Harman India — I am complaining about the replacement of my product | |||
I want to register a complain as.. I have ordered a jblt450bt headphone through flipkart on 04/07/2020. After getting it delivered on 08/07/2020.. I found the product faulty as it used to disconnect with the phone immidiately.. As there was no return policy on flipkart.. I rgstrd the complain on jbl customer care they gave me a complaint id - (Cgc[protected].. On 15/07/2020 they picked up the product and after that they said they will replace the headphones in a period of 21 days.. Till now they hvnt dispatched my product nor they are picking up call.. I am not getting any information from their side.. I gave up on this company now.. They just loot their customer.. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
