My ford figo aspire hr-14m 5334 met with an accident that led to front damage. I towed it to harpreet ford workshop on 16-6-17 and they provided me estimated delivery date 5-7-17.in between i contacted and visited the workshop many times and their employees kept me assuring on-time delivery. But shockingly they told me stories and gave excuses on said date and asked for more time. Now today is 18-7-17 and still they are asking for 7 more days. It's really disappointing that customer is made in trouble and given mentle torture. Why don't they tell precise date.
Now i got to know why the hell people avoid ford cars. I was fully satisfied with the car's performance but the quality of service and customer caring is a big zero. Even workshop manager deals like a boss and behaves like a novice. Is there somebody who can help me out of this and tell me exactly the status of delivery. Was this information helpful? |
