I have been sent my JBL flip 4 speaker since 07.10.2019 under warranty due to "Sound cracking issue and Battery charging issue" As they told me that they will return my product within 15 working days, But it's been 52 days they're not sure about the repairing status and return status. Every time contact to customer care over voice mail, they didn't inform properly instead of taking long term time (like wait for more 10 day 20 days like) Therefore i request you to kindly look in the matter and arrange to resolve.
