[Resolved] Harman India — Product Not Delivered after purchase online | |||
Hi, I had purchased a product on the Harman India website (JBL Charge). Order ID:[protected]. The product was shipped on June 7th. On contacting customer care, I was told to check the status by calling at:[protected]. I have been calling them every day for the past 7 days and I am getting the same reply "YOU WILL GET THE SHIPMENT THIS WEEK". I also tried checking the status of the courier on the bluedart website as well as by contacting their customer care support. There is no courier associated with the tracking number given by Harman. Can someone please take accountability for this from Harman India. Was this information helpful? | |||
