Harpreet Ford — dl10cf3802 ford figo issue

Hi team,

I own a ford figo (Dl 10 cf 3802) bought in the year 2013. I get my car serviced at harpreet ford gurgaon.

There are multiple issues in my car as listed below:
1. There is cabin noise that has been persisting since a very long time / light adjustment.
2. I have changed the front wheels of the car twice already and still the new tyres have already worn out to the maximum within 1.5 years of changing them.

I have given them multiple reminders about the issues listed above but they have been unable to give me proper solution to any of them. I have been following up with them constantly but i have been disappointed to say the least.

Meanwhile i checked with other servicing station for second opinion and it has come to my notice that there is problem in the shockers of the car (Which harpreet ford gurgaon were unable to tell me).

This incompetent servicing has damaged my car and they seem least bothered to help out. Being a ford customer i expected better.

Kindly look into the matter and guide me as to how can i get this resolved at the earliest.
