I ordered a JBL Flip 3 speaker through Flipkart which stopped working in an hour. As there was no replacement option available, my speaker was shipped for repair at service centre in Bangalore from Pune for which I was given an ETA of 10 days. I received the speaker back after more than 2 months and found out that it was in same condition. I don’t know what they did in these two months as my speaker looks untouched and is still not working. They do not reply to emails and tweets on their official page. From one side there products are so good but very few people know about what happens once you order the product. I am requesting a replacement from them but no response has been given yet. So I was asked to ship the speaker again for the 2nd time for repair which I did and I was promised that the issue will be handled on priority. Received my speaker yesterday and it is still not working, and in addition to that this time the speaker is damaged too.
The service center executives are very unprofessional, they ship the product back without even fixing it and mark thee request as resolved and if you will call customer care, you will hear lies again and again.
One month back an executive told me that since my speaker was not fixed the first time, it will be replaced now with a new one, one week later when I didn't get any update I called back and was told that it cannot be replaced but will be fixed 100% if shipped for repair.
2-3 days back when I called them again that the speaker is still not working even after repair for the 2nd time, the exact words that customer executive said were "I assure you this time no one will ask you to give the speaker for repaid, you will hear from concerns department within 24 hours". On calling back thee 3rd day, another executive says that there is no such request logged and please ship the product for repair again.
They will tell you what you wan't to hear to just get rid of the call. I bought the speaker in June, haven't used it for even an hour ad it looks like a year or two old. And on top of that it is also damaged this time.
