Harman India — complete disregard for consumer laws and customer satisfaction | |||
On april 13th i couriered my pair of malfunctioning headphones with no physical damage using the courier service trackon couriers pvt ltd, consignment no. "10588784" to authorized service centre, Service centre address: flextronics technologies india pvt ltd, 302, phase 2, udyog vihar, gurgaon, haryana - 122001. And on april 26th received a pair of physically damaged headphones and a notification that i sent a pair of physically damaged headphones. I took but one photo of the pair that i couriered as instructed by harman audio And after repeated complaints for about a month no solid response has been received from their side. What they keep doing is open up a new case and close it almost immediately repeating the same thing over and over again. They ask for photos of the headphones that i sent and the ones i received.
