Harman India — delivered defective headset | |||
The jbl earphone delivered stoped working after 5 months. I have contacted them via emails and they asked every details about the delivery like tax invoice etc. I provided themwith every details and they told me to send the product to their service center and send it through speed post. They told me that they will replace the product if it is a defective one. Within 2 days the send it back without any reason. After 2 days they send me an email that their technicians are working on it, when the product has already reached me. Most of the day they tell that their technicians are working on it. Always same email. Please dont buy jbl products and products from harman india. The worst service and customer care. Selling defective products Was this information helpful? | |||
