Harman India — service request for jbl 3.1 pending more than 3 weeks | |
Jbl 3.1 sound bar bought from croma avadi chennai-54 on 25nov2018 and is under warranty. Started facing issue with remote control and first contacted croma avadi and logged a complaint on 9th nov 2019 service request bof091119fs01005 and contacted multiple time and no visit or resolution is given till date. Meanwhile logged complaint with harman service request no. Tn-c[protected] on 15 nov 19. Received a call from jbl technician (Name: manimaran contact no: [protected]) on 16 nov 19 and i was asked to share the product invoice copy via message and the same was shared immediately after the call. No further updates from him till 23 nov 19 and i called him for the status, he said he will get the remote from harman office at west mambalam chennai and give it to me on 24 nov 19. Again me contacted him on 24th and first he asked to come to nearby place near to his house to take the remote once he give a call late on the same day. Did not get call from him and again me contacted him and he said is not possible today and come get the next day morning. Also contacted harman call center 3 times to know the status and was useless. Extremely dissatisfied with both croma and harman (Especially with the above technician) and the requests are not resolved yet. Was this information helpful? | |
