been informed that there is a short payment of rs841/-, for which i have not received any mail.

                  I have never a seen a case of short payment ever. I have paid the amount as displayed in the site.

                  I therefore claim my ticket as booked without further making any payment

                    On 04/04/2018 i had booked 26 tickets from chennai to mangalore (09/05/2018 & 14/05/2018) indigo 6e7141 time 16.50 pm. Out of which 9 onward tickets were not confirmed till this minute. Also made the payment. Their ref. Id no. Is[protected]. All the 9 passengers are ladies on the above 3 senior citizens are travelling. Around 4.30 pm i received a call from their office your onward 9 ticket is not confirmed, if you pay extra rs. 18500/- to confirm the same. Otherwise your not in a position to travel. And the call is coming repetitively to remit the same. So far no response from their end. Its the no 1 cheating company and playing with the passengers. And collecting more money. The government should cancel their licences and should have been block listed.

                      I booked a ticket for airline journey from chennai to mumbai. I made booking from this website and i got following mail:
                      Dear customer,

                      Your tickets will be issued within 45 minutes and the ticket numbers will be notified by a following mail.

                      After that i was waiting for my tickets but neither i get the ticket not any notifications from the website about the status. When i called to the customer care, the representative told me that the website could not book my ticket and i will get my money in 24 hours. Later i had to book my ticket from another website and now the price of ticket of twice of earlier time. Sso far i did not get my refund.
                      Looks the company has so negligence about their responsibility and it is also a clear cheating case.

                        I have booked ticket today about 8.10 p.m. Ticket was from Delhi to Bhubaneshwar on 15/4/18 and return on 16/4/18. Money [Rs. 9829] has been transferred, but they are neither refunding the money nor giving the tickets. Flight Indigo

                        Payment of Rs. 9829 / - has been transferred now they are refusing to return the payment and no tickets has been booked.

                        Kindly arrange to return the amount of Rs. 98298/- in my account and registered case against fraud under cyber crime.

                          I would like to bring to your notice, i had booked round trip ticket from bombay to bankong, but when i opened the ticket it was showing title as ms instead of mr, as i had booked ticket for male travller. I spoke to airlines and they assured me changes are possible by the agent as per the new policy or the circular which they have passed to the agents.

                          Due to which contacted happy easy go for changing the title to mr.
                          They said we have raised your concern to airlines and we will get back to you inn 24-48 hours. I didnt got any response from them.

                          Then i called the support team they said airlines is saying changes cannot be done cancel the ticket and book another.

                          Then i took jet airways and renu from happy easy go on conferece, where airlines conformed we have sent a reply stating please change the title and re-issue another ticket with correct title. Its been been more the 48 hours no reply from them
                          I m calling them but no one picks up the call.
                          Finally zaid from happy easy go backend team confirmed it can be done and i will recieve the ticket by eod.
                          After this call more 48 hours are passed but no reply.

                            My name is joji raju, i had to book a flight through www.happyeasygo.com on 14 dec 2017, which was for 2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant from delhi to trivandrum.
                            The rate shown in their website was 2543 as you can see that in the attachment. While doing the final payment they have added rs. 250 per passenger as their convenience fees.
                            Even if they add rs. 250 with 2543 the final amount for an adult comes around rs. 2793.
                            So the final figure should be 2793 x 3= 8379, but the final payment they took is 11172/- which i could not understand at all.
                            Then i requested them for a receipt of the same with the figure for each passengers, which they refused to provide, instead they said they will give only the total bill.
                            Then i approached the airlines, indigo to know what are the charges for an infant. Then they mailed me saying, they charge rs.1250 for an infant. Even after adding 1250 with the adults and child fare the total amount comes as 8379+1250=9629.
                            Now also i don't understand where is my 1543 has used. Its really a cheating and they are not at all ready to help me

                              I have complaint regarding my ticket not issued by happyeasygo already taken payments, that after he told fare rise we refund your money to your a/c but at the time of booking showing low fare after we book ticket customer service mr. Vikas tell that fare rise we does not anything we pay for extra charges but why this extra burden on customers. I have suggestion to all customers does not book ticket from this side. Mr. Vikas not talking properly with me but in future customer will taken action on this.

                                I, kuldeep dhar had booked air ticket in air india ai-821 flight from delhi to jammu for rs.16, 951/-vide pnr no. Hlcz4 through credit card on 14/03/18 and same was cancelled on 16/3/18 at 1130 hrs vide ref no. Bugxxcd due to postponement of my tour programme. The ticket was cancelled 3 days before of travel date, morethan 7 days have been passed but the refund of remaining amount could not be received back so far..

                                  As i make payment for 5 peopel ticket where they issue 1 passage ticket and reaming their are saying fare is incrase, where another site showing same fare also. Airlines shows the same, if fare is increase by airline than why you changer from us... Ans you chagre menas you have to give ticket to us any how!!!
                                  I make payment for 5 tickett for 5 different single ticket...
                                  Where they issued only 1 ticket and remaiung four ticekt they are saying that we are unable to issue... Where i ask them why to take the payment if fare is increase..
                                  As whole famaily going for trip.. Where they issued only one. And reaming pax they take money but not issueing alos they are saying we will process you money by after 8 working day... Where around 80000 money is blocked by therm..
                                  How can i issue reaming family member without money...

                                  Now i feel thsi site is scam and fraud..

                                  Now i worried about my money also..

                                    I have booked the flight ticket on 28 feb. 2018 from bangalore to delhi and delhi to bangalore, payment also deducted after that i got call regarding ticket has not been booked because of some price changes, then they share your account details. I have submitted my account details immediately. Till now i did not get my refund. When i dropped a mail regarding the refund they said i will take 48 hours. Now almost 17 days over still not get my refund amount

They told that they going to refund the full amount with in 7-10 working days and i called them so many time and they are saying that your refund amount has been process and it has been more than 3 month still i not yet received the amount and again few days back i called them and they said we will provide the rrn number and i said them ohk send the rrn number and again i mailed them i still not yet recieved the rrn no and they said again thay kindly wait 24-72 hr
